I was more than impressed by EOC. My initial meeting with Mark was very informative and thorough. After a short discussion about what I wanted and expected from a Solar system Mark conducted a site inspection. I was happy to discover he had already accessed my power usage from the previous six months of Bills that I provided him with, he had also researched my locations solar productive history. Mark pointed out the importance of considering what my future energy needs would be, not just what electricity we were currently using. For example, Our next car will probably be an EV, so that will increase our electricity usage as it would be predominantly charged at home, we also plan to put a heat pump in for the pool, that's more usage. We then discussed the various types of systems and configurations that are available, and their pros and cons, and my budget and the subsidies available to me. Mark did a quick layout of a few different options for me then and there. Early the next day I received the quotes for the various options. From my own research they were all very competitive, I was after a upper level of quality System that was a proven performer. Mark was not a sales person whose agenda was to make as big a sale as possible, he actually talked me out of spending more than necessary on additions that weren't necessary. Kristen in the office took care of the paperwork and various permits needed and talked me through the subsidy application. It was only a short wait for the approval, and then only a week before installation. Mark and the boys arrived at about 7.30am and were done by 3pm, despite some windy weather. (They used appropriate safety gear to prevent any falls) The installation crew were great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they were installing. The finished result looks great, very neatly finished off. The work area was left nice and clean. They all followed strict social distances and wore masks and various other procedures to protect against Covid19. Mark promptly organised the mandatory inspection, which they passed with flying colours, he then made the arrangements with Powercor to upgrade my meter. All in all a very simple process for me thanks to the professionalism of the EOC team as a whole. Definitely use EOC for all your Solar needs, I know that I will be using them for my systems service requirements in the future.

I called EOC to obtain a quote to replace my solar inverter that had recently failed and have the system brought up to current standards, I sent through photos with all relevant info for them to price. I was told that they would have to conduct a service call cost of $130 to come and inspect as they couldn’t quote with the info I provided which wasn’t a problem and was happy to pay. After 4 days I followed up on how my quote was going and got told the delay was the froniuos inverter I needed was obsolete and further investigation was required. Waited 3 more days and nothing, I sent all details to another company got a phone call within an hour asking for address and to confirm house was single story, I had a quote within a few hours and installed in a few days! Funny thing is the unit that was supposedly obsolete was readily available as the installer had to order it from fronious!

I recently installed a 6.6kW solar system with EOC. The process from the quotation to installation and meter reconfiguration went smoothly as I wanted. Most importantly they kept me informed and assisted every step of the way. I requested quotations knowing what I wanted and Mark happily provided me with three quotations for the different panel and inverter combinations I asked for. Mark also came for a site visit upon my request as I had some concerns and assured me a quality and personal service. Installation went smoothly as well. I am very satisfied with the service provided by EOC. Mark sent Lincoln to fix the problem in my apartment. He found the problem in no time when other electrician could not figure out the job correctly, the way the other electrician described the job to me it might have cost more money to fix it. Lincoln is a problem solver! There were many electricians in the past that came to my place but none of them were as good as lincoln from EOC, not to mention the other electricians cost a lot more money and the job was not even properly done and dodgy Now I know who to call to do any electrical job . We have used EOC now for a couple of jobs including upgrading our switchboard and rewiring and install for a new kitchen. Each time has been a smooth and hassle free process with a great end result. Mark & team attended to install our Solar Battery system. They were punctual, professional and the system has performed well. While we did have an issue that became apparent after a few weeks' use; my philosophy is that sometimes mistakes will happen & it's how they're responded to that matters. We always use EOC, it's a pretty simple decision after you experience their service. They have done multiple big jobs over many years and very organised, professional and nice fella's. This time was the installation of a multi head aircon system and multiple fans into a Californian Bungalow in Newport which was quite challenging. The team got it done. I had a last-minute repair for a light switch and the team was able to help me and worked with my timeline. I was shocked to hear that they had arrived over 4 hours earlier by my client as I had not been informed ahead of time. I'm happy to chalk this up to the drama with the motorway on the day. Nevertheless, the job was completed quickly, professionally and my client was very satisfied.
