I went into Ecco at Westfield bondi Junction a month ago with a very sore foot. I saw "Sam the man" after a brief discussion he said this is muscular. I had thought it was neuropathic I think. Anyway I bought a pair of sandals and they were better. Went back to buy a pair of walking shoes and saw "Sam the girl". She gave my lower foot a brief massage and what a change. She said go to a masseaur and I bought some lovely shoes. Went to the masseur and it did help and he said see an orthotist. Now the orthotist is making me some orthotics because the ligament between the foot and second toe is loose or torn. He has sent me for different shoes of different design and making orthotics. While these might not be Ecco shoes, it is Ecco who put me on the right path and I am just so so grateful. Feeling alot better. Moto is listen to what you are told and never give up!. Hey, just wanted to give you a heads-up about my experience with Ecco shoes. I'm a podiatrist and have recommended Ecco to a bunch of my patients for their quality and comfort. I splurged on a $455 premium pair, but after just three months, the heel cup wore through, and the toe cup was pretty beat up too. I figured it was a manufacturing issue, so I tried to return them under warranty. Turns out, they said it was just normal wear and tear. Not sure if Ecco's quality has changed or if it's a customer service thing, but thought I'd warn you. Apparently, these premium Ecco shoes might only last about three months. Also, there's no clear process to escalate the issue. So, if the store decides it's just wear and tear, that's pretty much the final word. Just something to keep in mind if you're thinking about splurging on a pair.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a 100 mark customer service experience at Ecco shoe store. Even though I bought a pair of shoes from another store, they warmly welcomed my exchange. The staff (Anna I remember) was friendly and took great care in measuring my foot size. They swiftly swapped out my shoes, treating me no differently despite it being an exchange service. Towards the end, they enthusiastically assisted me with the exchange and invoice concerns. I would even jest that all retail companies should headhunt such professional staffs from Ecco (kidding)! Highly recommend!

Ecco Bondi Junction have been Christmas Angels for many years. Annette, who supplied boxes to our church, St. Francis in Paddington moved to Ecco and since then, the wonderful staff at Bondi Junction have given us over 100 boxes per year for many years. 0ver 100 boxes filled with goodies go to our older friends in hostels, nursing homes and to their own homes. Thomas, Sam, Jennifer, Jasmina and Charlotte have been terrific despite me barging in on some busy days. They have been truly wonderful. We’ll be back next year.

I'd like to commend the staff at the Bondi Junction Ecco shop. I have purchased several pairs of shoes there in the past. My latest experience goes beyond the norm. They went out of their way to find me a pair of shoes. That included arranging the delivery into store twice with shoes that weren't in stock. Finally I bought a pair of shoes that were in stock in the first place. The service I received was impeccable and always with a smile. I'll be back to buy from this shop again. Tom

Went there today with a friend. Covid is making workers behave like they are really the covid police. One worker reminded that we needed to check in, then 2 seconds later the other lady asks to check if we have checked in. Then follows around. We get its mandatory but an overkill is pathetic and makes shopping not a good experience.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of your store manager Portia at Westfield Shopping Centre Bondi Junction. It was busy, but she processed my returns quickly and found the correct size and colour of the shoes I wanted. A very unexpected and pleasant experience. Please pass on my thanks to Portia.

12 out of 10 for service. Staff member (Lucy from memory) walked into the shop as she had just came back from her break and assisted straight away. Still had her bag in hand. Very hard to find people like this. Customer service brilliant, helpful and service with a smile. Shoes are great and are built for comfort.

Staff are pleasant except that one staff kept calling me "darling" which is unprofessional. I know it's a term of endearment, but not to a customer as not everyone appreciates being called such. Also, the shoes I wanted was the last pair but they couldn't find the left shoe.

Great shoe selection. Unfortunately one of their staff smelt very strongly of BO, a young Caucasian lady, and it was about 11am... Her gentleman colleague who served us was excellent and both my partner and I found a pair we purchased

Fantastic store very helpful. My wife bought some Ecco Sandles had them 2 years & the stiching just started to come apart. They sent them away and had them fixed which was amazing. Very impressed with this store

Fantastic customer service, even during the mayhem of the NY sales. The staff found the last of a particular pair of shoes in stock in another store and arranged for them to be delivered to my work.

I bought my son a pair of sandals today, replacements for the pair he's grown out of. Fantastic service from a young lady wearing a name tag which said 'Ecco', I think she was born to work there

Shocking customer service. Staff including manager need to go for customer training course. When staff argue with customer it is never a good thing. Extremely disappointing!

All of the staff at this store is very helpful. Always have a great shopping experience with them. They always recommend shoes that are comfortable.
