DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I went and washed my laundry and put them in the dryer went out to my car and waited the 24 mins sitting in my car in the parking lot came back in to get my clothes and they were gone every single piece of clothing i owned gone and i ask the lady working there if she would check the cameras and she would not help me at all she just said not my problem.. Refused to give me a managers or owners number just wouldnt help at all... She said well if you would have asked me to watch your clothes then i would have but you didnt so not my problem... This place is the worst business i have ever been too and will never go back again.. As a matter of fact today has now made it my lifes mission to make sure as little amount of customers go there as i possibly can.. Boycott this place they deserve it...

This is easily the worst laundromat I've ever been to. The girl working there can barely speak English, which is a problem when you're dealing with the public here. She couldn't articulate that I needed to pay an extra $5.50 to have my laundry done the same day. It costs $1.85 a lb which is bad enough, but instead of a 10 lb minimum, they charge a $20 minimum! That's ridiculous. She also asked for my ID instead of just asking for my info or having me write it down. And she put my clothes in one of the nastiest, dirtiest laundry baskets I've ever seen, caked with dirt. Even if you're going to wash them, why not something cleaner? Worst of all, they make you pay ahead of time. That's a first in the dozens of laundromats I've been to across the country. This place is an absolute joke! And it's filthy there!!!

My new favorite Laundromat!!! This one pretty much has it all. Staff always on-site, and friendly staff at that. Clean establishment AND clean machines! (I mean, who woulda thought-- cleaning machines that are actually clean, and don't ruin your clothes while "cleaning" them?) Vending machines for laundry supplies. Clean folding tables. They even have one of those sinks so you can pre-deal-with your clothes. Perfect! Aaaaand.... if you get there between the hours of 6am and 8am, washing machines are 50% off!! Great for those super-duper-does-anyone-else-in-this-friggin'-house-know-how-to-do-laundry?-size-loads. The early bird special and the little sink is what had me sold. I'm actually excited to go back! Wow I'm a dork......

I’m doing my laundry at this laundromat now, wow, what a difference, haven’t been here in about 5 years, when I used to come here, the washing machines were from the stone age they were older than me, the coin machine would eat your money, they didn’t complete the cycle, they broke down, now they are updated and more modern with the other laundromats, there’s someone here if you have concerns, questions or you just want to talk and shoot the breeze, she even gave me a stool to sit so I wouldn’t have to sit on the floor cause the benches were taken away the best thing about this laundromat is if you come in between the hours of 6am and 8am, the washers are half off

If I could give a negative number I would. The lady working there was extremely passive aggressive, and also saying stuff about 'God'(professional? I think not)...refused to let me get a dollar worth of quarters for my son's piggy bank, said I had to be a customer, so I took his wet jacket and said ok, I'll use the dryer, then she still refused to let me use the quarter machine. Power trip over a dollar? Nasty nasty nasty lady, and the washers are $12.50. people don't need passive agressive abuse from anyone, especially someone who's supposed bring in business, or represent business.

This place was close to my hotel or so I thought. It wasn't that's the first issue and second/last issue with this place is some lady rushing over as soon as I walk in at 819pm to tell me I needed to hurry up and start now if I wanted to wash here. OK rude but would've stayed anyway if she didn't then proceed to listen to my husband and I having a conversation about a few others in the area. After she gave her two cents (not needed or wanted) we quickly left and are now at a much friendlier place and will spend half the money I planned to there I'm sure. So thanks anyway

I came here to wash my large blankets. The lady working was very mean to my 3 year old daughter. My 3 year of had never been inside a laundromat before, she was very excited and was opening the washer next to the one we were using and the lady zipped around the corner and said to my daughter “are you using this? ARE YOU USING THIS?” And as my daughter stared at her quiet she then goes, “THEN DONT TOUCH IT!!” Needless to say I had a few words for her. She then watched our every move from that point forward. First and last time there. The machines worked great, though!

