The car itself was fine and the rental rate was good. Due to us needing to add a driver under 21 which is the reason we selected this place. So if you just need a rental may work. However upon returning the car that had a rock chip in the windshield when rented presented another rock chip. Instead of sealing the rock chip they want to replace the full windshield. As a courtesy since they had not done it the first chip I’m only being held liable for half the cost. What was the point of verifying my insurance? They claim they offered windshield and tire protection which they never did maybe since they was so busy when I went. That alone would have prompted me to be aware they would charge me for things that can happen on The road which I have no control over. But you live and you learn. Just make sure you fully understand all their policies before renting. To keep a person’s $250.00 deposit for a rock chip they probably not gone replace but seal is really shady business. Lesson learned.

Best rental care experience so far, have availability to rent vans 12-15 passengers at location without the need to pick up at airport like Budget/Avis. The van was clean and had no travel problems, drove good on the road that had snow. Their customer service is excellent, Felix explain the details thoroughly with no surprises in pricing. The process of picking up & dropping off was less than 15 mins. I'll definitely rent again in the future.

Thrifty Car rental wasted 3 hours of our time waiting for a rental that wasn’t even available so we found Elite and it was a fast and easy process! It’s affordable and Felix was very nice and honest! He made us feel welcome! I’m kind of upset because I’m not from Texas so I didn’t understand the EZ Tag lanes so I was charged for it but Great customer service the entire time! Will be getting cars from him whenever I’m in Houston!.

Everything went smooth! I found a really good rate online, the deposit wasn’t extreme and the customer service was amazing. I worked with Felix! He was the best and he also checked in with me the morning of my rental return to make sure everything was ok, and if I needed more time. This will be my “go to” rental spot when I’m in Houston…. Which will be pretty often!

Elite Rentals, a very pleasant place business to rent from, it was my first time but I will definitely return to them. Their prices are very reasonable, and Felix my representative was so very pleasant to work with, I wish I was his boss so I could give him a raise. I hope all the representatives are like him. If you need a car rental this is the place to go!!!

Excellent customer service at the 290/Fairbanks location, and the car was ready for pick. The auto body shop referred them since I didn’t have car rental on my policy so I was a bit hesitant because the daily rate was lower than National & Enterprise. Must say I was happily surprised with the car and service was above those other car rental place.

Affordable, professional and great customer service especially by Felix! Due to having a vehicle in the shop for repairs, I wasn't for sure how long I would need a rental and they were very flexible with my needs! I was able to quickly rent a brand new Rav4 and I also liked the fee included tax so you weren't surprised in the end!

First time that I have used Elite. Felix was polite and efficient. Rented a Toyota Highlander that had a few small dings as most rental cars do but it was very clean inside and out which is rare these days. Felix came to the body shop to pick up his car when my car was repaired. That saved us some time and trouble. Good job!
