I went to this place yesterday and I had a very bad experience. Previously a yr ago I got a hair cut here from a lady, she did a good job. Hoping to get same service, I have gone there and a guy named salman gave me a hair cut or may be I should say have chopped my hair literally. I had medium to long hair length. I told him clearly that I need a straight cut I showed him the picture and I said repeatedly that length should not come above my shoulder level. He said ok ok. But he gave me a Bob cut. At once he had cut almost 13 inch of my hair from behind. As we cannot see it from mirror I did not know. Later when he started cutting the sides I realised that he chopped so much, Inspite of me telling him not to. In between another staff walked in and said madam pura short kar diya, then he was laughing shamelessly. What was he thinking I don't understand. When I shouted at him that he made it so short, he said madam I have 7 yrs experience it happened only with you. Am sorry mistake happened. So casually. It's my hair. I have my anniversary next week. These guys have ruined it for me. And above all they charged '1250' for chopping my hair. I feel terrible everytime I look in the mirror. I am not going to step inside this salon ever again. My frens who are regular customers to them have also decided not to go there again.

On Dec 27 2020 Rahul did hair smoothening in KPHB branch and without informing he cut 6 inches of my hair saying he was adjusting the uniformity.who does that to a customer and to my surprise all that hair did not result in smooth texture. Later on 13th of Jan 2021 I noticed my hair going curled and bunches and clumsy which I immediately informed them. After confirming that I'm using genuine shampo and mask they asked me to take extra paid services on my hair to fix the issue , which I denied. I have been following up myself since jan13 2021 to fix my hair,but till date none took the responsibility and annoyed me asking to visit branch and time if their choice. They truly donot respect customers. This is so frustrating. Shame on you Elixir. When you can't serve don't charge for your incapable service and as said please refund my money. I will approach some professional salons to fix my hair which you damaged.

This was the most horrible experience ever. I asked for a Bob cut and they were unable to understand what that meant. There was this one guy with light brown hair that seemed to understand and he said he would cut my hair. He left without informing and the other girl at the place said she wasn't confident enough to cut my hair. All this while I was just sitting and waiting there. I do not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I waited while my friend got a trim (which they did a bad job of) and just left. The staff was rude and they seemed happy that I wasn't able to get my hair cut. I don't think anyone wants to be treated like that. Please do not go here. There is a reason they were free on a Sunday afternoon. I have no idea how they have a 4.4 rating. It's a 0 from me. The reviews are totally fake.

Must visit for hair smoothening . Please ask for A. Raja for your service. They know and understand your hair science very well. My hair came out very well and I am satisfied with the service. review (edited)- March 2021- My hair is not smoothened anymore. I use the same shampoo and conditioner recommended by the stylists but no, my hair is all hay like, breaking and horrible texture. it has this weird curly hair texture which is common when you burn your hair with straightening iron. I have got my hair straightened and smoothened many times but this is the first time the results are not just gone but made my hair worse, curly/burnt, brittle than before. Think before you get your hair chemically treated people. This is a permanent process and do not make the same mistake that i did.

I wish I could give them less than one star. Once they had ruined my hair but the lady requested me to give them another chance. So when I went to them after few months they again appointed somebody who doesn't even know how to hold paddle brush and dryer. Highly disappointed. Don't go to this place if you have even 10% concern about your hair. I'm really sorry to say but no your salon had only one client there and no I didn't ask for blast dry I had clearly asked for shampoo and setting but unfortunately the person appointed couldn't even hold the paddle brush properly and to your amazement let me tell you that he only confessed that he doesn't know how to blow dry. And please don't make false claims over here.

Elixir is the best family beauty saloon with highly professional staff.. I have opted them for party makeup, hairstyle,saree drapping services for my brother wedding.. Ms.Sagarika suggested me Viamin C facial before 3days of wedding,I am very much satisfied with the services they provided n the outcome was amazing,my skin looked flawless,the glow lasts for atleast a month. They use best quality products for all the beauty services . I asked them to do mild makeup n I was looking beautiful n it lasted for more than 10hrs... I highly recommend this place for all Kind of beauty services from head to toe and for entire family Thank u Sagarika n Moses for guiding me n made me look beautiful in my best moments..

I generally Visit Juice and its my Favourite , but this time i couldn't get any appointment there so i had to Visit Elixir for the very first time. With Lots of Confusion and Doubts on one side and New Place on the Other side, I took a Huge Step to Visit them but at the End My Expectations and My Satisfaction Level is on the Top end Side.I End up coming out Very Happy, Feeling Like a Star with this Smoothness Treatment which Chandrika suggested me. She patiently Answered all my doubts and took very good Care of Me. My Hair feels so Soft and Silky like never before. They use superb products and their technique is also very different. Surely recommend Elixir !

I along with my sister visited the salon to get some services. I got spa services and waxing from mamatha snd she did a wonderful service. My sister got keratin treatment from some other person from the same salon. The thing here is she did the service very well and she took enough time to straighten but the problem here is she didn't apply enough keratin cream while doing the treatment. (May be because keratin offer was ongoing at that time) . Now her hair is not even looking like she has taken keratin treatment. Prices can be discounted but treatment should not get deteriorated. Please never do this to anyone. I recommend this salon for skin services.

This place is a disgust and I am Utterly disappointed with them. First entir mgmt staff changed. No proper service or quality service exist there anymore. I just wanted to get hair shmpoooed and blow dry done. The hair stylist or that's what they call him. He sticked brushed to my hair inspite knowing I have thin frizzy dry hair and messed up the hair. No blow dry done and charged money for that. I was gng to. Elixir for past three years, now I don't have a reason to go there. Absolutely no gng back to that saloon he literally harassed the hair and he don't even know to do wrk. I could have chosen better place than this.

