⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars) I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Embassy Suites in Nashville and I can confidently say that it was a truly fantastic experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. First and foremost, the location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of Nashville, I found myself just a stone's throw away from some of the city's most iconic landmarks and vibrant entertainment districts. Whether I was in the mood for exploring the famous Country Music Hall of Fame or enjoying the lively nightlife on Broadway, everything was conveniently within reach. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in every way. The moment I stepped into my suite, I was blown away by the spaciousness and modern design. The room was immaculate, incredibly clean, and exuded a comforting and cozy ambiance. The comfortable bed made for a perfect night's sleep and the amenities provided added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Breakfast was simply outstanding! The complimentary morning buffet featured a wide variety of freshly prepared options, including both hot and cold selections. Whether I wanted a hearty meal or a lighter option, the breakfast spread catered to all tastes and dietary preferences. The staff overseeing the breakfast service were attentive, ensuring that everything was well-stocked and maintaining cleanliness throughout. The culinary experience was truly a highlight of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The genuine warmth and hospitality I experienced from the entire team made me feel like a valued guest. Lastly, the hotel's amenities were impressive and added to the overall experience. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine. The indoor pool was a great relaxation spot, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. In summary, my stay at Hilton Embassy Suites Nashville was an unforgettable experience. The fantastic location, impeccable accommodations, delicious breakfast, and exceptional customer service all contributed to making this a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville and looking for a truly memorable experience.

Imagine traveling from California to Nashville for a 5 Day Trip with your family. Arrive to your hotel, Check-In was so simple and quick. Restaurant downstairs was good not Great. The Predators arena is next door (2 Mins Walk). Go to sleep in your comfy bed and get woken up at 7 a.m. to the sound of Tools Banging. Hammers, Drills, and power tools. Apperently, there was a problem with the plumbing in the floor above us. 4 nights out of 5 we got woken up to those same sounds. Horrible experience! I used the gym; machines were clean, and everything was simple to use. Eating area, I didn't visit. Pool in the top floor is small but easy for children to use. The views up there are amazing. Beers are expensive and live entertainment is super cool. The housekeepers and staff were very helpful and friendly. That's why i gave them 3 stars. Every elevator needs a sign of what floor has what (gym, pool, eating area). It's 2023, why are things not labeled like that. Very Simple stuff. Recommend staying here if you are watching the Titans which are 20 - 25 mins walking distance over the bridge. Broadway street is 2 blocks away and 15 mins from the Airport. Paying $1,508 to be woken up by power tools is not what i signed up for. I need a refund or something to make it right because that's not cool.

Every staff member was accommodating and friendly. The rooms were kept very clean. The amenities are fantastic, including the roof top pool/bar/food, the buffet style breakfast daily, and the coffee shop and steakhouse in the lobby. Did notice that the room doors didn't always shut all the way when allowed to close on their own, noticed multiple rooms with doors ajar that probably shouldn't have been.

Rooms are clean and tidy, with a great layout and views!
Nearby activities
Great location, close to many activities and sights around downtown Nashville.
Safety
Seemed like a safe location, even being downtown. Did notice that the room doors didn't always shut completely, when allowed to shut on their own.
Walkability
Tons of nearby places to walk and enjoy the sights, public transportation is everywhere nearby also.
Food & drinks
The buffet breakfast was fresh and had many options. The coffee shop in the lobby was nice. The steak house and bar in the lobby was extraordinary, some of the best food I had while in Nashville. The bar seemed popular and the patrons looked like they enjoyed the bartenders customer service.

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was so modern and all of the food was wonderful. The staff were all so kind - one even brought crayons and coloring papers to my young daughters. We read reviews about waits at the elevators and food lines but we didn’t experience those at all. My only complaint is that we were traveling with children and the pool was packed with adults at the pool bar in the evening (no problem at all - we expected that). To still have pool time, we just planned to swim during the mornings right after breakfast when it was empty. One of the mornings the pool wasn’t open (supposed to open at 6:30 I think). At 9:00 we called and they said it was being cleaned. It still wasn’t open until almost 11, which was disappointing to the kids and sad to not use one of the main amenities we chose the hotel for since it was closing for a private function that afternoon and evening as well. Other than that, it was a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at embassy suites Nashville. We were there for a work conference at music city center. It is not attached but was a very close walk. You are a 5-10 minute walk to everything downtown. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were clean and spacious. We had an awesome view! The breakfast each morning was so good and the workers were so nice and always smiling! The evening reception is always a nice bonus when staying at the embassy suites! The drink choices were really good and the snacks were delicious. The only thing we did not like was how shallow the pool was. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Nashville.

Great location. Great rooms!! Great staff!! The front desk associate were great in helping us out. We arrived at the Embassy at 9am and had our bags checked with the valet. We explored a little bit and came back to front desk and thanks to Jay. He was able to get us into one of our rooms early. So we could relax for a bit. Bobbi who was another nice lady at the front desk. She made me laugh a few times. And you can never forget our bartender on top floor Andy. These associate made my family trip exceptional. Great place to stay. We will be back!!! Thank you!

