Update 9/28: we keep going back because it's walking distance from out house. They closed the lobby on Sunday morning AGAIN and only serviced the drive-thru. Today, no one was there at 2:20 despite signs saying it was open until 3... We now will be getting all donuts and coffee at the much more reliable QT. I hope this place goes out of business. Update. An employee locked the door to the store as we were trying to enter. Yes, they closed the door in front of my 15 month old and 3 year old's bewildered faces. This is time number 3 of not being able to enter the store despite it being business hours! I can not go through the drive thru with my kids in the stroller. I don't want to go here ever again. What terrible people and terrible management. We went yesterday. Oh, wait, we tried. We took a nice walk, promised our toddler a donut, but when we arrived, the store had a sign that only the drive-thru was open. This is the second time this has happened. The service is slow when we are successful at getting in the doors. The drive-thru is risky because it is also, very slow. I almost bought my daughter's teachers donuts one day because I had a little extra time, but then realized it wasn't worth it, because I might get stuck in that slow drive-thru. Something is obviously wrong at this location, and I'm guessing it's bad management.

Ok so it’s Dunkin Donuts. What’s there not to like? I have been eating and Dunkin Donuts and drinking there coffee for years now. I have given this particular one many many chances since it is by my work. However this store just doesn’t have it together. The drive through is ineffecient. They need to take a few tips from other restaurants with drive throughs and improve. Too long of a wait, and not because there are too many cars in front of you. Today I pulled up to the intercom to order and waited at least 3 minutes to place an order. This was after I got through the car line and when it was my turn. Often they don’t hear your order correctly and I have had to request changes at the counter. Customer service is lacking. The employees do not want to be there. But today was the last straw. I pulled out my chocolate frosted donut and I think they gave me the runt of the litter. Not nearly the amount of frosting as they usually have. I was already at work so I couldn’t do anything about it. But after today, I won’t be going here. Waste of money and time.

The attitude of the employees is unbearable. It appears our presence is inconvenient for them. Once in the drive thru had to wait at the window while the employee made up all the orders of every one behind me before giving me my order. My mocha was melted by then. This time we were inside and ordered a egg and bacon crossaint and got a bagel instead. When taken back the employee actually told us that she would fix it this time but we better be more careful next time. We returned to our table and found the eggs and cheese were cold . As we were waiting to deal with the manager another set of customers were complaining that they had already got thier drinks and been here fifteen minutes and did not have the rest of there order yet. The colored hair lady, manager?, said that they should have spoken up earlier and now they were going to have to wait until the other orders were made. This is by far the worst customer service I ever seen in any fast food place. How they are in business is beyond me. Never will come back here again and will spread the word.

Experienced horrible customer service this morning at the Cave Creek Road location in Phoenix. I called yesterday to order 2 dozen donuts for my gender reveal today at work due to be picked up and ready at 7:30-7:45 am. I showed up after that time just to be safe to find that they were not ready nor did the employees have any idea what I was talking about. Finally, the lady I spoke with yesterday,Leslie, told the rest of the employees my order. I waited for them to then frost my 2 dozen donuts, approx. 15 minutes. When she brought them out they were done sloppy and had frosting all over the box. I asked for a discount for A.) waiting and B.) a poor job. She told me No! I asked for the manager to which she told me she was. She said I could have a full refund and leave the donuts or take them the way that they were. Paying full price for a mediocre job is completely unacceptable. Being spoken to in that manner is completely unacceptable. I was furious. I expect better customer service, especially since they were at fault. I will never ever be back.

Don't mobile order at this location! Placed my order at 9:35 drove to the restaurant and arrived at 9:45 . Part of my order was done so I grabbed the bag for that however our coffee and donuts had not been placed waiting at the pick up area for about 10 minutes nothing so I walked over to where you order because no one acknowledges the pick up area. The lady at the front gave me attitude and said she couldn't help me and I had to wait at the pick up window. By this time there had been atleast 6 people who have ordered got their entire orders and left. About 5 minutes later she brings over my iced coffee. 10 minutes after that I went back over to the front counter and then told the girl I was missing my donuts and she goes oh sorry must have lost the slip. So all said and done it took me 35 minutes to get a mobile order that should have already been done.

Not good if you're short on time. Probably the best dunkin location in the valley. Sometimes the seating areas are messy after customers leave and it takes sometime for the staff to find a chance to go clean it up but still quality service. My biggest complain is the lack of staff during the morning rush. QT coffee and breakfast takes no more than 5mins from start to finish, Starbucks no more than 6-7 mins, but this Dunkin can easily and normally be a 10+minute experience from walking in and standing on line until you walk out the door with your food and (sometimes lukewarm) coffee. God forbid you're in the drive thru, it's a 10-15mins situation and you're rolling the dice with whether your coffee is hot and fresh. I learned to stop going through the drive thru. Staff are friendly. Austin usually takes care of people the best. There is a young lady that also does but not there often.

