Purchased quite a lot from Anita for my brand new house about 6 weeks ago. Perfect customer service, if I had a business I’d poach her and pay whatever she wanted. She gets 10 stars. Big guy tried to take over her sale, not impressed with him sneaky man. Just called to add to the order but didn’t get girls name, bad line. Again great ordering process. The problem is I was told I’d get it all by mid August but now I find out it’s not until mid sept which I wouldn’t have found out unless I rang.
Thank you SO SO much to the lovely Callum from Frankston Early Settler who has gone above and beyond with his customer service for me. Callum you are an enormous asset to the company and have restored my faith in good old fashioned customer service. Thank you so much again. :-)
