April 13 2021, I called this bank to ask some questions about opening business account. This lady who answered my phone call around 10:15 am, I haven’t finish my questions , she keeps and rushed me to good bye like throwing a trash somewhere. I need to report this very unprofessional business behavior! Very impolite! Hateful.

If i could give them a -100 i would i cashed my first check with no problem..my second check they wanted to do all kind of verification call this person that person just to tell me they wouldn't cash my check that was from there bank..dont bank with them youll need 1500 i. Your acount to avoid fees...smh

Horrible bank. Employees are so rude and unprofessional. Filed a complaint with the Federal Reserve. It may not go anywhere but it’s worth a shot because they do not have proper banking practices.