Wasn’t told that they were out of french vanilla swirl until after my card had been run. They offered vanilla bean, not good. I chose pumpkin spice, still didn’t taste right. Waiting for my coffee I overheard a lot of customers being told they were out of this and that. The store is not clean at all. Food all over the floor and the seats. Had to clean my own area before I would even sit down. I came out of my way for my Dunkin favorite and am sorely disappointed. Packing up my stuff I planned to work on and going down to the Coffee Bean instead. Wan wan. Addition: I did ask for my money back and the manager Charles happily obliged after he asked what was wrong. He did offer to make me a free coffee if I wanted to wait 30 minutes for them to unpack the french vanilla. I politely declined as I do not have 30 minutes to wait.

I literally just left maybe 5 minutes ago I had to try to tell them my order twice over the intercom as they giggled and laughed and kept saying that I had to repeat it so I told him I'm going to come to the window to tell you and they start saying no no I get up there I have to repeat myself another two times with three different people and they still got my order wrong and did not give me the bacon for my toddler and charged me for it it is not that hard to take somebody's order and another Dunkin' donuts out in Gilbert can't seem to get their coffees correct either and like to charge people for ice cold coffee instead of a hot coffee and I am just very very upset with how they run things and feel that if you are not capable of taking someone's order properly you shouldn't even waste your time with the job

2 year edit: Changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. This location has been open a few years now and I can say the service has turned around for the most part is very good. My main gripe now is they seem to be short handed fairly frequently. Most of the time going through the drive through only takes a few minutes but every now and then it’ll be 15 minutes because there is only one person working the drive through. What I like about this place is the consistency. My coffee tastes the same every morning. I used to go to the McDonalds down the street for my coffee but had to stop because some days I would get one, take one sip and have to fight the urge to throw it out the window. Not sure how inconsistencies like that even happens in a McDonalds but thankfully Dunkin is not like this.

Would not waste my time at this sugary, imminent early diabetic onset, dump of a coffee shop. Horrible customer experience. Worker was extremely rude. Came for $2 cold brew from 2-6 pm. Arrived at 2:45 and they were out of cold brew. Ask to talk to someone else due to the extreme rudeness of the employee and the employee said no. Asked if I could do regular iced coffee for $2 employee said no and if I wanted cold brew coffee to come back in 12 hours because that is how long it takes to make it. Irritated I called corporate about my experience. They would not care less. Stated they would pass this to the franchise owner, and I should expect prompt follow up. One week later I’ve not heard anything. Seems like the horrible customer service is a trickle down effect from the top.

Few complaints about this location... (just go to Burger King across the street, at least there they actually have working appliances and supplies.) 1. They don't warn people in the drive-thru when something (like the oven) is broken, so you end up sitting in the drive-thru line for 15+ minutes for no reason. 2. It seems like 90% of time I have gone to this location, the oven is always broken or they are out of supplies to make something. 3. They struggle with basic instructions. Every time I have asked for a "lightly toasted" bagel, when I get to work and open it, it is burnt completely black (even when my receipt says lightly toasted). 4. A handful of the individuals I have encountered there struggle with basic concepts, e.g. counting, and listening.

Sandra the manager refused to put sweet foam on my hot coffee. So, I said you can charge me extra she said, “no”. I said, “charge me full price for a cold brew with Sweet foam and just put sweet foam in the cup and I’ll put it in my hot coffee”. She said, “no I will not do that for you.” I said ok, give me a cold brew with sweet foam and a hot coffee. She made sure the cup was full of ice and very little Sweet-foam so I couldn’t put any in my hot coffee. I asked for her name and and District managers name. She rudely stated my district manager will tell you the same thing. No customer service skills or problem solving skills and was completely comfortable with being rude to me in front of her employees to teach them it’s ok to be rude to customers.

This location is awful! They are very close to my office so I frequently go there! They always mess up my order and the past 3 times they have really messed it up! Today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on croissant with hash browns and a medium vanilla iced coffee. Well since I have had such horrible experiences I immediately checked the bag and of course (3rd time) they gave me a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I gave the bag back. Well I should have checked again but of course I didn't and my hash browns weren't in there. My iced coffee I didn't request any sweetener (because even when I request Splenda they always always always put sugar) well yup they didn't even make it vanilla! So done with this location! Will never go back!

Used to be a convenient, friendly, & fast place for delicious iced coffee& lattes. In the past few months, this location has been consistently understaffed & my order has been made wrong around 75% of the time. As with most other customers, I'm picking it up on my way to work & don't have time to return for my sandwich and/or drink to be made correctly. Multiple times my drink has been made Without. the. COFFEE. Once, the teen acting as my cashier & "barista" asked me multiple times how to make a latte (did I want cream in it?, how much milk?, & literally asked 5x what flavor syrup I wanted as he made it.) The wait time inside or drive-thru is also much longer than expected, with my last trip a 20 minute wait.