Coming to the main part, Dated in October, my sister got keratin treatment done for her hair and didn't get satisfactory results, the same has been communicated to the CEO of the salon and she immediately responded and offered to re-do this service. And today she had her final hair wash after the keratin treatment. The keratin service was great this time and would love to visit again. Turned out to a happy customer. Good job team Elixir. Keep it up.

It's not a Fake Rating. I ve visited today, pls find the bill copy . And don't judge the reviews without having confirmation. I ll be definitely having the PAIN, as I paid 2300/- for ur FAKE service. I visited today for Hair Spa. To my surprise, they have applied the serum and cream in a tiny quantity. Charged 2300/-, and service given for 300/- to 500/-. I am completely disappointed with the service received. If u r really worried about ur services and customer reviews, then maintain the service quality and a cordial customer interaction.

Had been to this parlour for hair straightening, they have convinced me to go 4 global colouring as well. Thinking they are professionals they can guide me in correct way, agreed for all they have recommended. At the end , the result of my hair is so disastrous, that my hair has become completely frizzy, n dry. When called the saloon they told it’s my shampoo n shampooing technic fault, though I purchased the product they recommended. Now I’m spending a lot to make my hair look healthy. Friends pls think twice before u go.

Took appointment and visited saloon on scheduled time and came to know person giving service Mr.Kapil has no information about scheduled service and said very rashly to wait for 1 hr to avail service or can leave. Mr.Sandeep who has given appointment has asked to wait for 5 min stating some other person will come and provide service. Despite waiting for 30 min no one turned up. No one wearing masks left premises for own safety.

Before taking the treatment I did not know much about BB glow treatment I went in for consultation at kphb branch after the consultation I have taken 4 sessions I am posting this review after completion of my sessions my skin has changed completely it’s painless treatment my dark circles pigmentation everything got covered no more dark circles and pigmentations thank you much sagarika mam for bringing a big change on my face

Not good experience. I usually go to green trends, but just thought to try this after seeing google reviews. They gave me appointment for 6 p.m. I called them up at 5:45 to confirm if i can walk-in at given time as i was working and do not want to wait. They said i can, and when i went there - they are busy with other customers and told it will take another 40 min. Very poor management and response could have been better.

I found this place in nearby. From the point of appointment till giving the service, they achieved excellence in client management. I do not know the names of stylists but they have given me the best. They suggested me the style for haircut and shave that resulted in a positive way. Highly recommended for people looking for best offers at best prices. Kudos to you team. Note: lookout for the memberships. I felt useful.

I av been here thrice, This guys are good, saloon atmosphere is pretty decent and their work is satisfactory! Since there are only two-three hair stylers (for men) my boy you gotta wait for a while! It was my first visit after seeing the reviews . Really a mind-blowing experience. Service provided by Akshith Raj was exceptional. He was very friendly to understand what was required and got to that. Was expecting some offers after the service but was slightly disappointed on that part but else services and ambience was really good. I recommend this salon for a professional haircut .

Had a very good experiencing by visiting this saloon. Staff are very good at behavior and they listen to customer voice and try to do it with utmost satisfaction. I have done my Hair cut and Hair Spa by Akshit Raj, He has done excellent job I should say. I completely satisfied for the hair styling he has done to me. Prices are a bit more compare to other Saloons but worth trying it.

A complete family salon. We were overwhelmed with the reception and service. The best part was the welcome drinks and courteous behavior of the staff. My 9 month old kid was taken care during our appointment. Best place for facials, hair cut, hair color, bleach, waxing for women. Pedicure and manicure is my wife’s favorite here. Overall, a place for entire family to have best time.

The best n hygienically maintained Saloon with frequent sanitization before and after every session. Availed their Haircut service and the staff were adequately prepared with COVID protocols, asked if they can touch hair or skin before the haircut. Bills and notes were sanitized before handing over to the customers. Highly recommended for a safe saloon services.

Please don't go to this salon. I had gone for smoothening here and instead they manipulated me to take both smoothening and keratin treatment which led to immense hair fall and even dandruff. Even after taking both treatments most of the hair still remained curly and frizzy. When i called them regarding the same, they didn't even respond to my phone calls.

Very bad experience.I were done permanent hair smoothening it was very bad again after a week my hair turns to curly itself i dnt know why which products there are using. I was very much disappointed with services.frst day it will be good but aftr 2 to 3 days it turns curly. As per my suggestion should my visit this salon again. Waste of money

I had a very good experience at elixir. Facial was greatly done by Surpriya , a very skilled professional. She really managed to keep me relaxed throughout and had instant glow after the facial.Kapil on the other hand initially came across as little rude and did not handle the hair well, but he was very good with the haircut and blow dry.

Permanent laser Hair removal was a big decision for me I took 8 sessions of laser treatment I am very happy with results no pain at all laser technicians make sure you feel comfortable entire process good hospitalality coming to results I have completed 6 sessions today much much difference in growth and skin became much more smoother

Great place to watch movies and it is renovated.... Right now... the name of the theatre suits..... Sanitation facilities are revamped..... Maintenance of the theatre has been improved a lot.... Ticket price costs are little bit on higher side.... Right now the theatre is well structured and facilitated and has good infrastructure.

The best place for women with small kids. Staff here are very helpful in handling the kids. A good environment for a complete body treatment right from head to toe. I loved hair spa, hair color. Pedicure and manicure are my favorite here. I would recommend this for bridal as they provide good variety of packages in it.

Service is very bad, I was left with bruised skin from using the wrong type of wax. I went for a package which clearly mention mentioned the face wax type yet she used rica wax on my face. Facial was not good also luxury pedicure isn’t luxury at all. Totally disappointed after paying high price.
