First off - this salon offers a discount on your bill if you leave a review which I feel you should know. I came over an hour before closing time and asked if there was time for a mani pedi and was told yes, but it was clear after the pedi was finished that the staff wanted to leave and I did not receive a mani. I barely received a “buff and polish”. My pedi was lovely. My manicure is awful quality. I had to ask for my nails to be cut and shaped. This was done poorly on my thumb as you can see, and I have since trimmed it myself. There was no hand massage, no hand lotion, no nail oil. My nail beds as you can see are dry and cracked. The base nail polish is clearly translucent, which I did not want. When I said it was see through I was told this was meant to be this way and I had chosen from a set of polishes that were all see through. Nowhere on the sample set for the Robifel polishes I chose from did it say that they were “see through”. My toenail polish was from the same set and it is opaque and lovely so I don’t think this is right - when I pointed this out, it was clear that there was not going to be an option for me to choose another colour. I was not offered to choose a different colour despite making it clear that I did not like that it was see through. I had to insist on a third coat, which didn’t make it any more opaque. As you can see, the whites of my nails are still visible, and because I never received a proper manicure my nails are slightly dirty and the dirt is visible through the polish colour. These nails are special as I am the maid of honour for my sister’s wedding, which they knew as I had told one of the women earlier. Two women stood over me to do my nails simultaneously to get them done quicker, it was unnerving. They wore their bags and had their phones out to check the time regularly and made it clear they wanted to leave. I can understand not wanting to stay overtime but don’t say you can do a mani pedi if time doesn’t allow it. Or, don’t charge $95 for a mani pedi when you didn’t provide a mani pedi. The nail art is lovely, and the women themselves were nice. I would have come back over two occasions to get my mani and pedi separately and happily paid and would have left two five star reviews if both experiences were like my pedi.

I had been a loyal customer for 18 months since moving here. The quality was good but being stuffed around and made to wait excessive times was being the norm and yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. I am constantly left with half the job done and made to wait long periods (over 30 mins each time) whilst they tend to walk ins. Yesterday I had an appointment for 4pm. I arrived at 3:45pm and there was one customer about to finish up. A girl started on my nails removing my shellac. In this time that my nails were soaking more people had walked in and were seen to. When my nails had been soaked, a nail tech started on filing and prepping for new shellac then she left me. For 45 mins. Apparently there is only one lady there that can do the designs and she was busy doing generic extensions and shellac on one of the customers who just walked in. At the 45 minute mark I asked if I was waiting for her to finish the entire job (probably another 45 mins) before she would get to me. She said yes. I got up and walked out. I tagged them in a post and their response was that they were very busy. Wow! I went around the corner to Professionail and got a very cute design instantly. 18 months of going every 2-4 weeks (excluding lockdown) and I won’t be back. As you can see from the picture, 5 people plus me and 1 girl in the pedicure chair. And 3 staff

Least favourite experience ever. I came here based off the 5 star reviews. The shop is dressed up nice but the experience itself was a memorable one and not in a good way. I had booked via phone and asked for and extensions with SNS. When I had arrived I was ushered to the pedi station (didn’t really want one). It was only due to two very well dressed clients walking in and they only had two nail techs on. I noticed they were particular and paid attention to detail with them. When it was my time, the process was rushed. I had asked her if I can have extensions and the nail tech looked annoyed so I said: “on natural is fine, though I did book with extensions”. If I’m being honest, the way you dress honestly impacts the sort of interaction they have with you. No nail salon should make you feel like that (I was in jeans and a cardigan). The final look was poor and below average after paying an arm and a leg for it. Been getting SNS for years and know quality nails when I see it. Ended up going somewhere else the next day to have them removed as I was embarrassed (as was the technician removing them too).

My friend and I made an appointment to get our nails done at 5:15pm. Two customers walked in after us and they accepted them knowing that their trading hour is only until 6:30pm with only two nail techs available and only one that was able to do the nails i wanted. Everything felt rush and the ladies that walked in ended up getting their nails done first and at that time i only had the acrylic application and shaping done. I felt bad and wanted them to be able to go home as soon as possible. I told the other nail tech that was doing my friend's nails that i would just change mine and make things easier for them. She ended up doing my nails and it was poorly done. I could see air bubbles and she painted the top coat over my cuticles too. When I told her about the air bubbles she said she couldn't see it and it was probably just the nail polish itself. I dont understand the point on making an appointment if we don't get the full service first. I understand that it was close to their closing hours but if why would they accept two other walk-ins if they knew they would have to rush?

