My driver's side windshield was acting up. I had planned to just stop using it until I could bring it to the dealership. However, due to snow storm accidents, an OPP officer wanted to talk to me and got anxious because my window wouldn't roll down. So I rolled it down. Edson's took my car into its queue due to the emergency. It was a snow storm in Ottawa (January) and I have a toddler daughter. They did things stepwise (keep the costs down). They eventually came across corroded wires (poor quality). He even said, "I've never seen that on a Nissan before....it could have started a fire!". I was glad he found the hazard, but I was just happy he fixed the problem and took my car in right away. Well, hindsight is 20/20. I just got the recall notice from Nissan - March, 2022. Faulty corroded wires > can cause smoke and fires. The garage even helped me retrieve a copy of the invoice to make a claim with Nissan head office. Highly recommend. While I waited, a lot of ladies came in asking questions about their car acting up during the storm. George gave them all free advice on how to deal with the issues.

I've been to Edsons a lot with my car and they've helped me a ton, I've replaced a lot of stuff and then gone to them for alignments or more serious issues or getting my wheel bearing replaced. They are a great place, honest, and a family business. I've been really happy to have them nearby my mom's which is where I work on my car and because I trust them to take care of issues on my moms car when she needs something. I also feel like their prices are pretty good, but even better you can be confident that they're honest and what they tell is the truth and the price is fair.

I had a friend go in to Edson a couple days ago to get bearings fixed on my car. The owner, Edson, charged me 370$ For a part I later found out costs 150-170 to repair. I called another mechanic and he laughed at my when he heard the quote I was given by Edson, & to prove to me how outrageous it was ... he called 4 other mechanics and they all quotes from the ranges of 140-180$ & laughed at me for how much I paid. If you want untrustworthy work, & someone to basically make you look like a fool ... this is the place to go. Terrible.

I had to bring in my car super last minute for an issue with my brakes and these amazing guys took my car in, completed the work and had it returned to me all in one day. Bassam called me to explain what the issue was with my car and gave me the price estimate and I got another call when my car was ready for pick up. The service is phenomenal. I will never bring my car anywhere else when it needs repairs or maintenance. Highly recommend, extremely reputable. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

I booked my appointment and they took me in within a couple of days, Wasam said he would look at my car right way and check what needs to be done. I described the issue and he came back and showed me picture of a broken transmission line connection. While I waited he searched to see how much it would cost to purchase a new transmission thing. Overall very competitive prices way cheaper than Mitsibishi dealership. I would recommend they are honest and reliable

Incredible service, fair and honest pricing, kind staff, and speedy repairs! As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars I know I can trust Edsons auto repair to take care of my vehicle without ripping me off. They are so accommodating as well, I dropped my car off last minute and had it back within honour a few hours! I went there for a change that I did in the past ans that never cost me more than 220$. But I try Edsons Auto and they charged me 370$ with a 40$ cost for the piece that needed to be change the rest was for the work. It'a ridiculous pricing. It's stealing from people, i will never go back and I will not recommend to no one if you don't want to losse money.

Went to change breaks and rotors. The price was reasonable and great work done. Other mechanics asked to change the calipers. But George had a look at the vehicle and gave a honest opinion of just servicing the caliper and not changing it. George and Bassam are running family business and seem like respectful, honest people. Thank you.

I haven't patronized this place before. Dropped in without an appointment for a leaky tire (not mounted) that needed the valve replaced. They did a quick diagnosis, and replaced the valve for free. I can't dream of a better customer experience. Coming back!
