Extremely disappointed with this company. I have been ordering 10 meals on a weekly basis for the past two months. This totals to $1000 in orders. I was extremely supportive of this Toronto based local business, and really enjoyed their meals. I recommended their meals to my friends, family and coworkers - a few of them had also purchased meals after my recommendation. This past week, I recieved a charge that was 33% (41$) higher than my prior charges. I understand that inflation has been impacting food and hospitality services hard; they do need to increase prices at some point. I would have gladly paid this additional fee if they had sent me an email before the charge and informed me of the reasonings behind the increase. However, the fact that they randomly increased my bill by that amount in one week with no email notice is extremely deceptive. I reached out to them and they told me they posted an update on their blog about price increases. They expect customers to constantly check their blog for updates on price increases, but can't send out a simple email notification? In addition to this - their blog update only says "Subscribers can expect their weekly renewal amount to increase by only a few dollars per week." A 33% price increase is not a few extra dollars per week.

I'm very excited and will write a follow up review of their food once eaten, but the order process and delivery is flawless. The food looks amazing, the packaging is compact and minimalistic and the delivery bag.. FINALLY! a BAG! With a HANDLE! So tired of carrying food boxes. How convenient to have a handle honestly. Cheers guys, will follow up after eating! Edit : after having eaten their food for a week I can attest to what all other positive reviews are saying. Amazing and flavourful, time saving and honestly not that expensive if you break it all down. It has been a tough few months with my surgery and being unable to use my arm (and therefore to cook) so this has been a blessing. I've recommended you guys to many people already!

I did a lottt of searching for a meal prep service before I stumbled upon this place and I’m so glad I did. I got a weeks worth of meals for my first order and I was super impressed. The portions are great, food looks good and as pictured online, it tastes really good too. I love that theres a lot of options and its super affordable compared to many other meal prep services in Toronto. Will definitely become a regular customer here because Im very pleased with the customer service and updates as well, they keep you informed about your delivery!

I live alone and really don't want to cook just for me. I really like this service because it controls my portion size as well as giving me more variety than if I were to cook myself. I'm eating better and hope to lose a little weight. I order enough for a week of dinners and some lunches. The quality of the food is excellent and well-priced - good value for money. Packaging is great and meals easily reheat in the microwave in just a few minutes. Delivery is reliable and has been no problem. Drivers are courteous and on time. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend it.

Easy Mealz, on our first order gave us HALF THE ORDER. Ordered 20 meals for my wife and I, and received 10, but they charged us FULL PRICE. We used their text msg system to try to get a hold of someone, and they responded back with "our manager will reach you on Tuesday, have a nice weekend." Treating a new customer like this is terrible business, and is completely unacceptable. I want all new potential customers to know that this could happen to you if you choose to purchase with Easy Mealz. Not Easy, and half the Mealz.

I have always being skeptical of buying food from delivery services, but Easy Mealz completely changed my view on this. Food is always tasty, good portion and reasonable price. I always have trouble ordering food because my stomach is sensitive, but Easy Mealz food has NEVER given me any trouble. Food taste amazing even after days of being in the fridge. I love how they rotate the menus weekly and even if variety is not as much as other services, you never get bored of their food.

I was a bit scared first time because I saw the advertisement on Instagram; however, I tried it. For my suprise the low carbs meal taste good even it's for diet. The service is perfect too, before delivered, you can see where the drive are on the web and if the driver have any question they will call you. At beginning I tried on Wednesday and I changed to Sunday and it was so easier as well.

We ordered from Easy Mealz for the first time this past week. So far it has been a positive experience! We love that they are a local company. Delivery is great, as you get a notification of a relatively small window (about 2-3 hours) in which the meals will be delivered, and you also get a link to track the delivery vehicle in real time. The meals we've had so far have been good portions and tasty. We hope they keep this up and we'll continue to be customers!

I’ve tried a few meal kit programs but they didn’t work out because as a busy professional, I just don’t have the energy to cook a meal kit. Easy Mealz was an awesome solution to my problem. The prepared meals are tasty and does not require me to spend time cooking anything. Their communication is superb and the price is really really affordable on my budget. I hope they stay around for a long time I’ll definitely be a lifetime subscriber.

Signed up for the weekly 12 meal plan but was consistently being delivered 10 meals. When I reached out through email for support, there was no response or explanation given even after following up 3 times. When I first signed up, food started out with good variety but since the last two weeks, nearly every box came with a side of tasteless peas/carrots. would stay away as they're clearly looking to cut costs with these changes.

These guys took the money for Order#4822 which was never delivered. The camera in the building captures the driver coming into to deliver and taking back the empty bags along with the order he was supposed to deliver. I have written to them three times - But these guys have not responded to a single message. They don't even have a phone umber for support! They take your money and never deliver - Please dont order from them!

East Mealz is a great healthy alternative to eating out. As well if you don’t have time to cook all those healthy meals consider ordering these wonderful tasty meals. There are many options for everyone’s preferences. Always delivered fast and fresh. The portions are great. My husband who loves great portions is always satisfied!

I decided to order some Easy Mealz for my boyfriend and I to survive a crazy busy week (final exams and a move!!!). The options sounded tasty and the meals definitely delivered on that. The portion sizes are decent. The food is flavourful. This was the best decision I could’ve made to keep us nourished during such a stressful time. I’ve recommended to so many people already!

Honestly the best meal prep delivery service I've had. I've lived in many cities and Easy Mealz is by far the tastiest and most efficient service I've experienced. The quality is great - both the nutritional profile, but also the taste, and the price is just right. I suffer from severe depression, and as such have to siphon energy. The amount of cost it took to get other ready made meal options vs the amount of energy it took to cook were always at war with each other. This has been a breath of fresh air. Food that is good, a good price, and I don't have to cook myself? Yes please.

Really good looking food, looks just like the pics, taste and smells i great. Would give it 5 stars IF the macros were accurate. I took out the food and measured it myself (as a cooked item of course), and the macros seemed to be off. If they can fix that to be as accurate as possible I would give it 5 stars

Amazing all around experience. The bags are fantastic. The food is fantastic the customer service is amazing. Really great company. The only suggestion I would make is, on the packages, I would put refrigerated or freezer and also expiry dates. But I will be using this service very frequently.
