Bought a new set of dining table with 6 chairs, the first time, delivery came without time notice, no SMS notice and I missed delivery. I had to keep calling them re-organise my schedule. finally I got my shipment but there were totally wrong, table and chairs were not I ordered. Early settler staff promised me they would send me another set and swap over. deliver time would be Monday morning the following week. I was waiting on thay time and no one was showing up, again I have to call them, the reply was the driver got him truck for service, they would do delivery in afternoon! fine! at least i could get what I asked for. unfortunately I got a table, there were little chipped on top, it was ok I put table cloth on. 6 chairs, 3 of them unbalanced, the length of the legs were different! Again I called them, they said they don't have stocks any more and asked myself to buy felt surface protecters to fix them. thank you very much! I would not go back any more and not suggest anyone else to go there any more. disappointed and frustrated enough!

Worst first experience. Ordered dining table and bench at the store. Booked to be delivered over a week later because they didn’t have trucks available. Waited all day for the delivery, kept calling the store for a time of arrival only to be told it will be here in another 45 mins. This happened 2 to 3 times. Until the furniture was never delivered. No communication and kept blaming third party delivery company. Never again are we shopping here. Get your deliveries in order Early Settler.

worst experience I've had. Bad customer service delivery arrived without 2 items i ordered never got notified had to call up stated it would arrive within a week took 4 weeks to see my items and that was after non stop calling to follow up. rude and unprofessional customer service staff. would never deal with again horrible experience. quick to take your money then don't give a damn after they've taken your money. before this experience i was super excited to shop here. NEVER AGAIN.

The furniture is nice, quality of service however, is questionable. I have found the customer service at this location extremely poor. An older lady with short brunette hair (fails to wear a name tag) has been very rude to me on many occasions. As soon as I walk into the store she gives me rude looks as though I am about to steal something from her precious store. Her attitude towards me is suspicious and at times borderline racist .. I think she should see someone about this.

We went to the shop twice and was told the time is just estimated which may not be accurate. No communication or notification from the shop staff at all. I will STRONGLY recommend not to buy something is back order as they might take longer than you think.

I have been waiting for my dining table to be delivered for more than a year. They keep telling me the order still in the ship! It’s in the water it is been delayed. Did do not have enough stock in any of the warehouse in Melbourne. If you are placing an order with them double triple check on the delivery date.

This particular store always looks so amazing and clean! The team are superb and are very knowledgeable and assistance is never too far away. The manager was highly attentive and had a fantastic personality. I was grateful for her help and advice regarding my new build. Truly an asset to your business.

Don't bother. I went in one Saturday morning ready to buy after looking online but just had some delivery questions and to see products up close. I walked 2 laps around store and not even a simple greeting/acknowledgement by 3 staff at counter. I happily took my business elsewhere.

Just had my couch delivered by the most amazing delivery crew. Very professional and took their time to set up and take away the packaging. I love my new couch and would highly recommend buying from the Blackburn store. Staff were amazing, especially Clare. 10/10

The staff and the shop manager are nice but the quality of the furniture is really bad. We got our dining table with dents on the table and cracks and holes on the chairs. The delivery service is inaccurate and they even forgot to deliver one chair out of six.

While David was an absolutely wonderful person to deal with, my boyfriend and his father were verbally abused by a woman who works there. Screaming at customers (in front of other customers) for a mistake made by the company is ridiculously unprofessional

Very good products and beautiful design but service & follow up aspect is very very poor. Too many follow ups and the in-house staff doesn't take any accountability post sales but passes the blame on either warehouse staffs/ the system.

Early Settler furniture is of poor quality although I think it looks nice. The items I have bought have not worn well. The furniture is not durable/hard wearing except for our metal framed classic queen bed. It is surprisingly. sturdy.

We paid $25000 in early settler in the month march and bought complete lounge set ,carpets ,lamps etc for our new house.as few things were going to deleiver within month from warehouse and still waiting everytime the manager and staff

ffs where do i start .... we ordered furniture and was told it would be delivered on a wednesday........ told again it will be friday...... once again told can't do anything as a private person was to deliver our goods but he's gone

Great. Beautiful store. Unfortunately the young sales assistant messed our order up and the item in order wasn't processed right and unavailable for a further week after collection date. But still a lovely place.

A big store, this Early Settler hosts a large area of reproduction items at the back of the shop. Keep in mind, they are dearer than some smaller reproduction stores but they will have the stock.
