Really lovely, kind Physios. The philosophy of this practice is heavily towards exercises. Of course exercises are essential for recovery and for checking technique. However at this practice this is 80-90% of the appointment time, every visit. Also they have a gym there, so often Physio is working across two clients during the appointment. If you need therapy and exercise this may not be the practice for you. This practice suits my wife, but not me.
