I made an appointment with Dynamic Motion Berowra after waking one morning with severe back pain. The cause of the pain was not obvious, but it was severe and seemed to be due to muscle spasms. I was seen to by Betty, who diagnosed the issue and treated me with a combination of muscle manipulation and a series of exercises, which I was to continue doing at home in the days that followed. I then had a follow up appointment a week later, which followed a similar path and I was extremely happy to find that in the days that followed, my pain had almost disappeared and my flexibility had returned to normal. I would thoroughly recommend Betty and the team at Dynamic Motion, as. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient and I would certainly contact them again in the future if the need arises!

Jackie has treated several of our family members and has been wonderful in supporting us through a variety of sports related injuries. She also does dry needling and strapping/taping which has assisted me with improved stability between appointments.

I went to see Dynamic Motion about an elbow problem bothering me for a couple years. In 2 sessions it was sorted. Should've gone to see them ages ago. Couldn't recommend them, and Amanda Baxter, any higher.

Jennie was amazing, she was very kind and welcoming, after dislocating my knee, she gave me lots of exercises and showed me how to tape it properly, would definitely recommend her.
