There aren’t a lot of Laundromat options in Venice & I was lucky to find this one just about 6 minutes away from St.Marks square. The owner is very helpful and always on hand to show you what to do if you need help. There are seven washing machines (2 large and 5 regular) and four dryers. The washers will only accept 1 Euro coins, while the dryers accept 0.5, 1 & 2 Euro coins. There is a machine to make change as well as a machine to buy soap and fabric softener. Load your clothes into the machine, add the soap & enter the required amount of coins - 6 Euro for a regular wash and 10 Euro for a large wash. Drying is 2 Euro for 8 minutes (as of May 2023). Drying took a bit of time - around 32 minutes (8 Euro) till the clothes were completely dry. Would definitely recommend this place if you need to get a wash done in Venice. Best to go early in the day or later in the evening as it can get crowded. There are a few seats available but there are also a few bars in the area if you want to get a drink while you wait.

What a pleasant experience. Really. We needed to do laundry. Not many options available. This one was the closest to where we are staying, about 15 min walk. So, we figured it would be boring and tedious and we brought reading material... but, after putting in the wash (6€, 31 min) we got a table at the cafe directly across the street, had dessert and wine, all in view of the washing machine... when it was time to change it over to the dryer, I did so while my wife had more wine. Dryer was 1€ per 4 minutes and I think it took 7€ to get it all dry. So a little over an hour, all together. Plus walking there and back, but walking around Venice is lovely even with a big bag of laundry. So, I highly recommend thus unusually pleasant laundry experience. The gentleman working there was friendly and helpful, and spoke English (and presumably other languages).

Any decent laundromat must have 3 things: good working washers, good working dryers and most importantly sufficient amount of water to wash your clothing. This laundromat does NOT use sufficient amount of water to wash your clothing. We used their biggest washer with a medium load. They all have front loading washers. The water level appears slightly above the lower glass level. It should be higher. The best test to see if your clothes is washed well is to smell the under armpits of your t-shirts or dresses Right After they washed (before you put them into dryer). Ours smelled like sweat. We used two packets of detergent. If you are in crunch, this laundromat is Better than having dirty clothing, so use it if you must. But we still had to rewash our all clothes when we got home.

8:30pm on a November weekday was not busy at all. The large washer handles a LOT of clothing and was plentiful for two backpackers with 2 weeks worth of dirty clothes. 10€ and 30 minutes + (2) 1€ detergents. We also did 20 minutes in the large dryer on high temp for 5€. After the load was 80% dry so we just hung the damp articles in the hotel room to dry. The Change machine doesn’t take 50€ bills. Every machine was operational which was nice. The clothes don’t have a clean smell at all which may be nice for some but I wish it smelled nice and fresh. Still clean though!

Washer/dryer only take 1 euro coins. The change machine stole/took 2,50 euro of coins I put in. Bring your own 1,00 euros or use bills in the change machine. Seems like the machine won’t give your money back if something is wrong. Other than the change machine issue, everything was fine. I used the lower right dryer for 20 mins and my clothing came out mostly dry (half load). If you’re traveling around Italy you should do laundry outside of Venice. You’ll save money. It was busy around 10:30am, mostly locals, I noticed they didn’t use the dryers.

One of the only laundromats in Venice. Clean and easy to use washer and dryers. There’s a change machine for 5, 10, and 20€. Bring cash. There’s laundry detergent and softener available for 1€. A smaller washer load costs 6€ and 10€ for a larger washing load. For the dryers, about 2€ per 8 min. Two tables and baskets available for folding clothes. 6 chairs for seating. About an hour to a little less than an hour for laundry depending on how much time your clothes need to dry. For the washing machine it’s 31 minutes.

Laundry here is ridiculously expensive. A single load of laundry ranges from €6-€10. The dryer situation is no better. The rate is an extreme €1 per 4 min. The dryers let you choose your heat settings though, which would be a plus if it actually worked. Apparently the “high” setting (80C) correlates to 60C and the medium setting (60C) correlates to 50C. You’d think that for €20 you could at least get free Wi-Fi. If you live in the area it’d be cheaper to ship in an entire washer and dryer after only a few visits.

Amazing, excellent, recommended. Unstaffed but very clean. We used this place late at night and had a very good experience mid-holiday. What you need to know: 9kg, €6, 31min, 20/40/60℃; 23kg €10, ?min; detergent for 8kg €1, softener ever available; change machine accepts notes and gives out €1 coins; big dryers €2/8min select at beginning by adding correct coins, 'cold'/40/60℃; open 06:30-23:30 every day; seating, small folding area.

