I feel very good about the work Elite Roofing did for our home. We were a complicated case with known leakage/water damage but unknown location/severity. Elite's team did a great job hearing my needs at the time of the bid. On install day, things went a little sideways because of communication with the crew, but when I self-advocated to make sure the job slowed down to allow for sufficient inspection and mitigation, they handled it very well. I was able to get through by text and phone call immediately and throughout the day as needed. They took the time and did the extra work needed to assure I have a healthy home. They also compensated me for the extra stress that arose during that hiccup. To me, a flawless job is a much luck as anything else. What really matters with a company is do they respond, respect their customers, and do the right thing if a job gets unexpectedly complicated or mistakes are made. Elite checks ALL of those boxes. I will be recommending them to friends, family, and neighbors for years to come. Special shout out to Jake and Ross for their exceptional customer service from first contact to final payment.

Its always tough to find folks in the trades that are timely and professional and still reasonable about price. That's why I decided to post my experience with Elite Roofing. After a recent story we had obvious water damage in a bathroom ceiling that was the result of wear and tear on our metal roof. I called Elite and they were there the same day with a reasonable quote. Not fuss or trying to sell me more than I needed. Just a good detailed repair quote. Job was completed 2 days later and no problems since. Thanks Elite!

Elite Roofing was one of the most professional contractor experiences we've ever had. We hired them for a roof replacement on our historic home before we moved in. We lived across the county at the time but were able to meet in person before the work started. They were very timely, informative and were in close communication throughout the entire process. We are completely satisfied with the service and quality of work and would recommend Elite to anyone needing roofing services in the area. The roof turned out great!

I had a great experience using Elite Roofing. I had an area on my roof that was damaged due to a faulty gutter; the plywood was completely rotted away and I had water leaking down into my wall whenever it rained. Jake came out and inspected the area (and the rest of my roof to make sure it was okay), fixed the problem, replaced the gutter, and it looks great! Have not had a single issue since. I would definitely use Elite again, they were great to work with and Jake did an awesome job!

Very efficient and professional roofing company. They were upfront on pricing which was reasonable and our roof and gutters were replaced on time and exactly what they promised. The roof and gutters look nice (we have had many compliments from neighbors). Everyone worked hard and was respectful of our property. Clean up was exceptional and very little damage to my day lillies in the front! Really appreciate this company and would definitely use then again. Great job Jake!

Garbage left in yard. Mud tracked all throughout the old lady's white rocks in flower bed. Nails in flashin around house. Cleaned old gutters with hose when they did roof and left nasty black sludge on front of house. Left downspout layin on deck when gutters were done. Inside of " new" gutters look like they were installed by a 5 year old. Holes every where like they couldn't decide where screws should go. Not just disgruntled I have photos of most of these things.

My roof was badly damaged due to hail and was in need of replacement. I contacted Elite and they promptly sent a representative to my house to assess my roof. They worked with my insurance company and made sure that they had all they needed for the claim and scheduled a day to replace the roof. The new roof looks fantastic! They were always here on time and had excellent communication throughout the process. No complaints at all with this company!

Awesome team if you are looking for roof repair. I am a new homeowner and had some questions about siding and some odd spots on my roof. Need someone who could explain things to me simply as I really don't know much about this industry. The Elite team was very patient with me and armed me with a lot of knowledge for moving forward. Elite roofing was very responsive, punctual, professional and went above and beyond when replacing our roof. They removed 2 layers of shingles and installed our new GAF architectural shingles. It looks great! They cleaned up after themselves and removed and reinstalled the gutter guards in the process too.

I recently worked with Elite to have my roof replaced under insurance. I live in a 100-year-old multilevel home with many different roof geometries. The installation team worked hard from sun up to sun down to get the job done and it looks great! Very pleased and the whole process was simple and seamless.