Avoid on the weekend. They used to be good, but have been awful on the weekend lately. Always out of everything, and people running around like a fire drill. Told me to pull around front to wait for a sandwich and iced coffee, and they would bring it out. 10 minutes later, walked inside and the sandwich was sitting on the counter, no coffee. Location on Tatum and Greenway is a better option. Weekdays have been fine.

The absolute worst experience ever. Pulled up to drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me waited and waited and waited. 1st car still had not been able to order. Finally they were able to order. Then same issue. They were making each order and making each car wait to order until it had been done. Are you serious? Now I could not get out of the line so was stuck there. Did not even order just sat and waited so I could get out. Never again!

What a true disappointment! The disappointment stemmed from the quality of the donuts. We liked the selection of the protein drinks and location is great for us. The donuts selection at 9:20 am was minimal at best. The donuts were of poor quality and very dry. If I would’ve known I would’ve just picked up circle K! WORST DUNKIN I'VE EVER BEEN TO!! Customer service is just horrible! Got my order wrong and when I went back up to counter to let them know, the lady rolled her eyes at me. Then when we got the correct food, it was so HORRIBLE my boyfriend and I couldn't even eat it. Also ordered a Iced Mocha and the ice was almost melted like it was made with hot water when I got it, and the 1st sip was warm. NEVER will go to THIS Dunkin donuts again. GROSS staff, GROSS food, GROSS customer service!!

got there in the afternoon in the drive through. There is only 1 picture of a donut on the menu. I asked for it, they were out. So I asked for a chocolate one, got to the window, and asked to add an item to my order, they said no, you have to drive back to the drive through and reorder. I was the only customer outside, there were no customers inside, they are not deserving of my money with their poor customer service so I left, they got nothing from me. I do not plan on going back.

Drive-through cashier was quite rude Handed me my AM wraps not in a bag. My coffee had more creamer and ice than anything. When I asked for a bag I got told let me ask my manger. Sat at the window for over 7 mins. On the intercom was rudely asked if I was done. And when I repeated something that was said I got told that's what I f**king said. When I left the window the boy slammed the window after giving me my straws. After he had forgotten to give them to me in the first place.

Not sure if this is a rough store or just a rough day. There appeared to be only three employees, two of whom seemed to have the personality of a slug and were moving at the same speed. The employee at the cash register had a filthy shirt on, visibly dirty hands (food), and was disinterested at best and dismissive the rest of the time. Drive through was closed and I waited in line for over 20 minutes. I won't go out of my way in future to visit this location.

I just just did a drive-through while going to Sedona. Staff was very friendly. I ordered a egg croissant sandwich, hash brown, and a coffee. Everything turned out to be fresh and nice if you’re looking for a breakfast option this is a highly recommended place.

Guy in the drive through had an attitude, ordered chocolate and vanilla donuts, i got two vanilla and the rest were strawberry, everyone in my family is allergic to strawberries and we were starting a 10 hr drive and didnt notice till about an hour into it. What a waste of my time and money

I go to this Dunkin’ for the convenience of it being near my home, and I can get the same thing every single day and it will almost always be different. The staff does not listen to your order. And when you try to have them correct it, they give you attitude. Multiple employees are rude. It’s unfortunate because Dunkin’ has been stepping up their game with their coffee/food, but this location is awful.

I'm here at least 3x a week because it's conveniently next to work. But they can never get my drink right! My ice coffee is either way too much sugar or no flavor at all. And they're terrible at making frozen coffee. It's always chunky even after I ask for them to blend it twice!! It's very frustrating to have to EAT my coffee cause it's all ice chunks... I would never recommend this place to anyone

So I ordered a dozen donuts through uber eats app just for them to not tell me they did not have enough donuts . The uber driver called me to tell me while he was in line to get them 45 minutes after I ordered them. So now I'm told I have to call them to get a refund instead of them fixing the Era? Yeah no I don't like the service. Busy or not you should have contacted me due to my order and refund.

Ugh. They really benefit from not having much competition. It's Dunkin, so you know what you're getting in terms of coffee and food. The service here is slow, though. It seems like they have staffing issues. I've seen them have to close the doors to the dining area sure to staffing issues. They also had cigarette butts on the outdoor chairs this morning with more scattered around under the table.

Very disappointing that today on a Saturday morning that we drive all the way to this store and your walk in is closed! No sign on the door saying your closed - it’s not a holiday today. You just had 3 customers leave because your doors were not open. If your going to close the walk up than you should have a sign on the door saying drive thru only. Won’t be going to Dunkin Donuts again.

