At our rental home, the shower bay required retiling. It’s an old home and it could be expected owners might not be so invested in quality repairs, but the opposite occurred. The tiler, Dave, did a really good job as well as communicating with us constantly via text to ensure we knew what was happening (it was over a few weeks). My thanks go to the property owners, to Edwards Windsor and to Dave for his great work! ☺️

I was a tenant of a house that was managed by EWRE. The initial inspection and onboarding was very prompt and easy. Since then, Bhanu (our property manager) has always been available to talk to or swift to get back to you via email. Even when we needed to break our lease, Bhanu was understanding and supported us to make the transition of new tenants easy and problem free.

Shoutout to Emma!! She’s been the perfect agent for me. She’s helped me get my first lease in Australia. Whenever there were issues she was always there to support and resolve them. It’s been 2 years I have rented a place from Edward Windsor. They are very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond! Every time something happens they fix it quickly. Last week, when I was locked out on Sunday, I called them and left a message. Within 5 minutes, Bhanu got back to me and dropped off the spare key at the office within 30 minutes. They saved me!
