I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of the service I received, last night and this afternoon. I lost my spare car key in Dublin city centre while parked in a multi-story car park. My car is an older French car with an idiosyncratic immobiliser - and my original key was in work 40km away where I had brought it with a view to getting it repaired. I rang Dyno, spoke to an operator who forwarded my details to Ramos. Within minutes, Ramos WhatsApp-ed me a few questions to diagnose the situation. Ramos arrived approximately 15 minutes later, gained access to the vehicle and plugged in a computer interface and spent about 30 minutes trying to deactivate the immobiliser. Unfortunately my car is so old that the correct software was not available online, meaning that he could not make me a working key there and then because the job required removing the glove compartment and dashboard to access a junction box for removal and he did not have the appropriate tools in the van. He refused any payment and told me that he would be available at midday tomorrow with the correct tools, or if I could get him the broken key he could fix that. I had the car towed home by breakdown assistance and retrieved the broken key the following morning. Ramos came at midday, repaired my broken key and cloned me a new spare key. The total charge for this excellent service was €100. I can sincerely recommend Dyno Locks' service. It's never fun losing car keys but it was made a lot less stressful by the courtesy and professionalism of Ramos.

That is one of the most sickening sounds, when you are in a hurry, the sound of your car locking with your keys inside! Many have been there and have the T shirt. It happened to me recently at Dublin Airport T2,car park. I rang these guys on their website number and was answered by a very polite and professional chap who said he wasn’t quite sure if he had a locksmith available at that time. Imagine my huge relief when Ramos’s text came up on my what’s app. He assured me that getting into the car was a piece of cake and he’d be with me within half an hour, try 7 mins He immediately set to work selecting the tools necessary to reunite me with my errand keys. He started working on the mechanical lock on the drivers door of my AudiA6 like a scene from gone in 60 seconds. Damage free lock picking takes finesse and skill and luckily for me Ramos has both in spades, along with a sunny disposition and can’t do enough attitude. Well worth the €120 fee. I would recommend these guys all day to save the day. Thank you guys, had to pay out but that was my own stupid fault. These guys are thorough pros.

I was after fitting a bew stereo and suddenly my key wouldn't turn in the ignition, tried the immobiliser and tested relays and fuses but no luck. Spoke with a mechanic who said I needed an auto electrician, and an auto electrician who said Id have to get my now dead car towed over so they could look at it over a day or two. Luckily for me I figured, its an ignition issue so maybe check who fixes those. Called in the morning and spoke with Marcos who I explained the issue to. He arrived 3 hours later. 15/20 minutes after that he had the issue fixed, explained what had gone wrong and how he fixed it. €220 upfront seems steep, but in all honesty I was happy to pay it. Marcos is a really nice dude and was patient explaining to me what had gone wrong. It only took him 20 minutes, but he is obviously very good at his job, and thats what I'm paying for. The other option, paying to tow my car to another garage, then leaving it with them for a few days. Instead they came to me and fixed it on the spot. Had a home emergency and got locked out of the house. Called locksmiths247 and they sent someone from dynolocks at 8PM. My garden door has a ATK Three Star lock which is very hard to pick, the guy tried and said he can’t open it. He said it will take a long time to drill the lock and open it, so asked me to wait till morning which was unacceptable. The guy was unprofessional and he didn’t know what he was doing with the lock. He then started giving reasons that my drill battery is less and I can’t drill. I offered him drills and bits for metals, but he just wanted to leave the job. He left my house and I was still outside the house at 9pm. I called my Home insurance and they sent someone from lockdoctor. The guy from lockdoctor saw the lock and he knew what to do with it. In 30 mins I was back in the house. 5 stars to lockdoctor. The guys working there are not very professionals and not recommended for any home emergency.

Somehow managed to lock myself out of my car last week, with the engine still running,called Dyno Locks , Ritchie (locksmith) arrived and had the door opened within minutes,I was very impressed and the cost was very reasonable.today I called Dyno Locks as for a while now I'd been having a problem getting the key to turn the ignition on, might have to turn 10 or more times for car to start, Ritchie arrived again and explained to me that the key was badly worn and he went to work on sourcing a new key, I'm not sure how he managed it but he had a new key for me in less than 1/2 an hour, considering my car is over 20 years old, that was some achievement, Richie in my opinion is a real professional and just as important is a real gentleman and was a pleasure to deal with, price again for this excellent service was very reasonable,if you ever need a locksmith, look no further than here

