I read through the reviews of Eknoor Auto Sales prior to my purchase and initially agreed until it was time to pickup my car. I had been looking specifically for a 2016-2020 RX350 F-Sport in nebula grey with red interior. We decided the purchase the car the same day we saw it. The car was tucked tightly into their showroom. The salesman was kind enough to advise the front grill was damaged and he would make sure it was replaced prior to delivery. He had also said the car would be completely detailed prior to pickup. With the paperwork signed I went in a few days after looking at the vehicle to pick it up. At first glance everything seems okay (i was in a rush to get as I had alrady been there for over an hour as they couldnt get the license plates on). I immediately noticed they had replace the grill, however the RX350 front grill comes in 2 pieces and they only replaced the top part and left the bottom part as is. Since the car was 3 years old the bottom grill had lost its clear coat and didnt match the top grill. I was disappointed, the "manager" came out to tell me this is how it is and said they will only replace if its broken. He told me how they spent $1000.00 to replace the grill and his tone was getting aggressive as if I had insulted him, nonetheless i didnt want a conflict decided to replace it on my own. I also noticed the interior was not detailed, the seats were extra "glossy" and appeared dirty - again i wanted to bring this up to the manager but he had stormed away showing for care for his customers. The next morning I went started to clean the leather seats using a premium product (Chemical Guys Leather Cleaner and Conditioner). With each wipe my white microfibre cloths were becoming red/pink. The seats had been dyed!!! I sent images to the sales rep who just asked me if the are stains??? The car has now been professionally detailed, almost all the interior seats have damage, the bottom front grill has been replaced - which costed me less than $200 (OEM from lexus). Also when i picked up the vehicle the spare key fob battery was dead and the primary key fob battery needed replacement, there was 1/4 tank of gas and no windshield fluid. I also want to mention that I paid full asking price. I purchase a few cars every few years during this same time I purchased a used Civic from Lockwood Kia and they provided me with incredible service. The car was fully detailed, smelled clean, full tank of gas and all fluids topped up.....I warn everything to not expect any sort of post purchase customer service from Eknoor Auto Sales. I waited almost 3 weeks for them to provide me with a resolution and they havent.

Bought a 2016 Genesis here less than a month ago (paid full, in cash). Before driving off they informed me about the TPMS monitor alert being lit up and assured me it would naturally turn off after 3,000 km of driving, which I feel like they just made up and the monitor is just actually not working. The next day I noticed a small crack in the windshield, which isn't a huge problem but I can't imagine any competent dealer would sell a car with such an issue. About a week or two later I noticed my front right tire was visibly deflated. Had to call CAA to check it out and it seemed to be ok after just getting some air pumped into it. Again, not that stressful to fix but pretty unreal that they wouldn't test the air pressure/durability of the tires before having a customer drive off with it? Not a day later after this issue, the car engine stopped working. I had it towed to the dealership and they told me the engine starter broke which is a bizarre problem to have with a car less than 5 years old. All of these issues have arose within a month which is just absolutely ridiculous. My thanksgiving plans are completely ruined because of this as my car is completely inoperable. They may have good intentions here but I really don't think they're capable of accurately testing a vehicle and making sure it's in good condition before selling. I can't recommend buying from this place unless you want to risk having problems with your car immediately.

After searching for a car for our family we went to several dealerships trying to find the perfect car for us. We came all the way from Hamilton and we were very impressed by the amount of pristine luxury cars that were inside. Jesse let us browse around freely and was very helpful and gave his full attention to us when needed. Jesse was very professional and he made us feel very welcome. Once we found the perfect car Jesse made this transaction and transfer with ease he worked around our busy schedule to accommodate us . They made sure the car was 110% looked over and made sure that we were very satisfied and that everything was up to our expectations. A few days later Jesse called us to make sure that we were very satisfied with the car, and wanted to make sure that we can call him if we had any questions. I would defiantly would rank this dealership very highly to anyone who is looking for a ease of mind purchase.

Awesome staff , great dealers ,Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with hotel this lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I purchased a Chevrolet cruze on Sept 6th Before I got 100 km away from eknors my engine light came on so I sent it back received my car back the following Monday only to try and head home from Hamilton to elliott lake and around Arthur my light came on again and before I get to Newmarket I hear a really bad grind/rub sound so I needed a 300 km tow to get close to home turns out both front bearings were done and drivers side almost came off witch could have killed myself and others on the 400 I have contacted them to rectify this matter I was told it would be dealt with this was last week I still have yet to hear from them they have 48 hrs from when I post this and I will be calling a lawyer as you sent me out in an unsafe vehicle and if I'm forced to do so I will be coming for alot more then what it had cost me plus my lawyers fees

Sam and Jassie are amazing and honest guys, from the point of sale on my 2016 Bmw M4 they made me feel comfortable and were extremely helpful. There are so many reason for giving them a five star rating cause I was trying to get my dream car but unfortunately my credit score was not good and it was very difficult to get my credits approved and at last I came to hear about them from my friend and I would tell that this was the best service and also the people are very friendly and I talked to them about my situation and then they helped me to get my credits approved and also they did a full inspection for the car before it was given to me and since I have taken the car there was no issues with the car and I would recommend my friends and whoever asking me where should I get a used car I would suggest Eknoor Auto. I have been using Eknoor's service for five years. I bought my first Mercedes from them in 2016 and then replaced it with BMW in 2020. It is a family-owned business, and I found Jessi (Sales) and Harsh (Service) very professional. I love them because they are one window service for everything you need, including various luxury and affordable cars and securing bank loans and warranty. After-sales service is excellent. Harsh always help customer to find the best service package, allowing them to claim a warranty. He is always flexible with the schedule and accommodates your availability. Price is always reasonable compared to the market if you compare with the service. I highly recommend them!

My recent visit to Eknoor Auto was nothing short of a nightmare. While they did have some cars on display and a clean showroom, these were overshadowed by severe issues. The sales team used extremely aggressive and manipulative tactics, making the entire experience uncomfortable and distressing. Pricing and financing details were shrouded in secrecy, raising serious concerns about honesty. Worst of all, the wait times for test drives and paperwork processing were outrageously long, wasting my precious time. Consider this a red flag – Eknoor Auto is a place to avoid at all costs. There are far better and more reputable options out there."

The place is very clean, organized with a huge collection of nice cars. Most of all the agent was willing to help right away even when we went almost near closing hours. Showed us the car and got me approved with the interest rate that we had agreed upon. However the car did have rear bulbs that weren’t working and car did seem a bit rushed to get it ready for pickup as it wasn’t fully cleaned. Which isn’t a big deal. It was 2 minor things. I think the service was a SOLID 5 STARS⭐️ as the vehicle and customer service was great! Definitely would check back here first in the future for any auto needs.

Aside from a good price on my vehicle, the customer service was very good as well. They are true to their word when they say no hidden fees/costs. I pointed out a couple things on the vehicle that I had concerns with and either those items were replaced or ordered in. Everything was done in a timely fashion and also helped with referring to other local body shops for services that Eknoor Auto does not offer (ex. Tinting windows, rims, etc). Overall I am very happy with my vehicle and the service that came along with it.

I made an appointment to get my tires changed on 2 of my vehicles. Harsh was very accommodating and took both my cars on the same day. He noticed my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and he did that for me as well. He showed me the work he did and explained everything very clearly.
