I’ve been working at this Family Dollar since late August early September and still do, there are only 3staff that work here. A majority of the customers are rude and impatient. We do not have shopping carts because most of the customers leave them outside, walk them to their location and don’t return them so there considered stolen. Again we only have 3 staff members, I’ll speak for myself I do the best that I can busting my behind in Family Dollar trying to meet the customers needs and being patient with them as well. I work full time hours but I’m part time, I don’t get Holiday pay, PTO, a break or a day off unless I take one. The district manager doesn’t care, Family Dollar as a Company does not care about their employees. The customers don’t understand what we cashiers at Family Dollar go through for 10.50 an hour. Family Dollar does not appreciate their employees! They will work you to the bone. Say what you want to but don’t be late on my paycheck good day.

Can we start by removing the old night club in the back please? What was it called??? Oh I remember, the Mecca. I suggest wearing goggles to protect your eyes from the flying trash. Wear headphones to block out those loitering and use a debit card because it seems like everyone sees you get change back. Wear gym shoes in case you have to run from the path of a speeding car that didn't give you, the pedestrian, the right of way and never, ever, ever let your children walk.

We went to Citi trends and it was a mess. Very crowded the shelves were a mess like a tornado hit it. The ladies working were very rude. Every time i go here its a terrible experience. I do not recommend going here and after our last visit we have decided not to return. I do not want to spend my hard earned money in such a horrible establishment that clearly needs a lot of customer service training.

Stopped by and picked up some fireworks for the fourth of July. Was a good visit. We looked at everything took a few pieces outside for testing. Was a great time the manager/owner was great the helped us thru the whole process and had another employee load the truck. Was more than satisfied with the experience and would recommend it to anyone.

Litter and trash all over the ground. People hanging out at all times of the day in front of the stores and parking lot. Quite a few of the stores have shut down or are vacant. There is a bar/liquor store that is usually busy. The family dollar is always packed and cluttered. The Chinese spot is decent but it is takeout only.

Can't really rate the place because I stood outside because there was a note on the door saying they were closed. No indication as to whether it would open or what time it would open and this was after 11am. Was there 20-30 minutes before leaving. The place I'm referring to in Eagledale Plaza is the Family Dollar store.

There's always trash and broken alcohol bottles in parking lot but it's gotten better in past year. Not so many people drinking and chilling in parking lot of liquors store. But it's not hot out yet so we shall see how this summer looks! They repainted the buildings and added new business so it looks promising!

Stopped by the family dollar which was messy AF!!! They had the baskets I was looking for so I cannot be too upset about the mess. The basket had a pole on it to stop theft but it stopped me being able to get out the store with my purchases and a baby. Note to self...get basket without pole.

The shops generally sell good stuff at low prices. AFAIK, it's not dangerous to visitors. It does seem to have shoplifting and business theft problems; and with weird things, like shopping baskets. (I wonder if that's what happened to garbage cans outside, if there ever used to be many?)

I grew up around Eagledale and have been going to this shopping center pretty much my whole life. There used to be so many more shops here and they even had a bowling alley. There aren't as many stores here now but the ones that are here will do everything they can to help you out.

trash every where on entire lot.. several shops had pan handlers and loteriors.. outside one shop was 3 very loud and vulgar mouthed African American women just standing in front of door to business we needed to enter and choose to go some where else for safety and other issues

This shopping center has been around for quite some time. Not a terrible selection of stores. The autozone at the east end of the lot is especially convienent. Not to mention they have a pretty deep inventory. The family dollar has great service and cool employees. Thank you.

Why the hell would anyone shop here! This centers heyday has long since past. Gone is the grocery store, drug store, Wasson's, Zayre, and the Ponderosa to name a few. Left is a nail shop, fake hair store, bar/liquor store, rent-a-center, and a messy, dirty Family Dollar.

Cititrends, Rainbow and Family Dollar are convenient and all carry plus size, children's sizes, and shoes. There's also a men's store a beauty supply stores in the plaza. The historic Sakatumi Lounge is here as well. You can get almost anything you need in this plaza.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 was because it was recently remodeled and looks good,( from far away) until you get up close and see trash everywhere. People park in fire lane all the time and overall it’s just trashy and looks very unsafe and unsecured.

It's a little run down looking. I pulled in here to go to an ATM at the Fifth third Bank and it was out of order. It just isn't a very appealing place. It's a strip mall that barely has anything open for business anymore and I guess it's just getting run down.

I only go to Rainbow or Family Dollar. But the area in general is okay but I do pick and choose my days when I can stand to be in the area. There's always someone trying to hustle outside as you walk along the strip. It can be a little annoying sometimes.

This is my One Stop Shop area usually can get shopping nails Beauty Supplies and run in the dollar store in One Sweep can get a little Rowdy sometimes with the bar being right there in the area in the plaza as well but overall a good area to go to

Wonderful Customer Service!!! We ordered a TV/Sound System/Cabinet from Crystal. She was warm & inviting & helped to make sure everything was perfect!! Unlike the service we received by the W. Washington (by Krogers) location. Thank you Crystal.