Avoid this crowd at all costs. I'm left without a working key fob and told it's my own fault for choosing to own a Saab! I'm actually still in shock at this. The engineer Marcus in fairness lovely guy and tried his best to sort my key but couldn't so when I ask for a refund I had to call the office and was told I should be thankful I wasn't charged more for the callouts. The manager Paul described the service as key hacking and it's at my own risk if anything goes wrong. At no point before the work was carried out was this mentioned to me. If I had of known it was a risk then at least I could make my choice. I'm not usually one to publicly call this out but on this occasion I feel its necessary. Think twice about using this crowd for car keys anyway. I plan to submit an application to the small claims court. I'm the one out of pocket which is completely unfair

I arrived home at about 8 clock after a long day and I was pretty shattered when my doorkey broke in the lock so I couldn't get in. I googled emergency locksmiths and Dyno Locks came up. The phone was answered quickly and I was assured someone would be with me within 45 minutes. The man on the phone, Ken kept me updated several times until he could tell me that Ray, the locksmith was on his way - all within the promised 45 minutes. Ray checked my ID before opening the door and ensuring that everything was working smoothly with the spare key I had in the house. Full marks for courtesy, efficiency and excellent work from both men - and all at a reasonable price. Thank you Dyno Locks.

Dyno Locks does a fantastic service. It was above and beyond what I expected. Ray from Dyno locks saved me when I got locked out of my flat. I rang in a panic, and they said it would take around half an hour to arrive which I thought was very good time for an emergency lock out. Ray arrived well before a half an hour. He checked to make sure I had my keys once I got into the flat, checked that the lock was still working properly, and handled everything very professionally and with a smile. It's the small things that make the difference!! Would recommend this service to anyone caught in a jiffy.

May 2018: Have had to call on Ken a number of times since my last review and the excellent work he does merits another few comments. Today for instance he fixed the issue he was contacted about and then identified and fixed a few more problems that we were only partially aware of - at no extra cost. Dyno Locks were excellent. Our main door key to the house wouldn't work so we were locked out at night time. Firstly, Robert came out to us and tried to fix the issue without having to replace the lock. He was very patient and tried everything. He advised that we had to replace the lock and contacted his colleague Paul who was excellent too. Both lads worked well as a team and we were able to get into our house again. After moving into our new home we realized that it would be best practice to change the locks on some of our doors just to be safe. Luckily at short notice Dyno Locks came to the rescue! They instantly were able to book us in same day to arrange fitting of a new front door lock. As we had no success with other locksmiths this was really comforting and showed attention to customer needs. We would like to thank the locksmith assigned who was Hein. His quick work and very friendly manor made the whole experience fantastic and easy to recommend for future works.

This is a truly professional operation. Don’t bother with any other company. Another company lead me to believe the fix on my lock was a difficult job and left me waiting over three months with no solution. This was after changing me €85. I gave up waiting and called Dynolocks. There was no call out charge. Ken was clear and precise about the course of action and the options available. Ken was a genius worker. He managed to get our keys out from the house without drilling any doors. He was around in five minutes. He had the first lock opened within three minutes but the second lock would have needed to have been drilled. Most would have done that and subsequently had to change lock. Ken managed to avoid this by getting our keys - that were locked inside - out through the letterbox. He fixed our mini disaster within the half hour. I will use him again and recommend everyone to use him also!

Fantastic service.. The young lad ,Paul was an absolute diamond... I was down to only 1 working key for the car. Had being meaning to get new key for ages. Had visions of it being a long complicated expensive process. Not so at all.. Enter Richie from Dyno Locks.. Rang Richie at 15:04. By 16:15 he had arrived on time as agreed and set up the new key and had already left. Friendly, professional and very knowledge and at a great price. I have saved Richie number and will hopefully use him again for any future requirements. Would highly recommend him.

Very efficient, very good attention to detail, polite and extremely helpful. I had problems with a front and back door lock. I needed 2 new locks. Ray gave me good advice regarding all the lock options, I ended up going for a medium priced lock for the front and a cheaper priced lock for the back. He stripped all the lock areas, regreased them and made sure everything was in excellent working order, nothing was sticking, it was like getting a new door! I was seriously impressed.

