Great work done on the vehicle but very strange standard or maybe just be that individual around signing of documentation. The front desk asked us to sign paperwork which says we have checked and noted damages with them, when it actually was not done. When pointing out that it's not correct, she took offense. The same issue when collecting the vehicle she once again requested that we sign various documents that we have seen and are happy with the repairs done, when it actual fact we just got there and didn't see the repairs done yet...she was not a good representation of the company.

Will not recommend at all! My car had to go back for the third time. We had no other option to get our Insurance company to do an assessment and send it back a last time before using another company for which Durbanville Bodyworks would be responsible. It took weeks for just a small job. Bumper had to be replaced and resprayed to match white colour. No correspondence during the time that our car was in their workshop. Busy with our insurance company questioning them for even sending our car to them for repairs. Less than 1 star.

The standout is the lady at the reception. Super competent, swift, professional, and friendly. Her service really does make a big difference here. DBW will definitely be my go-to panel beater going forward due to competitive pricing, good service, and central proximity. They are quite busy, so getting your vehicle booked asap is essential. The man that helped me with my quote was also very attentive and polite. Post-job care was great as well as a small adjustment needed to be made and it was done same day.

These guys surprised me with customer service and kept me up to date like I have never seen before. The repairs were also done very nicely. I got the impression that this place is a well oiled machine and was told with honesty where things went wrong in the process and still delivered my car on time. Who can ask for anything more. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful. Based on my experience with them I would recommend and return to them if ever required as no 1 choice.

I have had many interactions with this Body Works, keeping my vehicles in good looking condition. Lots of nicks and some sun damage repairs. The quality of work is excellent, every time. Colour matching good, blending in good and no overspraying. A little on the exoensive side uf not an insurance claim. But U guess it is because its small jobs. Admin needs a little polishing on communicating.

I had my car with them and believe me I will never recommend anyone. Still waiting for my vehicle that went in on 17 November 2015 was suppose to be finished 20 November 201. All I hear is they had problems and seems that they cant resolve the problem. Will take my vehicle to Orbit Coachwork to fix what they cant do timelessly.

I have used them three times. The quality of their work is good, but be careful, the fine print on their quote states that part prices are subject to change. You are basically exposed to the accuracy of their estimate. My last job with them had a 53% price increase on the price quoted. This makes the quote of no value.

Friendly, but more importantly - excellent service! Used them some years ago & have even changed my insurance to use them again because my insurance insisted I use AM (don't want to put that company's full name, shocking service). I can not say more than I highly recommend Durbanville Body Works!

Very overrated and extremely priced went elsewhere for quotation got a better price for the same work to be done on my vehicle perfect work and outcome,so take the advice shop around you will be amazed it was an accredited business that I used no difference beta priced ..

My car went in for repairs after accident... They communicated very clear process and progress. Did an excellent job on bodywork and said, if at any point after I'm unhappy or concerned, I can come back. Amazing job, can't even see it was in an accident!

Fairly good customer care, they seem to show a real interest, but the actual work is no good. I think they have become to busy and treat my vehicle like its at a "sausage factory" . Wouldn't go back
