The only highlight of this place was the niece of the owner. She is the only reason I gave them two stars. She was very helpful, caring, and talkative. She did the majority of my Deluxe Pedicure. Then the owner was supposed to come over and put the polish on. Two guys walked in the place and the owner was falling all over them. She opted to give one of them an entire pedicure BEFORE she put my polish on. Then I wanted powder nails on, but the woman doing my nails decided to put acrylic nails on me. She slapped them on quickly and they didn't feel right. Within five days, five of my nails popped off. I decided to remove the other five, which was very easy....too easy. My polish on my pedicure started chipping immediately, which has never happened to me before. I spent $122 there that day - DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!!! It was a waste of time and money. Oh, we even had appointments scheduled ... and we had to wait and wait and wait. My friend, who was with me, was not happy either. We will not be going back to this place again.

Oooohhhhh muh gawddddd‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ it was completely last minute I decided to get my nails done while on a work trip they were able to schedule me in a few hours later than I would have liked (since they only do appointments) but I still was able to work it out! JENNIFER TOOKCAREOFMEEEEEEE my gurl was great!! Her mom initially started me off with getting prepped and then Jennifer took over she was overly accommodating and I appreciate this salon so much (because my nail salon back home in DC half the time i never get exactly what I want, even if I give them a picture to copy and paste on my nails) this wasn't initially what I envisioned and she knocked it out the park!! Completely exceeded my expectations my nails look SO FIRE‼️‼️‼️ (I might have to take a trip out to Tennessee just to get my nails done ) definitely glad that I chose to go here ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I went for the first time to get a pedicure. The "regular" pedicure service was 35 dollars and with the tip I gave it was 40. They soaked my feet, pushed my cuticles back, trimmed them, buffed the nails, then massaged my legs with a exfoliating scrub. Then they used callous removing gel with a callous removing tool and after all that was done they painted my nails with my color of choice. They offered to do gel polish instead of regular polish but I opted to stick with regular polish as gel costs an extra 20 dollars. The studio is clean and they have music playing. Overall the experience was nice except when the nail tech accidentally cut too deep into my toe cuticle and it bled slightly. She immediately sanitized my cut with rubbing alcohol so I wasn't concerned with infections. All in all a good service for about 40 minutes of work for 40 dollars. My feet look better than when I went in!

Wow! What a cute salon!! I had the best time treating myself to a spa day. It was a day full of firsts. I’ve never gotten a manicure with acrylic tips but Jenn got me all set up with an amazing dip manicure with tips. I’ve never had my brows waxed or tinted and Jenn was able to do that for me as well. Never had a pedicure and Miss Lily took her time to thoroughly scrub and massage my legs and feet. This local salon is family run and orientated. They truly take their time to make each client feel special and cared for. I am glad I could support a local business with strong independent women! I can’t wait to come back to get my lashes done. Everyone should definitely come in and try their deluxe spa pedicure package!! A++ 10/10!!!

This place is an absolute lifesaver for me!!!!! I was out of options until this place popped up so I figured why not. IM SO SO HAPPY I DID!!!! The owner told me no worries, and fit me in for a fill in even though they were closing in 30 minutes! Bryan (Byron as I kept calling him) was AMAZING & did a FABULOUS JOB! He did exactly what I wanted with a great attitude & awesome personality! Before I came here Snappy nails was charging 77$ for a fill in, cut down & replacing ONE nail! Rude staff & expensive as hell for a horrible job! Em nails charged me 30 for an extraordinary job, cut down & replaced TWO nails! My name is Brandy I have been here for almost two months and going back every two weeks!!! I love it here they are professional, and very down to earth they try really hard to get you in at the last minute. Pricing is very reasonable because I paid the same amount for half the work that they have done. The next time I go I will be bringing my daughter (4yr old) with me to get her nails painted. And it will be her first experience, so I will definitely be back for a review with children but I guarantee you they will Exceed my expectations. They are very gentle no cuts on my hands like other salons, and they don’t rush you at the door like other salons. I truly recommend them!!!!