I visited the beauty supply store here they had what I needed but their customer sucked, made me feel like that answering my questions was an inconvenient. I don't feel that spending my money in your business should be an inconvenience to you.

I just use the Plaza parking lot to chill and to smoke and sometimes when I'm too f***** up to drive I can crash there. With my sunglasses on and it looks like I'm contemplating issues when really I'm f****** so out of it it's unreal. LOL.

What is it with the family dollars on this side of town not having carts or barely any items in stocks? Those 2 reasons were the main reasons y I went to this one rather than my usual one just to find out they have the same issues.

This is a small strip mall with limited stores...It works for quick on the go shopping and specific items...It also is convenient, plenty of gas stations around it...The only thing is there is no grocery store over here.

I have no complaints about the shopping plaza it is very busy but I found a parking space I got in and got out everywhere I went from the beauty supply store down to Lady Joy they were a very efficient and fast

I go into a store , Family Dollar, get what I want and move on. A couple of times I've had the honor of meeting someone or even people that I have not seen in a long time and we greeted each other nicely.

Employees were very nice! They need to get more workers in there for Saturday's. It was only 2 people there and they had to help with questions and do check outside, so the line was almost out the door.

I went to the Laundromat that's located in the Eagledale plaza. First thing in the morning there are easy parking spaces, not a lot of people who h allows you to get in and out with no fuss or mishaps.

Excellent location to shop at. Along with a diverse shopping experience, you will find something to peak your needs. Be somewhat opened minded though. And you just might be surprised.

A lot of activities not only to do with shopping you had different vendors outside MBG services offering snow cone cotton candy and popcorn upon it a big old tent next to AutoZone

Found what I was looking for, for my new hair style.. Im do glad I could go out of town to get colored hair. Also was able to hit up every store in the plaza I came to visit. .

I went to Kohl's to return some items. The parking lot was cleared of snow and clean otherwise. The store was clean with extremely helpful people. A good experience overall.

Just another run down area nothing there that I need but the banking center parking lot sucks used items people have taken over some of it makes the lot. Look worse

I love the new laundry mat they have a variety of sizes of the washers and multiple ones at that and really good hot dryers it cut my laundry time almost in half.

The plaza isn't like it use to be. But they are trying to bring it back up. A grocery store would be great to have back in it. Since there is not one close by.

It has a few clothing stores and general stores. There's a lotta empty space that if it would get occupied by more stores it'll make a difference there.

Went to family dollar no carts inside it was hot as hell in there only 1 cashier and a line to the back of the store smh. The store was a mess too.

I will not return cashier was on phone cursing like a sailor the store was packed. I just left. Poor customer service. It was a Sunday

I really like to see the difference in products at the different stores and I enjoy shopping at the beauty stores at the plaza also...

From the family dollar to the laundromat the liquor store the bank everything you need just right here you don't have to go no where

This store bearly open up. On the days and hour's it's supposed too. Bad for the hood cause we have to catch a bus to another store

Went to auto zone, friendly fast. Had everything i needed. Staff had mask on you are not required to have it on. In an out quickly.

If cheap buys and drinks are your forte, this is the place!! Downside safety, would only recommend going here during the daylight.

The cashier is high and talks to much all I want is to get my things and go not go threw my and your life story she wears glasses

Varieties of things to buy.Hair accessories,good shoes and cloths and also a fifth third bank.citi trend is also located there.

Always broken glass...the family dollar always only have 1 cashier and a long line. The drunks are always out hanging around.

This plaza has been ran down and brought back so many times I can't even count. Seems like it's on the down side now-a-days!

Just terrible,it look like a small bomb went off. Nasty,and not one of my favorite family dollars to shop at for sure.

This store has many choices of hair and great quality they even had toys my great nephew new what kind of toy it was.

Very convenient to my location. I ride there in my electric wheelchair. I always find what I needed when I go there.

The closest AutoZone is there as well as a Family Dollar and my son's dentist and quite a few modern clothing stores

I only go to certain stores in the strip mall like Lady Joy or shoes trends... great stores for that type of apparel

There are some good stores still. Lots of things for the ladies. A liquor store, just your average Hood Strip Mall.

They have a big laundromat posts of little clothing shops a huge beauty supply store, they even have a nice bar!

For the fruit stores that they have I found very good deals in all of them so it is worth the time to shop there

If only they could find some good employers. Lines are always long and the employers are always complaining.

I was surprised how many stores are at this strip mall. It was clean and nobody panhandling or hanging out.

The parking lot and surrounding area is not taken care of well at all. They do have some good shops though.

Unfortunately due to all the "migrants" coming into the country, Speedway is plagued with illegal aliens

Miss the grocery store that used to b there but it still has a nice variety of shopping centers.

Open 24hrs and its convenient to my area wher I live. Right on the #15, 37 bus line.
