Everytime I call in to pay my car insurance and have the pleasure with speaking with her she's remembers my voice because I don't always call from the same number her customer service speak for itself she asks about my well-being that's a plus & always a pleasure when speaking with Mrs.Cruz . If you have questions and she doesn't have the answers she will tell you let me call you back in a few and I will give you the answer to your question and guess what she's definitely a woman of her word .
