"Perfect park to go play in the afternoon"
"It's a nice park"
"Lovely park during the day just a bit dodgy at night"
"Really nice view by a lookout it has"
"I love this place when l need to tune out of my busy life and just be"
Perfect park to go play in the afternoon. Has nice shade in the afternoon so you can scape the heat in summer. The playground is fun and clean. There is a sandpit with diggers to play. And the entire park resembles a giant butterfly so kids can hop on and pretend to fly. There are toilets. There are also benches to have a snack. You can also do some calisthenics. You can just relax on the garden or take a walk around the majestic trees where you can find exotic birds such as kookaburras or cacatúas. There is parking as well or you can just ride your bike.
It's a nice park. Close to the city and the street but also peaceful and beautiful. It's also next to the river and makes it a whole lot more enjoyable. It is a bit hilly but doesn't really matter as you can enjoy the park regardless. There are also several pavillions for BBQ or just sitting, eating and talking. Good atmosphere, lots of animals.
Lovely park during the day just a bit dodgy at night. But that's most parks. There is parking available under the bridge. And yes that was an intentional rhcp reference. Do not come after dark...
Really nice view by a lookout it has. Also very relaxing to ride a bike over the left side of the bridge to UQ. There aren't many people there on the right days and the path is really smooth.
I love this place when l need to tune out of my busy life and just be. It is quiet with a scenic view of the river and be able to park amongst majestic gum trees is inspiring.
Good bus service, trains sometimes not on time tho. Good, clean easily accessible public toilets and parks, easy access to shops, all within 10-20 minute walking distance
Well mowed and nicely landscaped good place to take the kids to play. Shame no one has fully repaired all the musical equipment in years to make it all playable again.
Nice park. Right next to the bus stop and just across the river from UQ. Also it has a dog park and many other types of infrastructure. Great for a picnic!
Lots of open spaces. Bike riding track. Along Brisbane River. Good little kids park with creative equipment to use and shade. Free parking, time limit.
Lovely play park for the kids with good parking. There are so many lovely parks in Brisbane and this is one we'll come back to for an adventure walk.
Great historical area. Many diggers who fought in Gallipoli lived here and Anzac day is well celebrated with a parade held each year. Lest we forget
Cool Sunday afternoon destination for parents taking the kids for a walk. Recommend sliding down the hill next to the lookout on a cardboard sled.
Shaded hill side park with toilet, picnic and BBQ facilities. Popular with river loop riders and commuters using Eleanor Schonell (Green) Bridge.
An excellent place to new your being and become resilient and calm. A place that is truely cared for and respected, a place of joy and wonder.
Has a beautiful park area and lots of space for a nice walk. Toilets are available and the boggo rd tour is interesting.
I drive through here most days on the way home you can capture some awesome sunsets of bridges over to uq and the river.
Serene and current. It's a very good river side park very relaxing and close to the university of Queensland St Lucia
Lovely time. I'd been planning to come up here since before the Eleanor Schonell bridge went in.
It nice. Bit hilly. Oh and don't use the toilet on the right. I done wrecked that thing. R.I.P
Great little spot. Lots of open area. Playground for the family too. Also a public toilet
Played basketball for a while at the Dutton Park basketball court next to the Dog Park.
Great park with BBQ'S, a playground and covered areas. Perfect for a family picnic
A decent park. I don't think it has restrooms. Plenty of paths for walking.
Beautiful park by the river, so quiet and peaceful yet so close to the city
nice park with BBQ area and public toilets as well as ample parking space
Beautiful spot on the river with a playground and BBQ . Shady and cool.
Interesting area, stooped in history, nature and scenic walks.
