Having tried to get some timber for a particular task at home I was grossly let down and cast aside by a large hardware chain. I tried Home Timber & Hardware, Eltham. The service over the phone was excellent. Joel helped me out and assisted me in getting the right product. He told me it would be ready in an hour, which it was , and I picked it up with no hassles and was soon back at home with the job done...... Great service..... Highly recommended.

Good local business with great service which I'd highly recommend. Tried to buy a few polycarbonate roof sheets from Bunnings and they refuse to sell although regular customers are not able to purchase it online. No issues at all with Eltham Home Timber and Hardware! Will definitely be back to support. Thanks Ben for the excellent service!

Have been here a few times and have been helped beyond the normal call of duty. Spoke to a guy called Brenton and he was amazing. Very friendly guy who helped me so I could finish off a project. Great advice and he cut the ply to precise dimensions from measurements I provided. Thanks mate. Will return again.

Thanks to Ellen & Ben for looking after me, what I wanted was not in stock. Within 24 hrs I got a phone call to say that the product had arrived. Ellen took the time to set it up and demonstrated to me how it worked. Service was fantastic, Would shop here again to support a local business. Thank you guys.

Good to still be able to go to a hardware store and get good honest help. Went there for timber for a fence and got everything I needed. They even cut the timber to the right length. Staff were very helpful and had very sound advice. Hardware store of choice in the area.

Great staff who know their stuff and incredibly good delivery service. Can not recommend more highly. Skip the big store queues and shop local. Still my go to place for great service and advice.