--------UPDATE------- RESPONSE TO OWNER: Hi, I want to address the statement of your reply re “you keep changing your mind” - However, this was not the case. I specifically requested a solid white color but the lady did a SHEER white color instead of the SOLID white SNS I had clearly asked for. I want to emphasise that I did not change my mind or request a different color in the process. I’m also aware that the process for SNS takes about an hour or so based on my experience from other salons. Overall, dissatisfied with the service I received. First time to this salon and took me 3 hours for SNS nails to be done yesterday due to the nail technician had to redo the work several times and not to mention the lady accidentally drilled into my skin SEVERAL TIMES, causing pain and leaving me concerned about potential infections. They offered $5 discount on the service which did not come close to compensating for the valuable time I lost. Additionally, being asked to return the next day to "fix it" is simply ridiculous considering the extended time already wasted. Never again!

My friend and I booked an appointment for 5:15pm to get both our nails done full set. But two others walked in and there were only two nail techs available. Only one was able to do the designs that we wanted. I wanted an ombre but they kept convincing me to do something else because it'll cost too much (?) but im sure it was because it would take too long for them - and said I should just get my natural nails done with just shellac on top instead. Didn't even get acrylics or powder because they were too rushed. I wasn't able to get what I wanted. As a result my nails were done poorly and it chipped the following day. Paid $40 for this and not happy. Don't accept late bookings if you can't do them the way your customer wants - and don't try to convince them of something otherwise just because you're running out of time.

Very poor service today. Booked ahead for a spa pedicure and manicure. I explained several times that I wanted natural nails without polish. Just short and clean. The technician did a rushed and un professional pedicure without removing hard skin or anything. Then started on the fingernails and was totally out her depth, did not know how to shape or remove cuticles. She consulted a coworker several times and I felt very uncomfortable being treated by someone who had not been trained. I left after one finger was done and the below standard pedicure. I paid $20 for the experience and not the quoted $60 as the manicure was not done. I had hands and feet fixed up by another nail salon.

After reading all these 5 star reviews I was very excited to get my nails done for my birthday with my mum and sister. But our experience was not what all the other reviews make it out to be. My mum and I got an sns Mani and I don't know if if was the lack of staff (even though we had booked days in advance) but they were very rushed, leaving the finished product very thick and uneven. Not to mention the lack of manicure, there was no hand moisturiser, nail oil or a hand massage given, and when you pay $75 for your nails to be done you would expect that to be part of the package. Both of our nails ended up chipping the very same night as got them done. Very disappointed.

Seems like results are inconsistent. They probably do a great job most of the time, and I think that was my friends experience, but when I went in I dont think I was taken seriously and the gel enamel process was rushed. I'm not sure if its because of poor drill coverage or insufficient treatment time, but the following day I had significant chips (which is fair enough since I'm quite hard on my hands), and a bigger issue of peeling. Now, less than a week later, I'm finding the gel is just peeling off. This is the first time I've seen this, my last set lasted a month with just minor chipping at the nail tips and some surface scratches. Quite disappointing in contrast.

I didn't have that great of an experience because of several mix ups BUT I'm giving this a good review because the owner took the time to contact me and find out what happened. There were a few mix-ups which resulted in frustration for me but the owner explained the situation thoroughly and now I can understand what happened. The service could have been better but because of the situation that day it can't be helped. I really appreciate the owner being honest with me and going above and beyond. My nails turned out really nice and that's probably the most important thing. Edana is also a small local business and I'll continue to support them ❤

Absolutely unprofessional! Nails were patchy, not shiny and the wrong color. She was talking on the phone and doing nails at the same time. Very unprofessional. After she put on top coat and put in the UV light, she grabbed all her things, walked out and finished for the day while I was still in there. Such a waste of money, I never ever had an experience like this before. They only accept cash or bank transfer. For somewhere that’s in the middle of the city, you would think they would do card payments. Seems dodgy to me. I’ve never wrote a review like this in my life, but it was that disappointing I had no choice. I’ll never come again.

