Been coming here since before the new branding. Popped in today on a weekend to grab a few prescriptions. The staff that served me today were all super friendly and helpful. The pharmacist and front staff were great and knew exactly in the store a specific item I needed was located. The cashier who served me was especially friendly and took time to explain I had $10 store credit on my account because I’ve spent so much instore - Baylee I think her name was. Like how their loyalty program is automated, and how their system ties in together - especially for a small local pharmacy. Forgot I had an account with them. Centacare pharmacy, a few minutes down the road has cheaper prices but the opening hours, stock and floor staff/service are huge pluses for Easy Script.

A great friendly pharmacy the staff are so welcoming and very helpful and the pharmacists are very nice to talk to you and treat me very nicely and I love being rewarded for getting anything in the parmarcy including medication after getting 200 points you are rewarded with a $10 voucher which is awesome it's the cheapest price on all scripts here for medication it's the best. The only small problem is not much stock of many products I want to buy here and not much of a perfume range to choose from but still a great place to get basics

These guys go above and beyond. With all the chemists in St Marys, these guys are the best! They had everything I needed in stock, prices are really good and the staff are extremely helpful (helped me with all products, finding them and recommending) and the pharmacist took the time to go through all the meds (She actually taught me a few things about my meds). So good! Very hard to find a good pharmacy these days but these guys are the best! Will be sticking with them from now on

After moving to Sydney from Brisbane and requiring scripts to be filled out recently. This pharmacy has been the most easiest experience I’ve engaged with. The staff are always friendly and nothing is a hassle for them. 2 nearby chemists close to home couldn’t fill the script but EasyScript said they’ll just order it for me and will be here tomorrow If you need something filled out, just come here. Highly recommended.

I always walk out of this pharmacy feeling looked after! The staff always greet with a smile and go above and beyond to help me with what I need. The store is newly renovated and looks much more spacious. It's filled with stock that's cheaply priced (including branded perfumes). I'm so glad that St Mary's finally has a high quality pharmacy to go to!

Highly recommended. As a long term customer, I feel the new management has remarkably transformed this pharmacy. Prices are very competitive and the pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable. Most notable are the assistant staff who go above and beyond to always give good old fashioned service with discretion, curtesy, consideration & kindness.

What a lovely pharmacy. There's a shortage of my prescription so I ducked into a few pharmacies while I was in St Marys. Not only did they have it but I was attended to in a very courteous and respectful manner by both the pharmacist and the woman at the service desk. I was even given a lovely calendar. I will definitely go there again.

Amazing customer service ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I don't know what the tall Asian worker's name is, but he went above and beyond when my concession card got declined at first. He then made calls and ran around for me. He also came and helped me when I was stuck in choosing what to buy.

Best pharmacy in Sydney. The ladies working here are genuine good souls. Zero judgement and always do the best for their customers. If you want a customer service experience where you are treated like family, this is the only pharmacy you should go to.

Good to have someone like Moe as a pharmacist. Including his amazing colleges who stand with him. All the ladies who work there, are a treasure too. Good friendly service is hard to come by these days. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!! I

Friendly helpful staff, but sadly the owner is very different .So lacking in morals and ethics. When a price agreement is stuck, days later they do not honour such agreements. Shop elsewhere where the owner cares about his customers.

No had a bad experience the guy gave me the wrong medicine and the pharmacist girl has fixed when I came back to the store and apologized and the right medicine even was not there so she delivered it for free she is so good

Love this place. The lady who does all the Webster packs. She is such a lovely lady who helps and informs you. There is so much more than getting scripts to the hidden eye. Thank you so much guys you are a wonderful team

I went to pharmacy I was outside the door first customer. They took my script and start serving the people they know instead of me . Would not recommend .They care about people they know more than the customers in line.

Love to support smaller independent pharmacies. The service and products offered by this pharmacy continues to make a regular. I utilize the medadisor app to order and pay for prescriptions ahead of time.

Easy Script St Marys is exploiting customers. Today I bought 4 COVID-19 Rapid Anti-gen test kits @$20 each. The government should monitor these pharmacies. They are exploiting people.

Depressing interior - not at all like a Priceline. Took a prescription there once and the young Pharmacist was pretty rude.
