I had a nightmare of an experience with Elite Casino Events. The process was great until we got closer to the time of the event. Elite contracted to setup tables for gaming and to provide some decorations. Prior to the event they said they used an outside contractor to build an entryway for the event. The contractor was behind on delivery and eventually the entryway was not delivered at all. They offered no alternative. Also, our event was for seniors so we scheduled it between 4-7 so the elderly would not have to drive too late into the evening. Elite scheduled to setup starting at 4 and for gaming to start at 7. They also did not bring the sign that we contracted for them to build for us. When I confronted them about the time discrepancy they claimed it was my fault despite the fact that I had indicated the proper times on the forms they provided. To make matters worse they have not responded to any efforts to resolve the breach of contract. I would not ever recommend this company because of their lack of integrity and poor customer service.

I am not sure how Elite Casino Events has a 4.8 for reviews. After I paid, it was like they were impossible to reach. The day of my event, I called several times, and finally got a response two hours before my start time. When they showed up, they were missing 1 of the tables that I ordered and two slot machines. Which was embarrassing, considering half of the people who attended my event were not able to participate and had to stand around and watch. I was willing to overlook this "mistake" if they were willing to make it correct. My event was in January. It took SEVERAL phone/emails and reaching out to the BBB to only receive a $140 refund in March. After going back and forth, they then again refunded me $210. Which still totals up to less that what I paid for for items I did not receive. All of this to say, this business is not worth your time for an event that you want to go well.

Booked an event with them this past weekend. They were supposed to show up at 4P to get set up and didn’t show up until 6:15P. Our party (of 200+ people) started at 6P, so guests were already there and it was EXTREMELY stressful. We were never even called/given a heads up that they were going to be 2 hours late - no apology - no acknowledgment. We paid for 3 hours of play time and because they were so late arriving and then getting set up, we only got 2 hours of play time. We also paid for 10 tall-top tables that we didn’t receive. I have emailed SEVERAL times, called even more times and left at least 10 voicemails since Saturday with no response to anything (even our many calls on Saturday trying to figure out where the hell they were) - the lack of follow-up, apology, acknowledgment is absolutely insane!!

Dec 2021 - We hosted our annual company Christmas party using Elite services for casino tables, DJ, photo booth, and photographer. Our photographer and photo booth was a no show and the DJ was two hours late. We were also short two casino dealers. We had to call to receive updates when they said they would call. So many things went wrong. Contract seemed useless as they had different information than what we provided in the contract like the address and extended hours. We chose them because of the 5 star reviews and provided multiple services. We are waiting to hear back on refunds.

Beware before booking! We booked with this company weeks ago for our company Christmas party. Our party is next week, and elite casino backed out at the last second. Giving us no options, no help, and no remorse. They say it was due to a “booking glitch” on their end. But they refused to even help us try and find a solution, essentially said “oh well.” Now we have an office party next week, that we have been excited and pushing about our casino event and I don’t have one now thanks to the unprofessional carelessness of elite casinos.

I attended my friends wedding yesterday and elite casino was hosting the reception and my friends and I decided to give craps table a try and Zubin was so nice and patient with us because we had no idea of what to do but he taught us the rules, all the do’s and don’ts. We had so much fun, Zubin made us fill like we were at a real casino and playing with real money. I definitely would like for Zubin to host a casino event for my party.

There's a reason they're the best in the business. Planning our Casino party with Elite was SUCH a wonderful experience! Sean was so helpful every step of the way - from our first phone call to the night of the party! Everything was taken care of before I could think to ask, and everyone we spoke with was friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend Elite Casino Events to any of my friends and family!

Would not recommend. They’re great until you’ve booked and paid deposit and then customer service is awful. Arrived late and were not setup for event, brought wrong equipment and then ghosted my calls the next day when inquiring about a refund for missing casino sign we paid for. If any issues arise during your evening party, forget it, you can’t reach anyone. Very disappointed

I would love to experience their services, but I have not been able to reach anyone. I submitted a quote 10 days ago, and sent emails to them and still nothing. I have also tried calling and haven't spoken to anyone. I just submitted another quote, we'll see what happens. I'm giving 2 stars because last year (2022), they were more attentive of my needs.

DO NOT use them. They do not pay the people that do work for them. At least that was my horrible experience. The receptionist hung up on me. They are dishonest. When I reached out, several times, to let them know I didn't receive compensation, they ignored me. Didn't respond to email or phone messages. Very shady organization!

The dealers and photographer did not show up the day of my party and ruined the night. Then the company did not want to refund my money! I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund.

I hate to even give them a 1, they showed up 5 dealers short and left all their equipment at the event space for 3 days after numerous calls for it to be picked up...would not recommend

Brandi was amazing! She taught me how to play Texas Holdem and I won several times! I attended a birthday party where she was the vendor but I plan on booking her for one of my events!

Elaine, is very entertaining, energetic also knowledgeable in what she does. This was my first experience in playing any kinda of casino game. And I enjoyed it. Thanks Elite
