After having my car fixed at this shop, they put driving lights into my car and did not adjust them, i took it back to the owner of the shop and he told me they were "normal" if you call normal having no light on the right hand side of my car and the left hand side lit up like a Christmas tree "normal" I don't think so! I ended up taking it to another repairer, he took one look at my lights and said they are any where but "normal"! I then had to pay to have them adjusted properly. I also found bits on my car that were broken when picking the car up and was not told about these parts, but to be told oh we have to order that when I called back! and again 5 weeks later i found parts missing on my car again and I was told oh we have to order that AGAIN with out taking responsibility that they had made a mistake, but of course I had to find these missing bits my self. They left buffer on the outside and parts on the leather in side my interior which i had to get off my self. Now I have just noticed that the side panel of my car is not straight and clearly looks different to the side that didn't get repaired, I will defiantly not be returning to " Eastland Body Repair " get it seen to. save your self a major head ache!!!

I was informed (including pics) throughout various stages of progress and the end-result exceeded my expectations. If you're discerning regarding the outcome of your vehicle I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. I've had extensive experience with getting cars customised in the past and the factor that differentiates Eastland body repairs from other shops (in my experience) is their approach, in that, your project is taken on board as though the car actually belongs to them. I've already been back a second time since I initially had my Callipers/Wheels sprayed and rebuilt (brakes) and I'll be going back again

Had my car repaired within 4 days when I was told it could take up to 7 days by my insurance company had it washed and cleaned in and out when I picked it up. I couldn't believe it. The team at Eastland Body Repairs did an amazing job with my daily after I thought it wasn't going to make it through. I dealt mainly with Enrico who kept me informed and up-to-date more than almost anyone I've ever dealt with. The transparency in what they needed to do and the accommodation they had to my input didn't go unnoticed. My car came out beautifully, even with a few extra fixes that weren't from the accident, even the paint looks identical. Easily the best shop so far to work on my car and if needed I will be back again.

A few weeks ago i had a guy reverse into the front of my car & of course the first thing i did was call Ryan in a panic! Just like last time he calmed me down and started the painless insurance claim. The quote & insurance assessment was done in a few day and then my car was in for the repairs. They even made sure I had a loan car while the work was being done. My car now looks BETTER than it did coming out of Mazda & my god was the inside clean! Could not recommend these guys more! They are so lovely & do an amazing job!

I had a Fender bender and honestly, my Ford come out of it the best. Off to insurance. EBW worked with me all the way. Organised everything, even me! Stay away, I was told by AAMI they are good one in Eastern Suburb . If that is true then they used to be good but not any more, do not take your vehicle to Eastland Body Repair . I took my 2013 Ford Ranger there to get my rear bumper fixed and painted, it was an insurance claim. Not only did they not keep there fixed date schedule they did a horrible job.What sucks is since they had more time you would think they would do it right

Ryan and Enrico at EBR went above and beyond to repair my brand new ute back to its factory finish in trying circumstances. My Ranger was smashed by hail in late December and these blokes restored it in a timely fashion, constantly updating me with photos and deadlines. Love their work - would highly recommend.