This stay was amazing. The staff is very welcoming. My favorite part was the complimentary breakfast and cocktail/appetizer hour. My two critiques is that the premade drinks were a little sugary and the appetizers seemed to come straight out of a lunchable - nacho cheese, salsa, etc, and the cocktail hour is really early - only until 6:30. Our room was very nice and cozy with a great view. The elevators do take a while which I expected from reviews. We reserved parking on SpotHero to avoid the hotel's high pricing for valet services, but that fell through and we had to pay. Thats a critique that it is quite the cost to have a car there.. We avoided any Ubers and could walk to Broadway / really anywhere. Very nice - expensive stay but take advantage of what they offer!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean comfortable rooms, great service from check in all the way to check out. The breakfast was good and really helps start the day off right, while happy hour starts the night off right. Wish the rooftop pool had a hottub to relax in and the elevators are frankly a nightmare. 5 elevators but only 3 working for guests. When at capacity expect long waits to get an elevator and often full ones when they do stop. Location is good and within walking distance to most everything (Broadway, museums, the stadium etc) Would stay here again in the future.

We’ve stayed here twice now. First time was a great experience. This most recent stay, I can’t say the same. I called ahead of time to let the hotel know that we would be staying the night on our wedding night. The lady on the phone said she “noted the account”. Not sure what that means. I was hoping for something special for us, but nothing. The staff at the front desk didn’t even greet us or smile when we checked in. Not friendly what so ever. The elevators take forever, prepare to leave the hotel 10 minutes early just to get to the first floor. The valet parking was so backed up it was a headache on the main road. We just parked across the street to avoid that. The hotel rooms are nice and the location is great. Unfortunately, not the best experience on our wedding night.

Perfect location plenty to walk and see and do. Nice rooms. Great cocktail hour, a best I've been at for Embassy Suites. Great hot breakfast buffet too. All the rooms are suites with mini fridge and coffee in room. Very High prices. All downtown hotels!!. When I stayed here, checkin Sep 26, check out Sep 27, I was not able to checkin until about 730pm though I got there at 3. They couldn't get the digital keys and room access to work. Was not handled well. Hacked? System upgrade fail? I have no idea. Told we could go up to the rooftop bar? Not for free either, no room or hotel credit or free coffee or anything, and the employees weren't helpful. Had to keep checking back thinking it's going to be a quick wait. Over and over and over. Existing keys worked for people already in.

Great hotel in a great location! Valet is expensive. The parking deck across the street at Music City Center is half the price, $35/night. If you won’t need your car it’s a great option. Rooms are lovely, large, and clean. Comfy bed. No iron, only a steamer. Great views if you get a room that ends in an even number. I was worried about elevator wait times but we never waited more than 60 seconds. The rooftop deck is small but the views are amazing! The pool is tiny and shallow. The free drinks at happy hour are not good, but they are free. Go early. The free breakfast is just ok. Waffle was good and omelet station was great! Go early. Less than a five minute walk to Broadway. Quiet except for the constant ambulances.

Visited Embassy Suites for a long weekend and was our first time in Nashville. The hotel and rooms are very clean. We had dinner at the hotel lobby our first night as we got in late and had good food and drinks. They have good sized complimentary breakfast buffet and an evening reception (though I never took advantage of that). All staff members we spoke to were knowledgeable and courteous. It is close enough to Broadway to walk to in 5 minutes but far enough that when you want to head back to relax you can do so in peace and quiet. Close to Country Music Museum and Printer's Alley area. Needless to say we would definitely stay again!

Views from the hotel overlooking the city were amazing! Room was absolutely beautiful, new design, and had a homey feel. The front desk staff were very accommodating and took our request for more towels and made it super easy! Room could have been a little bit cleaner, under the couch cushions and bathroom but overall super well taken care of. Cleanliness was 4.2/5 but the overall experience was 5/5 amazing!!! Highly recommend the hotel!!!

Excellent hotel! Victoria at the front desk was absolutely the BEST! Very helpful and kind! She made our stay so much better! Michael in valet parking was also great! He took care of our luggage and our truck! We had to wait several hours before check in and thanks to him, I did not worry about anything! Embassy Suites is located coy to have such great people in their employ! T. Petty

This was by far the best hotel to stay at in Nashville. Very clean and even with the busy city noises it was surprisingly very quiet and we had a balcony suite. The only recommendation would be to have better concierge services. It was advertised but we had to research and plan our tours, etc ourselves which is fine but I was with my mother who is over 65 and not as tech savvy. Great breakfast and accessible to everything. Will definitely recommend!

Best hotel in Nashville! We had a very nice room, 2 king beds and a balcony. Very clean and roomy. The hotel served free breakfast, appetizers, and happy hour on the rooftop by the pool. Great city view of Nashville! The balcony was comfortable with a couch and two chairs. The only downside was that the website showed they had concierge services and, when asked, was told it is advertised but not offered. Overall, it's a great hotel. Thank you, Hilton!

Excellent hotel with an excellent location! Located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Victoria, she made our trip more special. Breakfast was amazing and Bonnie made it even better for us. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Victoria and Bonnie for going just that little step extra for my family!!!

Beautiful hotel, and very modern and clean! We had a suite with balcony - the balcony is more like a patio! Great location, not far from the action and live music! Its noisy at night with party busses going down the road so if you want peace & quiet it wouldn’t be for you! But we loved being close to it all!

Beautiful hotel, great location and nice staff BUT the elevators ARE AWFUL! We literally waited over 15 minutes and an elevator only showed once...going in the wrong direction. Having to take 13 floors of stairs after a knee replacement isn't fun and doesn't feel great! Beware if you have mobility issues because you will have to use the steps...pretty much all the time!

This hotel was booked mainly for location and price. We were pleasantly surprised at how upscale it truly was. It was a short walk downtown to nightlife and the room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Free breakfast was a nice addition, but go early. The line for omelets was too long to wait. We will definitely choose Embassy in the future.
