I normally love this location and never had a bad experience until these young Latino men (one cooking and 1 at drive thru) started joking about the fact that I spoke a different language than what they thought. The bag was sealed and I asked them "do I have all the salsas I asked for?" They responded with zero words, fondled the bag and nodded yes as if they were sure everything I ordered was there. I got home 25 minutes later and I ordered 3 of the same salad and only 2 of them came with the creamy cilantro and I only got 2 pico de gallo and 2 avocado salsa when I asked for 6 avocado and 6 pico de gallo. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have gone off on them but when I politely ignore their insults, politely ask if the order is correct, and politely leave with no altercation, I would expect they would at the VERY LEAST they do their job right to be giving this much customer grief and insults. This pick up was at 11:19am.

As you may already know if you've eaten at PL before, they do pollo asado very well. The service was ok at this location and the my order was ready in a relatively good time, lots of young new employees made it pretty chaotic from what I could see. They're currently offering Birria in tacos, burritos and as a plate, I do not recommend! The birria meat itself lacked flavor, the taco shell was drenched in oil ( not the good birria oil) it was clear oil that made the taco taste heavily oily and took away from the little flavor the meat had. They also offer consomé with either item you order, the "consomé" barely resembles the real thing and tastes more like a cup of watery ketchup with a dash of bbq sauce, they try to make it authentic by adding the traditional diced onion and cilantro but it did not help the liquid in the slightest. Stick to pollo because you failed miserably with the birria.

Some of the worst (and most expensive) fast food I've ever had. Churro was dry, hard, and flavorless with no sugar on it. The salad was gross. The chunks of chicken themselves were good. So if I ever came here again, I'd definitely skip the salad and go straight for the chicken. They also gave me--and charged me for--2 cilantro sauces. They misinterpreted my request for cilantro sauce as a request for an EXTRA cilantro, when I was simply clarifying I wanted the cilantro sauce with my salad instead of the ranch. (Their app has both sauces listed as options, so I thought I'd clarify.)

Chicken in its own is fantastic. Other menu items are average. Atmosphere in the restaurant not inviting at all. Between the guy in the back with the meat hatchet chopping through joints and the loud scraping of metal chairs across concrete floors in the dining area we couldn’t enjoy a lunch conversation. Let me not forget to mention the “to-go” box I asked for that was greasy and dirty and had a few baby feathers stuck to the bottom inside the dish.

I’ve eaten here a handful of times. It’s consistent. It’s good for fast casual dining. The chicken is on the border of being dry, but the bold flavors make up for it. The salsa bar can knock your socks off if you don’t like spicy food. The best is the chicken avocado burrito. This last time I got the 2 piece chicken combo meal. It was okay. Plenty of food. I got Mac and cheese and broccoli for my sides— cause I’m a six year old. The Mac was cheesy... the broccoli... coulda used some TLC. They have music going, which is nice because it drowns out other people’s conversations. People love the bowls. See that ordered a lot.

I guess the recession has already hit this place pretty hard. For nearly $10, I got a chicken burrito that was literally just beans and rice with smidge of guacamole. That’s pretty shady even by today’s fast food standards. Another change I noticed is they have started to water down their avocado salsa. It’s terrible. It’s basically just an avocado colored water now. This place really has gone downhill in just a matter of months. If it’s chicken you want, don’t come here. Here, “chicken” is just code word for rice and beans.

The chicken is grilled only which I didn't know going in. They serve a wide variety from burritos, multi piece chicken meals. Meals for family's and singles and a lot of sides. The chicken was greasy, more than I expected. It was no doubt cooked greatly with crisp juicy skin, soft white juicy meat and yummy sides. They have a lot of other condiments for your food as well. Horchata are from the fountain drinks so you can get as much as you'd like without having to pay per drink (la puente, frontera and other Mexican restaurants charge per cup of horchata.) All in all yum food.

The parking lot is large easy in Easy out well lit and very clean. The outside of the business was ultra clean as was the inside. The employees were exceptionally nice and welcoming. The menu It's not that large but it is perfect. I had a tostada chicken salad like a taco bowl and a cold drink for about $12 and it was more than I could eat and it was absolutely delicious and it beats Taco Bell by a landslide. Plenty of tables and comfortable chairs. They do take cash and credit card and debit cards. I would highly recommend this place if you like quality fast food.

I ordered a chipotle quesadilla and a drink. The drink had no flavor like the syrup had ran out. So carbonated water. The quesadilla, was served cold. The cheese wasn’t melted at all, the food was cold like it came out of the fridge as if to rush the drive thru line through. The outside was limp and falling apart. Usually they heat it up so it’s warm and somewhat crisp. I also pulled out a piece of chicken that was raw and pink. For $16 I expect more. This was a big disappointment.

Yesterday I applied for a cashier position and got email and text confirmation that an interview was scheduled today at 4:30. I go to the place and call to let them know I'm heading over to the interview, the front lady says that they aren't accepting applications for positions and no interviews were scheduled. I was just sent for a loop because they have application submissions on zip recruiter and Indeed but aren't accepting applications. I'm not to happy.

The chicken is great. I had a meal with a couple breasts. The sides, although are probably generic Sysco food, are still pretty tasty. Went back and had the nachos. They were ok. Friendly and polite workers. The chicken is super yummy. It’s always a hit in our home. Somehow my kids know it’s not their regular grilled chicken so there’s never left over with this. So tasty all the way to the bones. I’m drooling by thinking about it. it’s a bit drive from home where we are. But it’s worth the drive honestly. Wish they open one soon in Bountiful area.

I wish I could share with you the smell that comes out of this restaurant.... fantastic.

Great burritos, salads, and tacos. Freshly cooked chicken, a'la Barbacoa style is definitely the go-to choice. We had a terrible experience last night, I had to ask for the dressing for our salads because they forgot, no sauce of any kind and for some reason he didn't give us a receipt. When we got home and check the chicken we realized they putted 4 tiny pieces. We payed over $40, it was not worth it

Turns out this is some kind of chicken restaurant. I applied for a job at the haunted house (review pending- dont wanna have a conflict of interests) so I came to pick up pennies and cigarette butts in the parking lot! Pretty good haul, about 14 cents.

Food is sub par. Service is not great. Despite them acknowledging that I asked for a side of rice and queso, they left it off my order and then tried to act like I didn’t order it. Won’t be back.

This place is awesome! I have come to this location a couple times since they opened and it has been great each time. The staff is very friendly and the food is nice and fresh.

The food here is fresh and tasty. It's so fresh there was even a bone in one our taquitos! That being said, the food was actually great. Just watch out for bones I guess lol.

So, I wasn't super sure of this place, but it's so tasty! I ordered the tortilla soup and an overstuffed quesadilla. So good! Plus, the lady who took our order is super nice.