I swear their prices change like the hotels due, based on supply and demand or person to person. I asked multiple times how much the service would be prior to and during but didn't get an answer until the end. Got a super basic Gel mani pedi and was over $100. Was in a rush for a wedding so I just paid but Def wouldn't come back for what they charged. Back home in Florida I would have had a top of the line Gel Mani Pedi and maybe even plus tip for what I paid $125. Make sure to clarify price prior to starting. My friend got a Gel mani, basically only polish without the manicure for $40. Location and quality of service doesn't justify the high pricing.

Wow! I can’t figure out how to put a picture but if I can my nails will blow your mind. I am a customer for the rest of my time in Nashville. The atmosphere is welcoming as are all of the employees! Lisa did my eyebrows & she was cheerful & accommodating & laughed at my lame jokes. Eyebrows also a slay. Lily did an excellent job doing my acrylic nail application & was sweet & a fashion icon. The owner, Jennifer, did my design & was such a doll! She is a really amazing young business owner & so talented & kind. My nails have been my favorite I’ve ever gotten in over a decade. Can’t wait to try a pedicure there next time! Thanks everyone!

Visiting family in Nashville & wasn’t able to make it to my regular salon back home. Found EM Nails through Google. Made an appt about a week & a half out. Called & chatted with the receptionist & she selected my services & set me up with Diana for a design. I wasn’t entirely sure I would get a design but I am so happy I did! Diana is awesome! So talented, easy to talk to, extremely personable. The vibe in the entire shop is very cool. Looking forward to returning whenever I’m in town again. If you love designs, Diana is the one you better go see!

I live 45 minutes away but I don't mind the drive.. My nail tech is Jennifer. She always gets my nails right! From me wanting simple or If I want to explore and try something more fun and crazy, even if she's never done it she's not afraid to try new things with my nails and they usually end up coming out so much better than my expectations. Everyone is so nice..friendly and always offers me something to drink. Only place I go for my nails .. awhile back I had lash extensions put in and I was in love! This place is just amazing

I have followed the owner Jennifer Nguyen to difference places over the course of 6 years. The last place was 30 miles from my home but did the drive because she does an amazing job. I was sad when she stopped doing nails to pursue her nursing career. So imagine how excited I was when she reached out and said she was opening a new salon. I will say this she is the absolute best and I could not be happier she is back doing my nails. A very satisfied customer and look forward to many years of continuing to go to my girl "Jennifer"❤

I needed a nice self care day I’m from Chicago and thought this was the place. The shop is lovely and I love my nail and feet. It’s just that I got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and the lady burned me. She didn’t even let me know or tell me how to treat the burn. You see usually when I get my eyebrows wax they getting puffy and red but in the case it tingle too. I didn’t notice until I got back to my hotel room. It’s disappointing that now I have to walk around the rest of my trip with a burn on my face

This nail salon is the worst place I've ever been to, i asked for get polish only but they kept trying to do cleaning and other stuff when I kept telling them please stop i want polish only and they gave me an attitude for no reason. Then they charged me 50$ when it should've been 35 only. If you want your customers to continue coming, listen to what they want and don't offer more than what they ask for then charge them! I've been so disappointed all day for the attitude I received from them.

I’ve been going to this spa for over a year Julie and Jennifer have maintained my nails and toes the quality of work the professionalism it’s literally the best I refuse to go anywhere else. Such a clean chic salon my first visit was winter 2020 when they first opened now they expanded and the quality remains the same. Amazing customer service as well you’re offered a beverage and the wine is delicious too. I just tried Amy with my lashes and she was AWESOME gave me exactly what I wanted.

Great place to get pampered, my first time in they were so nice and polite. It was very clean, welcoming. Ms Savanna she does a beautiful job with my nails. I was attending a special military event and I was blessed because there was a cancellation. And savanna did an awesome job!!!! Loved my toes and nails and they are people of word, it is a great place to go!!! Thank you savanna for everything will be going back again. And the other ladies that worked there was very nice also!