Satisfied with the service! I love the online booking through facebook. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived. I had someone working on nail polish removal within 2 minutes of walking in. I was pleasantly surprised with the turnout of my nails! If I’m really critical, the two things I didn’t like so much was being passed from one nail tech to another - it could be that this is the format of their salon. I also have 2 nails that aren’t the same length, I could’ve corrected this when I was there but I didn’t bother cause I was pretty happy with how they looked. Nevertheless, if I’m in Brisbane, I will return to this nail salon for sure!

What a rip off! I called the day before my booking to enquire about the cost for refills including gel polish & was told it was $50. Just had my appointment & was charged $65 because I had french with red tips. Apparently french in another colour is an extra $15. It doesnt make sense when the traditional french has 2 colours. Stay away! They arent even good. I have had the same service at multiple salons & they do not charge an extra $15 for french. Its absurd to pay $65 for refills when thats the price of a full set. If you are going to charge extra, maybe let people know beforehand. Word of mouth is a powerful thing.

i have been to this nail salon plenty of times since they have opened and believed they always did a good job however, I am quiet disappointed with my nails after my most recent visit. I'm not one to usually write reviews but I got a acrylic full set done and got charged $95. All nails are different lengths, some are wide, some are skinny. There is no symmetry in the nails at all. Usually every time i go get my nails done from this place i am charged $70 and i have checked on their Facebook page and their price is still $70. Unsure if their prices went up but $95 is ridiculous for a full set.

I had an appointment, but had to wait 30 minutes to be served. They rushed my service, there is product and polish all over my fingers and they were constantly changing staff and going between clients. It was frustrating because they continued to accept more walk ins even though they could not keep up with booked clients and existing walk ins. I’ve tried this place many times and this has always been my experience. I’ve tried giving second, third and fourth changes but unfortunately it hasn’t changed. The only redeeming part is that they are nice people.

probably the most awful experience i’ve ever had in a nail salon. extremely upset with the service waited an hour before they even seated me although i had booked an appointment. to get my toes and nails painted took over three hours and was badly done had paint all over my skin. considered walking out before they finished but decided to stay which i regret. price was shocking for what i got left very upset should’ve asked for a refund before i walked out. will never go to this place again don’t recommend!

Highly recommend! A day after I got my nails done, a few nails began chipping so I immediately messaged their Facebook page. Despite it literally being Christmas Eve, they replied back immediately and offered to fix it for me the next day. Due to events and festivities during this time of year, I couldn’t come in for a few days but they still fixed it without question or fuss when I finally did come in, for no extra charge. I really appreciate their service and will be coming back here again! Thank you :)

This is the only salon I trust with my refills and pedicures now. The salon is bright and clean and attractive and the staff are always friendly and more than happy to accommodate my ever changing style. They have the most extensive range of colours including my latest favourite Chrome in Rose gold. Always receive compliments on how lovely my nails look and they are efficient and professional. They're also open Monday through Saturday until 5.00 pm

Great experience! My friend and I booked late on a Sunday afternoon and were still treated with lots of respect and the service was not rushed at all. The staff were very friendly and checked constantly that the nails were what we were looking for. I only had to show a picture of what I wanted for the technician to know exactly what to do!! Really enjoyed my visit! Photos aren’t the best but still show how lovely our nails turned out- thank you!!

I’ve been to heaps of nail salons in Brisbane and this is my favourite I don’t go anywhere else anymore they are very nice and my nails always look beautiful and the experience is very peaceful and relaxing compared to other ones where the salon isn’t that nice and they’re so many people in them all the time. Overall they never disappoint and being a person with extreme anxiety I always feel comfortable here so thank you❤️❤️

The location is conveniently accessible, and the ambiance is pleasant. The staff members were courteous and skillful in painting my nails, especially the lady who applied the acrylic nails. However, one improvement suggestion would be for the staff to communicate in English when conversing amongst themselves, as speaking in a language that the customer cannot understand during their presence may be perceived as impolite.

Although the girl who serve me done her job in a satisfactory level 2 stars for her I was very disappointed with the hygiene. The tools looked heavily used and the towels looked dirty, the workspace was cluttered, and I didn't see any evidence of equipment being sanitised. I did not feel comfortable during my visit and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a clean and hygienic experience.

