No staff at all. Took 1 hr to pay and was told could only pay with cash! Ridiculous. 1 teller who was so slow and busy updating her papers until I ask her to serve us. The rest apparently on a 1.5 hr lunch at 3 pm!! And then Edgars wonders why they struggling. Its you customer service and experience!!!

Two tellers available over weekends, so you stand in the queue for a long time. When viewing the perfume the lady was rather rude and would not assist. They also didn’t have a variety of perfume to select from. Staff are rude and not friendly or helpful.

Edgars is now robbing its customers. Edgars is charging a service fees of R30 every month as if it's a bank. As long as you had an account with Edgars even on R0. 00 balance every month they charge you a service fee of R30

I received horrible service on a Saturday. Hardly any tills open so lines were long and chaotic. The staff themselves were allowing people to skip in the queues and were so rude and unhelpful.
