This service is awesome for people who realize that what this company really sells is time. I delegate to them so many things, most of them admin like my change of address, a bill to challenge, a doctor appt to make - especially the day I realized I had waited over the phone more than 30min to schedule my yearly dental check up all those things together that they do for me, saves me 30min here and there that I spend with my family. They are also great to research things for you: when we moved to San Diego I had no idea of the school situation. They provided me with a impeccable document, concise and clear, of the schools of my neighborhood, their ranking, distance to my home (driving and walking) they had called to check availability for my children, when we could tour the school, verified the tuition fee, and so on. It was literally all the comparison factors nicely presented on a silver plate, and that facilitated a LOT the decision for me and my husband. They are amazing!!!