I am beyond happy with the service! I had Yen do my nails for my birthday and I have never been more happy with my nails! I showed her a reference photo and she made my nails look identical to the photo. I am so impressed. She took her time and did not rush any part of the process which I loved. The boss was so lovely as well and the atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!!!

First few times were great but service is getting worst few times recently. They kept swapping staff midway, had my nails worked on by 3 different people. Got pedicure done for the first time as well and job was given to a very inexperience staff who did a really messy job on the paint. Went here because they were good and location was convenient from work. Will be finding another place.

Not a good experience. The place is not clean and there isn't a nice environment, tv super loud plus kids running around. I felt rushed and the service provided wasn't good at all. I went for a manicure and I could have done a better job myself. I wasn't even offered the colour chart, I had to choose it from the very dusty tray. I had a manicure and gel polish 2 days ago. The varnish is lifting at the sides on a number of my nails already. The technician seemed hurried and disinterested even though there were only 3 customers in store at the time. Honestly the worst manicure I've ever had and I cant go back to have it redone because Im flying out on holiday tomorrow. Such a waste of time and money.

I have my formal coming up so these nails were super important for me. I came in, and was immediately seated and they got to work straight away. I was expecting the whole thing to take 2 hours, it took 1. I knew what I wanted to get, and they came through. I am absolutely amazed by the quality and similarity, definitely one of the best nail experiences I’ve had.

Great Nail Salon , Yen does my Nails and she is amazing pays great attention to detail and always goes that extra mile to please her customer. I have my nails filled and shellac the quality of her work is second to none always friendly with a smile and nothing is overlooked .I recommend this Salon and give it the full 5 stars ⭐️

Overpriced for a very average job done. It cost $100 for gel on the feet and clear normal polish on the hands. 30 second massage on the legs, had to instruct them to take off my old nail polish before they just painted over & one of the staff was clearly unwell coughing but still on the floor. Would not recommend at all.

Unfortunately my nails turned out bumpy with one even going as far as getting a bubble that has now popped. There is also the issue of how quickly the nails began to lift, not lasting nearly as long as other nails ive had in the past. After spending $75 for these nails, it's disappointing to see this is the quality

Probably the worst mani pedi I've ever gotten. The polish on my toes was put on way too thick so even after letting them dry for 7 hours they got ruined when I put shoes on. The gel manicure is already starting to tear and lift because the polish was painted all over my actual fingers. Bad experience all around.

The team at Edana beauty were so friendly and were right on time for my appointment. My nails turned out exactly as i had hoped and i recieved so many compliments. Such a big range of colours available and when I returned to get some nails repaired it was done quickly and easily. Will definitely be coming back

Nail ladies here rushed with my mani and pedi. They aren’t very careful when drilling the gel polish off. It got quite hot at times. I could see that my nails were very thin and damaged after I took them off. Better off seeing a Japanese nail technician as they are very careful when they remove them.

Was really disappointed with this place, it was extremely over priced and I had to ask specific questions to know what additional costs they were adding to my order which I don’t appreciate. On top of that the nails just aren’t very nice, both my toe nails and fingernails are at a low standard.

Went for 'de luxe' spa cost 50 bucks basically cut my toenails didnt even bother to clean the side of my big toes, just a bit of scrub and something else as i do not want color into it and that's it.what a waste of money i could have done it by myself at home.such disappointment.not worth it.

Worst nails I’ve ever gotten. I got them ugly umbrella looking nails instead of coffin and their prizing is ridiculous!! And the nails have no apex which means they can easily snap off. So deeply disappointed with this place. Would never recommend!!

I had SNS nails on 29th July. The staff were friendly. On the first day one nail shattered. After 5 days I only had my left thumb which hadn’t chipped. I was on holiday in the GC so wasn’t doing any work or cleaning. It was the thinnest SNS

This is a great place. Really good service. Just be aware of the 20 percent surcharge to pay by card and bring cash. Note response from owner. There is a sign that's states the 20% and I went during normal hours.

I had SNS done here whilst I was on holiday. I've never had SNS fall off before, and I had 3 fall off within a week. I also didn't get the length I wanted. And I paid more than I do normally. Do not recommend.

Terrible. I got white tip acrylic nails which did not last more than 1 week. At the 1 week mark, 2 nails had fallen off, 6 were almost falling off. Would not go back, even to request they redo nails.