Tried this place out for the first time today based on all of the great reviews. What a great experience! The entire staff is very upbeat and friendly and it’s obvious they care about their customers. It was extremely clean with updated cute decor. I have a hard time finding a good mail tech who doesn’t hurt when I get pedicures or a manicure. I got a mani/pedi today with no issues! This is my new go-to place for a mani or pedi!

I live in Nashville and there’s a lot of nail salons. After reading reviews this one seemed the most promising. I made an appointment, they took me back at exactly my appointment time. It’s by appointment only so I initially wanted just a manicure but they asked if I also wanted to do a pedicure. The girl who did my pedicure also gave me some wine. That’s good service right there. I love this place already and will be back!

Jen has this place perfect. They advise you what’s best for your nails versus turning a blind eye. Steph can do the best designs. But honestly everyone is soo good. Making an appointment means something to them which is very efficient if you have a busy schedule and need to get started at the time of your booking. They have all the fun supplies to make your nails trendy and fun or trendy and classic.

I absolutely love EM Nails & Beauty! Where should I start?? Everything looked so pristine and clean as soon as I walked in. I have never seen a nail place like that, visited Tennessee and decided to have our nails done. Myself and my two daughters. So shocking that the dip was falling off the next day. I expressed my concern when she was doing my nails but my daughter said it was ok. The interval between each application was so short. This was the worst nail do for me and my kids . $140 + not justified.

I came to this salon yesterday with my mom I got my toes done and the girl that did my toes did a GREAT JOB!!! My toes are so hard to polish but she took her time with my toes and worked so hard on them I’m very self conscious about my feet but she made me feel so comfortable and for that I’m so grateful! This salon is so beautiful and super clean inside I can’t wait to go back! ☺️

Poor service I tried to use their online tool to schedule an appointment, but no matter what time slot I chose, it said it was "just booked." So I called, and they asked me to hold. I said of course, but they kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes without coming back to the phone. I could hear everything in the background, including a guy and children. Then the woman hung up on me.

I came into town after a 6 hour drive to stay with my friends, and we made a nail appointment here. It was our first time ever and I wish I could take them back home with me. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming , and their service was exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will absolutely be coming back again the next time I come to visit.

Finally a place that I want to come back to. Got SPA pedicure here today. Lady was so professional and I really appreciate her attention to detail. In the past I had to fix my nail polish at home after visiting other saloons and it just wasn’t it but it is definitely not the case here. I will definitely come back and I am happy I finally found my place

While visiting Nashville for our anniversary, My husband and I went for pedicures. This was my husband's first pedicure and my second in my life. We let them know we were diabetic and they took great care of our feet. HIGHLY recommend for pedicures. I didn't try any other service but if I am ever in Nashville again I will definitely make an appointment!

I love the vibe here! Found EM Nails by looking at photos on Google and Yelp. Very clean environment and professional service. They were very kind and able to accommodate a walk in at 4:45 on a Saturday when they close at 6:00. Did a great job and I was out pretty quick despite having to have an SNS soak off and special service. Will definitely be back!

Really special place. I’ve been going to this location the last 3 times, the employees are really friendly and they make you feel you are important to them. The lady who did my pedicure was very professional. When she asked which pedicure I wanted, I said “Spa” which was $35. When it was to to check out, another lady charged me $55 and then proceeded to move about like she had 0 900 other customers. She did not give me a chance to protest. I WILL NOT GO BACK! I saw this place from my hotel room across the street and decided to give it a try during my layover. The location is very clean and my nail tech was nice. However, this is the most I’ve ever paid for a gel manicure and the gel polish lasted exactly one week. Quite disappointing.

I had a gel manicure done 6 days ago. It has already lifted from the cuticle and chipped. I can’t wash my hair without hair getting caught under it because it’s lifting so bad. I’m assuming this is because no base coat was ever applied, just gel.
