Was totally not made aware of the restaurants decision to not follow mask or vaccine mandates while booking online or confirming the reservation on the phone, I understand human rights and if they choose to operate in this manner than they can do so but people should be made aware of what they will face once they come to the restaurant. The two courses we did try really wasn’t anything to write home about either, the pasta momento was a big letdown (bland with no garnish) and something anyone can cook at home as evidenced by the photo below What was mind blowing and not worth arguing about was that we were also charged $7! for “sparkling” water which we were told apparently every restaurant does (absolutely not true) Edit: As per owner my taste palate is too primitive to appreciative what simply put is pasta. Please do not support businesses such as this who not only do not care for the safety of customers or staff but also cannot face simple criticism for their menu and become better from it

7 stars if it was an option. I dined at Elevator last night and was blown away, this was not at all what I was expecting. The hostess was extraordinary and lovely to speak with, the patio was gorgeous and the ambience created was beautiful for any type of group (couples, friends, families). It was nice to see it was dog friendly as there was a well behaved puppy tucked away by its owners legs. We had the green goddess salad, two pizzas, and a beignet for dessert. All ingredients are sourced locally as a hat tip for supporting small business, beers too. The owners and servers know about each ingredient and can tell you where it came from, how it is produced, and why they have chosen it. I was blown away last night and will definitely return with my friends. I didn't manage to take a picture of the salad or dessert, I was too busy gobbling them down.

I would leave 6 stars if I could. I'm from Toronto and have a new 1 month old baby and our friend from Burlington suggested it, so I assumed it'd be the typical child friendly place. Instead it turns out to be a beautiful restaurant with amazing cocktails (I didn't know such great cocktails existed in Burlington), incredible food, and a very fun wine list. I'm celiac so I didn't get to try the pizza but all the food on the main menu was delicious. Our friend has a 10 month old so I immediately figured this night was going to go bad, but the staff handled the kid so well. They made our first night out as parents very special. This restaurant team deserves a ton of accolades.

Wow -- what a gem in downtown Burlington! Our party of 6 dined here last night and we were blown away by the quality of service and food. We were not an easy group (cancelled and re-booked, arrived near kitchen's closing time). But the staff were so patient and so welcoming -- they still took the time to explain the menu, offer suggestions, and they never seemed stressed or frustrated with us. Unbelievable care and attention. And then the food arrived! We ordered four pizzas that were ALL FANTASTIC. Pillowy dough, perfectly topped with quality ingredients. I cannot fault this place at all. To top it off, we were celebrating our friends' anniversary and their pastry chef brought out two wonderful desserts with candles. I can't rave enough about how lovely this place is. Eat here -- you will not be disappointed.

ELeVATOR is absolutely fantastic! I was excited to book a reservation for this place for my husbands birthday as we’ve passed by it while walking a few weeks before and were intrigued. Not only is the facility stunning and clean, but the service is absolutely impeccable! The atmosphere is inviting and pleasant. The food was amazing! You can tell that it is a carefully curated menu. The server actually told us they change the menu almost every week! We thoroughly enjoyed the Mushroom Bao, the Crudo, and the pizza! We also had cheese and meats (charcuterie) and all the cheeses were so unique and tasteful! Overall, such a great experience from both my husband and I!

Amazing food, great service, & beautiful atmosphere. I had to love this place, as soon as I entered. The place even took care of small details that includes my favourite cutlery. The menu was simple and focused. It changes periodically, that gives me a reason to visit the place again. Food was amazing. Each ingredient showed its distinct flavour, and yet mixed in balance. They were lightly seasoned and tasted healthy. Moreover, they were beautifully presented. Portions were small but it was okay to me, as I got to try multiple dish without being too full. Lastly, I want to thank to great service which made my experience complete. I can't wait to visit this place again to try different flavour.

Very cute little dining spot in Burlington known for its sourdough pizza. The atmosphere where great for either a date night or special occasion. The service was good and they didn't rush us. The food was good, not exceptional. The cabbage, pizzas and tiramisu were the highlights. The halibut was average and the only disappointment was the lamb meatballs which tasted processed. For those who don't drink, they have great zero proof wines or mocktails.

ELeVATOR is currently in my top 3 restaurants in not just Canada, but inclusive of my travels in the U.S. and abroad. The food is flavor-forward, and the dishes are built upon a foundation of carefully sourced, best-in-class ingredients. It's obvious that everyone working there loves their jobs, and are the sort of knowledgeable professional one would expect and want to meet when going out for fine dining. If you are looking for fresh, interesting, and elegant - ELeVATOR is for you.

I absolutely love this place, I've been here multiple times with my husband since 2020. The food is just exquisite, every single dish is unique and delicious, I was partucularily shocked once with the mole and I can say as Mexican is one of the greatest moles I've tried. I also feel like every detail of the setting is well looked after, wich is rare to find. The owner and personnel are really nice and the service is outstanding. It is definitely my favorite place in Burlington.

Booking the place is stupidly difficult for 2023. No online menu, no one picking up the phone, and reservations can be cancelled 2 hours ahead of dinner by the restaurant without any explanation. The modern restaurant experience is built on good food, good service, and ease of access. Even with allegedly good food, this doesn’t bode well in a world where there’s lots of local competition.

An incredible experience. Felt as though I was in a Michelin star restaurant in NYC. Ambiance and staff were impeccable, food was to die for. If I could return everyday for the pasta, I surely would. Thank you for a very special evening in not so fabulous times. Much love and respect to you all xx PS: If there is a doorbell you're at the wrong door, go to the right. Rookie move on our part lol. Our apologies to the neighbours!

We went to Elevator tonight for our anniversary dinner and we were absolutely blown away by the service, food, and ambiance. They have payed very close attention to detail. Such a wonderful dining experience. The pizza was by far the best pizza we've ever had in our lives. We will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommended!

Excellent... Best pizza in the area... sourdough pizza dough made using 20+ years starter, nice wine selection and the service was great. Will definitely be back... my pictures don’t do it justice. The pizzas were excellent. Had the Roma and my wife had the L’Inferno... both were just awesome. Also had a bite of in-house made ice cream.

What a lovely experience! Staff are so friendly and atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. I went with my Dad and 2 sons to try their pizza. We're Italian so we're quite discerning about food, lol! We were impressed with the thin crust and good quality toppings. Pizzas were served nice and hot fresh out of the oven. Can't wait to return!

This place is amazing! I visited Elevator a week ago for a second time and I have great experience. Pizzas were delicious. Place looks nice and very clean. Personal is very knowledgeable and professional. Among all restaurants in Burlington that I visited this is the best one!

I would come here for the mushroom pizza alone, it was absolutely fantastic! I loved that they used a variety of different mushrooms, making every bite interesting and different from the last.

Absolute hidden gem. The pizza is the best wood oven pizza you will ever have, no joke. Try it and see, you won't be disappointed.