I get ve it four stars ,only because I never give five stars.. It was clean, receptionist was friendly, yet not a lot of spots to park due to the other places there. People where parked in back me and had to ask resptiontionist to ask them to move. You're wise it is a very clean place, prices a bit much,needs to be lowered least but a dollar each machine,dryers are a good price yet the last two large ones ($2.00 machines) did not dry all the way ,so best to do like ($2.25--$2.50) to be on safe side.

I went here late afternoon because all other laundry mats near me were messy and full.... Soon as I walked in immediately the girl working helped me. Explained how everything worked ...I was very impressed by her great customer service.. Told me she would be available to answer any questions that I might have... This is my new laundry mat...I have been to several laundry mats. Had bad experiences..This one is wonderful.

This place is not a very nice establishment compared with other laundry mats in the area. It's clean and usually pretty empty so a good place to go if you want laundry done quickly, but if you have to hang out at a laundromat for more than an hour this place stinks. There's no bathroom, no vending machines, and nothing but a bar nearby. Not my choice for taking a day to do laundry.

It is very dirty!! The containers you put your soap and softener in has all kinds of gunk in it. It does not get cleaned! Plus to wash a load starts at 2.50, and thats for a tiny load. If you want a double load. It is 4.50 or 5.50. You would think with that price, they could clean the machines and keep them up. Nope, they are falling apart and neglected. Will not return

I was pleasantly surprised by this laundromat. It was clean, all the machines were working, the employee was friendly. I liked using the app to pay. I know the app is not for everyone and the prices are what I expect since everything else in our world has gone up. The bar next door can be a bit loud but overall it's a good laundromat and we will use it again.

All upgraded Machines. New Wash n fold services, or pickup and delivery. Staff is on site from open to close to help with any questions or concerns. They also sell laundry products if you happen to forget to bring yours. Cleanest laundry mat I've ever been to.. highly recommended Owner is friendly and did a fantastic remodel.

The app is really helpful and useful except for if you go and get the promotion they charge you even though you don't follow through with confirming the use of the promotion. And it takes $30 out of your account initially no matter what card you have. Detroiters didn't drive very well but the washers did a good job washing

I went to drop off some laundry to get washed and the lady working the counter was extremely nice there rates are good I myself have went there to do laundry and the lady is always very nice and helpful it's also kept clean and it's a busy place but I really like the customer service that will keep me coming back

I've used this Laundromat for 4 months about 6 years ago and had contacted the owner/operator a couple times. The most recent contact was regarding a lost and very important piece of my child seat, the response was perfect and I got the missing buckle back. (Typo correction updated the review to present)

Even the most soiled clothes always come out clean in their washers! Very high prices unless you go during their discount hours 6am-8am. If you can't make it at that time, forget it and try then another day. They also add another dollar if you use their pay by credit card app. .

Can't say enough,the employees are very helpful...I love the folding jobs and sometimes even go above and beyond and color coordinate my clothes...all in all I love the option to leave my clothes there I feel comfortable with entrusting ez wash to do my clothes

Bad customer service I went to wash in Saturday morning and witnessed how the employee is rude and disrespectful I guess they shouldn't treat the customer like that, because they won't come back. For my part, I would not come back in that laundromat

one thing to note the vending machine that you can supposedly by soap out of is broken it's continue tobeMexico'sen and it's not going to be fixed so please save your money. As laundromats go it was mediocre

Expensive 5.00 for small 6.00 for medium 8.00 for large. Place was dirty machines took my money. Don't waste your money on it. Down the way it's 3.00 for same size. Don't get ripped off.

It's usually pretty quiet in this laundromat. Most machines work (there is usually 1 or 2 down out of all the machines in here). Clean and reasonably priced machines.

Rarely clean, the equipment is often broken and goes un-repaired for weeks or months, with only the out of order signs being changed. If they're there at all.

Washers and Dryers are wiped down after every use. The cleanest laundry mat I have ever used. You have options to pay by credit card or by quarters.

Its not terrible but it's not great. Half the time the machines don't work right, don't take quartersour the property is self is just filthy.

Often the dryers stay cold. And the atendent said manager want reimburse u the 2.00. Rest roon is always out of order per the atendent.
