I had visited Electronic Paradise Dwarka store on 6th March, 2021 and bought TV, 4 split ACs, Microwave oven, OTG and a refrigerator. I met their staff Mr. Honey and his manager who accompanied me in buying the products. I made the complete payment in the store buying the products and informed that delivery will be done on 26th March, 2021. They informed me that whenever you need the delivery let us know a day in advance still to be more cautious I visited their store on 22nd March, 2021 to inform that I need the delivery on 26th March, 2021. On 26th March store didn’t called and informed me on the delivery so again I visited the store and for my surprise store didn’t follow up and wasn’t ready for the delivery. Again I had to plead infront of the manager that I need the delivery at the earliest and incase you guys cannot manage Sumisha deliveries then you could have informed in advance or at the time of booking as today my complete money is stuck with your company. Then somehow they managed and did the delivery on 28th March, 2021. Then it took us a week to again follow up with Honey and his manager to send the people for installation. However nothing happened and then finally I had to call the customer care of all the brands and got the installation done. Now the story doesn’t end here the products the store is selling is either damaged or very old products. So store is giving good discount and sending old or damaged products. ACs are manufactured in October or September 2019 and refrigerator that has come is damaged. For last 8 days I have been following up again with the store for replacement but every day they give me new excuses and don’t take action on it. I went to the company they said as per the policy dealer will get it replaced for you. So please beware of ELECTRONIC PARADISE AND THEIR POLICY OF CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.

Chor hai.. Not recommended…very poor experience…salesman are liar…in very point they lye to you…i purchase a voltas ac from them now i m regreting .. Firstly they say that the installation is free then after the bill is printed they say that u have to pay ur installtion charges .. secondly ghey say us that the installtion of ur ac is done tomorrow but they delayed the installtion by 1 day.. then after 1 day the installer call us and say sir u have to pay ur installtion charge plus vaccum charges nd stand charges also… Very disappointed with them ..i m not gonna recommend you guys to go there …very Very very bad experience… At the time of booking they say u there is no installtion cost or any cost but at yhe time of installtion they give 9-10k rupees bill in ur hand … Salesman name :- Sanjay

Worst and pathetic experience and response from Electronic paradise i brought double door refrigerator from them on nov2019 and they offered us 13k amount gifts on refrigerator's deal which they said we can claim after 90 days which was to be claimed on march first week we went tht time they told us there is some delay in procesing once they release we will get an email or message followup we waited for 3 more months but then again when we went there tomorrow now ie july 2020 they are refusing and they did not gave proper response for our issue.and they denied for any such gifts.we are highly disappointed with their response so i won't buy any deal in future with the electronic paradise and i request everyone please dnt fall for their fancy gift trap just be a smart buyer.

They are cheaters. M giving 1 star bcz there is no option to give - negative star. They Will be very polite first but their behaviour change after they sell. They do fake commitments to sell. U have to follow up for small cash back n they will say we will pay today, tomorrow n this thing goes on for days. They dn't even book demo for new items purchased, u have to do it by ur own. So wht's the point to buy from them we can buy online instead. Every time you go to the shop they change their views about the product according to their own benefit they wouldn't sell you better option but try to sell the thing which benifits them only by saying this woks gud then the actually gud 1. Salesman are chor. N owner doen't care about his own reputation. Dnt go their.

Beware - Worst store in Dwarka. It seems that this store is proficient in fooling customers, first they lure you into a deal by selling B Grade company items and when it comes to service / repair they don't have any option.In my case I purchased a Philips TV set on 25 Dec 2016 and after 2 years it stopped working though i was tricked into the deal by ensuring best customer service with 5 years warranty. Now no one from Philips responds and now I came to know that the company's LED department has been shut down and then this store gives me an option to scrap this TV set. Now the one who are trying to purchase anything from here can make there decision wisely.

I went to Electronic Paradise Rajapuri, Dwarka on 31st March 2019 to purchase Daikin AC FTKL35TV(1 Ton inverter split AC) for my house. The advisor was more interested in selling samsung AC (AR12RV3XWEK). Based on his advice I bought the particular samsung AC with alloy condenser and R410 gas. The Daikin AC model that i was going to purchase is having copper condenser and more efficient R32 gas. Also samsung split AC installation is done by cheap third party service provider who charges very high cost for extra fittings. I am unhappy with the EP Dwarka as they recommended me a wrong product. Recommending worse product for their own benefit is wrong thing.

Nice big showroom near sector 12 and has a lot of options to choose from. Happened To buy an Air Conditioner a few days back and I m totally satisfied with Electronic Paradise. The staff is very polite and explained all the features and gave me 2019 model fresh piece and didn't charge me fitting charges. Also my bro bought a Sony Bravia Andriod TV . Same thing very happy with the sales guy. Explained each n every feature of the LED. Highly Recommended. The prices r also way to competitive. I went to many showroom but I didn't find any price near to the EP's price. Great work guys . U just earned a loyal customer.

