They are only open 3 days a week, which is totally understandable due to COVID. But no one picks up the calls or calls back. I booked 2 haircut appointments back in July for Aug 27. I tried to call in between before my appt to confirm but no answer on their side. I showed up for my haircut appt with my mom but receptionist told me that I don't have appt. I told her I booked with the other receptionist more than a month ago. She said no our appts were not in the system. She went to go ask the hairdresser but she then sat back down without asking. She started helping people behind us instead and was giving them appts. She was answering phone calls in the middle of our conversation and giving them appts. We were just standing there awkwardly waiting for her to finish talking to other people. She said she can book us in a month, which makes no sense because I booked this appt more than a month ago. Regardless, I am flying out for school next week so I am not even here and I told her that as well and she didn't acknowledge it. I just said its fine and this was not fair and walked out. She didn't apologize or seem to really want to help us so there was no point in me waiting there for something to happen. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We've been going there for haircuts for many years because the hairdressers are very nice and they do a good job. But this is not worth it.

Went for a body massage the first time, it was all going well, the massage was really professional and all of a sudden the masseuse started touching me unprofessionally, started putting loads and loads of oil on my body, and i was shocked she started could SOMETHING AWKWARD, Yes! she started to finger my a**H****. And said youre very handsome. I was soo damn uncomfortable that i wanted to just run away, I quickly wiped the oil from me, got dressed, and ran from the place before time. Later she chased me till the door asking for tip tip tip. Well, If you want to finger your clients and ask for tips, pls write it upfront!! GUYS THIS IS A SKECHY PLACE, NEVER VISIT HERE WELL THE BEHAVIOUR THERE JUSTIFIES THE SINGLE GOOGLE STARS, WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR A NEGATIVE STAR TOO.

I would give this a 2 star, but giving an extra star for the nice lady who treated me. I booked an appointment here because I got a gift certificate; however, when I presented the certificate, they did not honor it because they were no long valid. The lady at the front checked with the owner and all she would do was give $10 off. Not worth going here a) for service of not honoring a certificate that was issued from this location- which didn't have a expiration date b) esthetically this place is not pleasing at all. They definitely lost my reoccurring business.

I go here specifically for my haircuts. Won't go anywhere else. The staff are very sweet and as a returning customer for many years they know me and my family well. Very respectful and good service. May does the best haircuts. She also has better english than most in my opinion. She is also one of the haircutters who won't talk through your entire session if you don't want to. Their massages and manicures/pedicures are also very good. Also the only relaxology location that I like a lot.

I got one of my bangs dyed at this salon. The staff seemed really unprofessional. The quality of the bleach they used on my hair was not good at all. After a week my bang turned white and from white it turned green. It has been almost 7 months and the green colour isn't leaving my hair. I have tried dying it black but the colour fades away and turns green again. If you are planning to get something done from this place DONT!

I just had my eyelash extensions done for the first time by Serena and she did such a fantastic job! I love them so much. She came on her day off specifically to do them for me because I had mentioned I had an important occasion last minute! She listed to everything I wanted and made them very natural. Very clean, incredible service and will absolutely be coming back for lots of services! Great job!

The worker there don’t have proper license for their service. They poked my eye so hard while doing my eye lashes extension. Found out my eye bleed back to home. The reception lady said bleeding is normal, and charged me an additional 40% of service fee because they claimed my expense with insurance. It’s an insurance scam, avoid this place! Very sketchy.

Weird and sketchy place! They dont accept clients unless you know someone who's connected to them. Have called a few times as it's near my house and they always give me a different answer as to why they dont allow new customers. Its NOT a private club (i asked). Call ans see for yourself! Very sketchy. Not sure if its even legal!

Went for a massage.... they gave me an appointment just an hour b4 closing.... the staff was not so good with English so had problem talking. I was very disappointed with the massage. The lady doing it was like in a hurry to finish it. Not a good experience overall.... : (

This place is one of the best shops around in this Mississauga area. Been there several times with different masseuse, all were good but Wendy was the one with the strength that I loved. Will aim to go once or twice a week. BTW the reception was very nice and friendly.

I had been here for a massage. The RMT was simply awesome. She knew what she was doing. Felt really stress free after the massage. Strongly recommend for single & couple massages.

The staff here mostly speak Chinese and very courteous. The facials here are quite relaxing and fast. Easy to get same day appointments. Cleanliness needs to improve.
