Purchase 10 pairs of safety shoes (steel toe) more than half the pairs are defective. The front steel plate can be moved with your hand within less than a day of use. The manager is extremely rude and has no way of speaking to clients. He refuses to return even the unused products or defected products. He called multiple times, harrassing us over the phone, and says we must return all for a credit or replacement and wait until they get stock. However, this is extremely unsafe, and products like this should not be allowed to be sold.

The manager was exceptionally rude to my 80 year old father when he took an item of clothing to be returned. He was not aware that clothing had to be returned at the same branch it was bought since it is a chain store. No reason to be nasty to an elderly person. The PMB branch staff and manager on the other hand are amazing and I would rather drive all the way to PMB than shop at this branch again.

Can I exchange clothing bought in your PMB store here in Dbn. Bought it while on vacation today and I'm not planning on going to PMB anytime soon
