DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. I used this car park last week for the first time in years and is run by a company called One Parking Solution. After parking, I went to the ticket machine but it was "NOT IN USE", so I had to mess around paying using my phone which was a right palaver listening to a robot giving instructions and trying to punch in all the digits on my phone i.e. location number, amount of time you wanted, your card number, card expiry, 3 digits on the back and then finally my car registration. Despite paying the correct amount for my stay (£2.60 for two hours) I still received a £100 fine because I took too long to pay the charge and went over their "grace period" which I knew nothing about. I sent off an appeal letter and got a reply back saying my appeal had been unsuccessful. The fine is £60 if I pay early. This is nothing short of ROBBERY, THEFT AND A ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Do not use this car park. Parked twice recently and used Ringo app as it appeared on app, only to receive PCN for £100 and now expecting a second one. Now in hands of private company. Do not live in area, just visiting business in area, so unaware of previous difficulties. Reading previous posts and talking to One Parking Solution who have issued ticket, do not hold out much hope of a successful appeal. Cannot get hold of Ringo to ask why it is shown on their app but it is not valid to use Ringo.

Avoid this car park they are still issuing fines even at these times My daughter used this carpark to collect a prescription across the road .She had checked Haverings website which stated that the carpark in St Nicholas rd was free at these times ,but made the mistake of pulling into this PRIVATE CARPARK in St Nicholas rd.Shame on this company one for charging at this time when peoples incomes are so greatly reduced but also to issue £100 fines via a camera.PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE CHARGING

Just got here and parked greeted by a carpark attendant..as from yesterday it's now in private hands...1 hours parking £1.50!!! No wonder there were only a few cars parked, normally looking for a space. Feeling sorry for local trade. The car park attendent thought it was a bargin! London apparently £10 for two hours...this is Elm park. Essex not Theatre Land!

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK!!!!! It should be SHUTDOWN!!! Its run by a private company called ONE PARKING SOLUTION. When you try to contact them everything is automated. Car park operates 7am to 6pm (in havering website) Paid for parking until 19:13 and still received a fine. I ended up paying a big fine £170+fee 1.95 DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!!

AVOID THIS CAR PARK, paid to park her go to central. Paid £8 & change for the vehicle to be picked after few hours. My train journey was late therefore i was 15min late but these scamers have charged me £55 fine!!! its all automated cameras and this car park is just a money making machine waiting for you to enter.

Don’t use this car park . They will fine you for using the parking. Awful parking space. I had to pay fines.. I don’t go shopping in Elm Park anymore for this very reason. I will take my business where parking is free for at least 30 mins .. good luck to them

As a key worker parked here couple of weeks ago with my daughter to collect prescription and essentials during covid 19 lockdown after reading that car parking was free in Havering during the pandemic - now received a parking ticket BEWARE OF PARKING HERE

Abusive. They charge me a fine regardless I have paid online because I spent too much time downloading the App to pay. The machine was not working, and the parking lot if full of broken glass everywhere making it impossible to park

Drove in then out to turn around and was fined, wasn’t even in there for a minute, they changed all the times on their photo evidence and refused to believe my dash cam footage was the real thing and said I had edited it!

Do not use this car park privately owned now and they are a con.shame on Havering council for selling it as it will be the local shops that will suffer.

Ok but not free. Even if you want to park for just 30 minutes you have to pay £1 I know it’s not much but still annoying as hell!

Ain't work parking here. Keep driving down the road and enjoy a 5 min walk without having to pay anything.

Don't park here, their online payment system won't work sometimes and they will charge you