My key for my mobility scooter broke in the lock yesterday evening?! I would be lost, housebound without it?? Well I called Dyno locks this morning and they have been out and fixed it already today? Happy days... Independence... Further to my previous experience, I was quoted a price at the time which was agreed on the day!? I can't recommend this company high enough. Absolute best in every single aspect. Had some trouble with my remote key as some of the functionalities weren't working properly. During the process we found out how damaged the inside was and went for a complete brand new replacement. Excellent on prices and services and very professional service and stuff. We called dyno help us as we were locked out outside the house. Ray arrived in less than 20 minutes and help us to get inside the house replacing the locker and not damaging the door, his attitude was just brilliant and willing to help, he is a very good professional. Dyno locks were great to deal with. When they heard my Grandmother was locked out of her house late at night they made it a priority to get there ASAP. Ronan was brilliant when he got there and used all options to open the door that would cause the least amount of damage to the door. Once inside Ronan took the lock off the door and repaired it in a quick and efficient manner. Would highly recommend Dyno locks.

I’ve contacted Dynolocks through WhatsApp message with information on jobs I wanted to have done on locks at my home. I got a reply that they will come back to me after checking with the boss. During a course of the week I asked about the progress on my query a few times, but I never got a response. I understand it’s a holiday season, but a simple “we can’t do it as we are too busy” would suffice.

I could not recommend this company highly enough. Broken car-key Main dealer quoted very expensive price for a new key. Told me existing one could not be repaired. Rang DynoLocks and Richie came out within 30 minutes. He fixed the existing key at a fraction of the quoted cost of a replacement and in about 15 minutes! Excellent service, I would highly recommend Joe lynch at dyno locks and alarms. Joe really new his stuff I got window restrictors and a door lock fitted. Joe gave his opinion of what way I should go with the installation and I am delighted with the outcome. The whole experience was straight forward and very quick. Highly recommend dyno locks. Did a smashing job replacing our locks on botched door. Previous owner had done the a crappy job of putting in the original which made for a challenging replacement. No hassle to Ray though. In and out in no time and a smashing chap too. He was also at our door less than an hour after making the call. Great stuff all together.

Excellent service - I submitted an inquiry via the website form and within a minute received a call from a Dynolock representative to discuss the problem. Both the representative and the engineer who came to fix the lock were very friendly and helpful. From submitting my inquiry to having my door repaired took less than three hours. Came out within 15 minutes on New Year’s Day when I had an issue with a tenants hall door. Very easy to deal with. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful. And Heinrich came out and sorted the issue and explained some extra maintenance that I need to sort out to prevent further issues. Will definitely use again for any other properties.

Lost car key, I rang dynolocks call center and was in return contacted by mobile locksmith with whom I made arrangements to access the car. I was able to go to work while the new key was cut and programmed and payment was made over the phone. I called at roughly 7:45am in the morning, they had a guy at my place by 8:30am. Jason was very professional: he assessed the problem acutely and gave various different solutions - being open with the pricing of each. He was great to have a chat with too, and, honestly, I could not ask for better service. I was actually sad when he had to go.

Called Dyno Locks when the lock on my front door ceased to function, they attended very promptly, replaced the necessary parts in good time and at an affordable price. My front door handle decided to gice up the ghost. I put in a call to these guys at 9pm and Ronan was out within the hour. He was so professional ans friendly. Ken came out at extremely short notice to repair a broken lock that I had spent hours trying to resolve Within 20 minutes he had removed & replaced the lock Inc having to saw the damaged spindle in half. Found it very difficult to find someone to repair/replace a window handle/lock on a PVC window. Ken responded very quickly to my enquiry late into the evening and called to repair the following morning first thing. Super friendly, super helpful and super efficient. So professional and quick. Guy who came to fit latch lock, did great job of using same hole from previous chubb lock even though we thought it couldn't be done. I had bad experience with locksmith before who left me feeling like he wasn't legitimate but with Dyno locks you can be sure of excellent service.

Ken came very quickly at 8am as we were locked out of our business. He was able to remove a very tricky broken Chinese lock and replaced it and gave us 3 new keys. All done within half an hour. Great service from Ken. He was able to provide plenty of info before coming to the house, he was very punctual and he went above and behoynd to change 3 cylinders and register the doors as well which were a little bit weathered. We have been delighted with his service.

Called at 8.15am on a Sunday and they showed up just after 9am. Very friendly and easy service. Our backdoor randomly stopped locking and the latch broke, they fixed it easily. Very relieved it was fixed so quickly and without hassle on a Sunday morning.