9:30 PM on a Saturday night and this place is COMPLETELY out of detergent. How is this possible? It's not like there's a bodega on every corner in Venice, so we're completely sunk. Admittedly, I don't run a laundromat, but if I was going to stay open to 11:30 PM on a weekend, I'd like to think I'd consider checking my stock after dinner time. I'd say go elsewhere, but what choice do you even have?

Really helpful, quick wash and 20 min dry cycle min for an average load. Really expensive, I saw people say it’s cheap but sorry this is the most expensive laundrette I’ve ever used, especially for the quality. Dryer left stains on our clothes, not a great experience but happy I could at least do a wash so… Otherwise convenient place, open till 11pm and clean inside with extra baskets.

Great spot to go wash your clothes. My family and I were staying in an apartment and unfortunately the washing machine had broken so we needed to find a suitable place to wash our clothes. I did some searching and I found this spot. Inside it may look old but everything works perfectly and instructions are clear. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean. Though unmanned there were very clear instructions in English. Machines take euros - bank note to 1 euro coin change machine as well as detergent and fab softener packages at 1 euro each. 2 x 23kg (10€) and 6 x 9kg (6€) washers plus 4 large driers. In and out in about 1.5 hours - really happy as landlords washer did not work!

Lovely and clean laundromat, was not busy when we were here at 11:00hrs.. washing was €6, detergent was €1 and softener was another €1 if you wanted it.. Dryer was €8 for 32 minutes, so the drying is more expensive (more than double) what we used in Berlin... overall nice and clean, and someone on site to help if you have a problem.

It's all automatic. The price for washing machine is 6£ for 9kg 31mins, and 10£ for the bigger ones. The price for dryer is 8£ for 32 mins which is enough to get all your clothes dry. You have to change to 1£ coins (tokens) to use the machine. Ive used it when it's winter and your clothes are very difficult to dry... Recommend.

Great to be able to do laundry, but beware of the change machine, it will eat your coins, based on my experience and other reviews only use notes in the change machine. There was nobody available to help and no phone number to call when I had the problem with the change machine so I guess they just take my 2€ ‍♀️

Quite expensive. Approximately 15 euros for a single load (6 for washing, 1 for detergent, and 8 for drying for 32 mins). Having done laundry in a ton of super busy tourist-ey places around the world (inc Iceland), I'd say this was quite expensive, given the facilities on offer.

Went at 0845 and 5/7 washers busy but fast loads of 25 mins (cold wash) at €10 and 4 large dryers. Coin changer for bills and €2 to get €1 for loading washer. The other local laundromat was closed for maintenance so very happy this one was available early in the day.

Clean and tidy laundromat. It has a vending machine with liquid and softener as well as a change machine. The machines take 9 kg and 23 kg loads and are quiet. Could do with better venting of the driers as it gets really hot when the driers are running.

Used this laundry early July 2016 and it's fine. 6E in 1E coins needed and I brought my own powder. Is where it says on Google maps. I hear there's another that's 15E per bag but here you get a whole machine to yourself. Has driers too. Recommended

As far as laundromats go. It was very handy for a travelling family and helpful to have detergent and softener sachets vending machine and the notes to coins machine. Very clean. Some instructions on the wall n other reviews here to help.

朝6:30から営業しているベネチアでは数少ない貴重なコインランドリーです。 店内は綺麗で少量用と大容量の2パターンの洗濯機・乾燥機が数台あります。 待機用の椅子や洗剤、柔軟剤の自動販売機もあります。 また、店内に両替機(€5,10,20)もありますが所謂「一部両替」が出来ません。例えば€20紙幣を入れたら全てコインで両替されて戻って来てしまい、小銭王になりますのでご注意を。 なのでできれば事前にいくらかコインを持参していったほうが良いと思います。

Very clean for a laundry mat. A gentleman came out right away to help with change and show us how to use the machines but tons of English signs to be able to navigate. Only wish there was a sink there.

It's clean, and expensive - as most things in Venice are. Six Euro for a small load, and two Euro per four minutes of drying time. It's also quite cold in there in winter so dress warm.

This is the cheaper one of the only TWO coin laundry stores I could find in Venice. The other one is closer to the train station but even more expensive.
