Electrical Embassy recently did a kitchen disconnect/reconnect with extra power outlets, range hood installation and down lights fitted through all common areas (hall, kitchen, living and dining). I am incredibly impressed with the professionalism of all staff; from my initial enquiry and quote to the final installation. Troy was able to provide detailed advice while consulting on the best approach with LED down lights and made sure I got exactly what met my needs. The attention to detail for the installation of power outlets, range hood and down lights was second to none. Josh, who performed the installation, took the time to discuss the best placement for down lights and took the time to make sure everything was in line and placed correctly. He arrived exactly on time both days and was a pleasure to deal with. At the completion of the job there was no evidence that a significant amount of work had taken place, with Josh meticulously cleaning up and taking all rubbish with him (something he didn't have to do). The high quality work and fittings used came with a competitive price that was very reasonable. None of the work was rushed, communication was clear throughout and everything was delivered as promised. I would highly recommend Electical Embassy to anyone wanting to engage in any electrical work.

I made the executive decision that we needed ceiling fans before summer...then added lots of other good stuff to the list!! Our son has Cystic Fibrosis and we needed Air Con for his room. After being let down by a large company we contacted Electrical Embassy. Not only did they respond to our online request super fast but they came out and quoted and we installed the unit the very next day. The install went fantastically well, super neat job and the unit installed is extremely effective and quite. I don’t normally write reviews, but the service I received from Electrical Embassy was so good I felt compelled to take the time to write this review. The whole process was simply brilliant. I enquired via Facebook and they rang me with minutes of leaving my enquiry; visited me the next day to assess my needs; provided a quote with the different discussed options within 24 hours; and they turned up exactly on time, on the agreed date to do the installation, which was installed without fuss. I highly recommend this firm if you have air-conditioning needs.

On time and reasonably priced! I had the boys from Electrical Embassy around last month to install a sensor light, change some broken plug holes and to check a dodgy circuit. Turned up ON TIME, explained everything they were doing and why, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick scan of the house to make sure they could see no other broken or dangerous plug holes. Very impressed and would def recommend.

The last sentence of your website cleaning process states, and I quote "The outdoor unit is checked and cleaned as required". This did not occur on either outside unit, I even asked the tech if he did anything to the outside units and he replied "no". He did a really good job on the inside, was on time and didn't make a mess.

We had two air conditioners installed in our home, and from initial contact to installation was less than a fortnight (in the busy summer pre-Christmas season). The whole team was really friendly and professional. The quote was competitive, and we are really happy with the work done. We'll definitely be using them again.
