I've been to this store on several occasions over the past few weeks, and every time each of the three different staff members who served me were all extremely helpful and down to earth. They made my experience hassle free, recommended games without seeming pushy, and were really friendly while remaining professional. Keeping a positive attitude like that is often hard in a retail environment, so kudos. I've ended up with a new console, and will definitely be back again. Thanks!

I have been in here several times and have bought many pre owned game. Always had a good experience overall. Friendly staff that are always kind make this shop very welcoming. The shop is not very big so it can be a bit uncomfortable to browse around when there are many clients. Better to visit when is not too busy. 3 stars rating is due to the fact that I believe some games are over priced but you can still find some bargain also.

If you value customer service, then this is the go to branch no matter what time or day it is as all employees are great. Besides the fantastic attitudes and service, this small er shop will have what you need and if not they will point you to another eb games branch. If the prices are cheaper elsewhere, example big w etc, then prize matching is done smoothly without any hesitations. My favourite eb games branch.

Game range is Okay, if they don't have it they'll order it in for you! Terrible Employee Service. They we're supposed to be open at 3pm but when I wen they had shut the doors. I knocked about 7 times but employees just ignored me. Then I tried ringing the store from right outside. I heard the phone but they didn't pick it up! Idiots but stock good games!

The shop is quite dirty, floor not cleaned, coat hungers on the floors, banners are not even hunged properly. Shop assistants always on their phone, rather than greeting customers. Staff unfriendly, not rude but not sales orientated. Staff eating at the cash register. Again very disappointed by the experience.

When I walked into the store Lauren greeted me & asked if I needed help. My husband wanted some things for Christmas & she found them all for me. They even had a funko pop I had been looking for. Excellent customer service from Lauren. Great store, will be back again.

all eb games are good it's a great way to play and if no likie you can take bake yous make gaming good instead of buying a ten games and they get two get used instead of siting next two you'd Playstation doing nothing because you finished it you guys roxk

Bought a Nintendo switch with click and collect, picked it up that day! Staff are very helpful. Switch turned out to be faulty and wouldn't turn on after a few days. They were more than happy to replace it and took them less than 5 minutes!

Great store. Picked up my brand new Xbox One X on launch day and couldn't be happier. The team (especially manager Richard) are extremely knowledgeable, polite and happy to help with any enquiry. Great team!!!

Their second-hand Nintendo Switch games are more expensive than brand new copies from other retailers like Big W. And their new copies are even more expensive again. Do yourself a favour and shop around.

Nice little store. Good collection of games. Pre owned and new games available at reasonable prices. Can return and swap as per their policy. Very good customer service. Membership rewards provided.

Smaller store with slightly limited stock, but otherwise great selection of titles and merchandise. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Regularly has deeply discounted sales events

Excellent service and the staff were friendly the only improvement is that there are some things in the store that are needed to get online because they weren't in store.