Multiple times buying.. everytime better experience than previous.. Staff here always raise the bar in customer experience, not just for sales but post sales requirements. from my personal experience i would like to shout out for Mandeep.. he is one person whome i can relay blindly he always steps nd support even for my routine appliances services i never have to call myself he takes care of everything.. Overall highly recommend place for home appliances..

I have purchased Hitachi window ac with bajaj finserv extended warranty for 2 years. General service of ac is covered in this warranty and with lot of efforts I tried somehow to log my ticket for servicing. It feels very sad that after struggling for 2 weeks and many appointment commitments no one has turned up to my house till date for servicing. I feel cheated by bajaj finserv. Never go for any extended warranty etc., with any dealer. They fool you.

They Hide many after sale costs. Once You purchase an item, their change in behavior from very polite to extremely rude is surprising. Never expect that they are going to assist You once the payment is made. Also, do not believe their commitments regarding warranty of product. They promise false warranty/conditions just to make the sale. Once You pay the amount, they will not even hesitate to abuse You when You ask of any after sale service.

I was looking for an AC this summer and I looked multiple options in and around Dwarka (including Croma and Reliance Digital. This was the best deal which we got for a Diakin Product. Best price. Negotiation is suggested. At least 5 percent is routine. May go well beyond that depending upon circumstances. Place looks a bit untidy though, and not one of those chic and trendy place but considering the quote it is the Best at Dwarka.

Worst worst after sake service. I bought LG Window AC and they sent one private person to my house for installation. He did worst installation and when I Taljed to LG Customer care for demo, they said jisne installation kiya hai wahi karega. Now neither dealer is bothered even after 5-6 calls by me for last two weeks and not LG company. Never go to such dealers who harras customers once item is sold and payment is received.

There are so much confusing deals they do in Electronic Paradise Dwarka. 2-3 people one by one attend customer and they all say different things. Some of the things they kept hidden as Installation charges, Cash back offers etc.etc.. They are not good in dealing customers. Be careful & transparent and get all things in writing from them otherwise their behaviour after sales service is very rude.

Worst service for buy goods i purchased two ac from them on 10/06/21 til today its 15/06/21 no body calls me for installation or delivery for my products not to buy anything from them staff is very irresponsible they all talk different different still i call them again they have no solution for my problem pls dont go for Electronic paradise rajapuri Dwaraka at all very poor service

Will give you good deals, brands and emi otions. You surely can get genuine electrical appliances at competetive prices. Bought an ac from here. Earlier 3 years back a tv as well from here. Multibrand showroom. If you are not happy with price, talk to manager. You might get best deal. I got way better deal than croma , bercos elec or vijay sales. Must try.

Very bad......we were cheated by the owner.....bought samsung 550l fridge and within 2 months the door handle was broken from inside.......inside the door we cannot break the hinge ourselves....it is very hard and inbuilt.....the shop owner gave us the defective fridge .....door is not in warranty .....we had yo pay 5000 for replacement

They are the rackless people. They are only making fool for selling the products. I had purchased Hitachi 4star 1.5ton split Ac. One of his person (Mr.Surendera Vaghela) he said, installation will be happen in 24-48 hr. But after delivery 5 days to go still not installed. They all are fool. I suggest plz don't visit the store.

I purchased a washing machine from this shop at 31/12/2018 at noon time. They told that they will install it at that same day. But after , they forget there customer , they don't want pic up there customer phone. For two day machine still no use for me and waiting for installation. Samsung service also poor

I bought a Carrier AC last year but the service is very poor as the AC installation has not been done gud enough and very poor performance of the product. I m very much disappointed with the product and recommend everyone not to buy carrier ac as it would be a useless investment for you.

Had a bad experience with this people at the store. Inflated and hidden prices, with unprofessional service and late night delivery of products. Dwarka has got far better options. Beware of these liers as they can take your hard cash, with their sales trick by well 'trained staff'!

After sale service was very pathetic, they delivered demage product and took almost 7 days to replace it. They have done partly installation in the first phase and took more than 24 hours to complete it. Even screw were not fixed. Overall very bad experience.

I bought Samsung Ultra Hd LED TV recently and the store manager is very co operative and gave us an amazing deal. We went again to buy an AC and again we got a good deal. Would recommend this place for buying electronics items.

Bought 2 split ACs from them. No after sales service. Looters. Though Original Manufacturers were suppose to install the machines, they sent local electricians and pocketed installation charges.