Hands down the worst Dunkin. I’ve shown up with the only person working out front on the patio smoking a cigarette. My order is wrong 9 out 10 times that I go. Extremely slow unlike their slogan. There can be not a single person at the drive through and it takes up to three minutes to come on the mic to take the order. It’s close that is literally the only reason they have my business.

It's the best deal in town. Far better consumer economics then being a regular at Starbucks. If you get a refill mug call that $4.99 I think you get refills for about a dollar sixty and they're on limited with many choices of both hot and cold coffee and tea choices. Try that at Starbucks each drink across the six and a half to $7. In the muffin and donut choices Blow Away Starbucks.

The 1st time we visited, they were out of donuts which is insane. It's like Burger King running out of whoppers. The last time we visited they were out of plain and everything bagels. We didn't find this pertinent info out until after we placed the order. Management really needs to step up. You should never be out of bagels or donuts especially when these are your core items.

I pre-ordered my donuts two hours ahead to make sure they’d be ready by the time I got there. When I arrived the lady informed me that they did not have enough donuts to fulfill my dozen donut order. This is insane being as this is Dunkin’ DONUTS!!! This establishment needs to be better prepared. People come here for donuts! Not just coffee and bagels. I’ll never return

Shows DINE IN available on maps. Arrived to find doors locked and no sign on the door. Absolutely RUDE manager comes to the door shaking her head and saying “No” when she opened the door. Interestingly enough, an employees boyfriend and kid are at the counter making a purchase, despite being closed to the public?? Thanks for the heads up and thanks for being so rude!

They have gotten into the habit of closing the lobby and having people walk in the drive-thru. I would not mind this if they were not given priority over the people in line. I have nothing against getting out of the car to get my food, but to close the lobby and then encourage people to walk up to the window is not only unsafe, but also rude.

This is the 3rd time I have been to this location in 3 weeks. It's painfully obvious they are having labor issues. It seemed that they were hit by a feeding frenzy of people. Because they had a very limited offering of donuts. It took about 15 minutes to order (we were 3rd in line) and was chaotic. Franchisee needs to address these issues.

Check your bags because this is what I received. I had to drive all the way back from work to return this. I asked for a supervisor not available. I spoke with the lead and she was rude and annoyed as if it was my fault. I asked for a refund and she was even more annoyed rolling her eyes that I was asking for a refund. Do not go there.

Lousy Staff Management I don’t know how the franchisee or owner doesn’t realize you need 2 cashiers working the counter during morning rush hour. Happens quite often, I go in and get stuck waiting 5 minutes or longer while the lone counter worker fills a donut box and 5 or 6 people are waiting to order a cup of coffee. Get a clue!!!

They never have donuts. The new hire taking orders today around 10am needs better training. Was told twice what drink we wanted, once at speaker and once at window. She brought out 2 wrong drinks and took them back but only corrected one drink! We trusted she had made them right the second time so we left. Terrible experience!

The customer service was awful. The lady taking my order wouldn’t stop talking over me and kept sighing when I ordered something. And once I paid and got all my things, the lady at the window just walked away. I wasn’t even sure if I should leave or not because nobody said, “have a great day”! Never going there again.

I come here every weekend for my son and they almost never have hot food. Why are they cleaning the oven at 11:30 in the morning? They should do that before they open. I sat in line for 30 minutes to be told they don't have hot food or donuts. This is ridiculous

Just keep on driving as this location is a mess. Parking is impossible on top of that the drive -through line blocks the parking. The store is understaffed. The donuts lack flavor, the coffee is nasty. I've never had a positive experience at this location. The cashiers and manager are clueless on customer service

I am shocked at this management's fear choice they are not giving 100% nor are they being able to serve the public with daily service adequate to remain open. They're donuts are never in stock nor is the service representatives up to date. Drive through is ineffective for the area this store represents.

Depends on who waits on you. Most of the women are pretty friendly and customer centric. July 2020 update: dropping it from 3 star to 2 star. Rude employee, donuts were not fresh. This was at 8:15am. Should have gone to QT. I think their donuts are fresher...and their employees are friendlier.

The last time i ever use this location. I forgot to order an item so simply asked them to add it at the window and they told me no they cant add anything because the others working will get mad at them. What a joke. Obviously they need new staff.

Horrible service- not making sandwiches at 9 am cause they are backed up? Turned off the app so can’t place any orders- meanwhile there’s an employee that is just hangin around barely doing anything. Unbelievable what this world is coming to-

Been here once an hour before close and they decided to close early. Another visit they were not making any food whatsoever just drinks and asked if there was any food I could order but the lady taking my order was very rude.

It's 830 on a monday morning. Their ovens are down, almost no donuts to choose from. When you go to a chain like this you kinda expect better. Go to Rainbow donuts they have what you really want. Donuts and coffee.
