She responded promptly to all our questions, with very clear advice and suggestions (even though they may of seemed to her like silly questions) . Poor customer service with a lawyer I spoke to. I felt as if she didn't care. Kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. When I suggested they obtain documentation from my previous lawyer, she virtually hung up the phone in my face.
