বাংলাদেশ এম্বাসি প্যারিস তাদের হেল্পলাইনে আমি কত হাজার বার ফোন করেছি কিন্তু তারা আমাকে কোনো রেসপন্স করে নাই আমি আমার পাসপোর্ট রেনু করার জন্য একটা এপারমেন্ট জন্য কতবার ফোন করেছি ই মেইল করেছি কিন্তু তারা আমাকে কোনো জবাব দিচ্ছে না বাংলাদেশ সরকার তাদেরকে বেতন দিয়ে রাখার কারণ কি আমাদেরকে হেল্প করার জন্য তাদেরকে এখানে দূতাবাস রাখা হয়েছে তারা যদি আমাদেরকে হেল্প না করে তাহলে বাংলাদেশ গভমেন্ট তাদেরকে কেন স্যালারি দেয় এটা সাধারন মানুষের প্রতি অনেকটাই জুলুম হয়ে যাচ্ছে আমি মাননীয় রাষ্ট্রপতির কাছে আকুল আবেদন করতে চাই ওই যে সমস্যাগুলো এগুলো একটু বিবেচনা করা জন্য আমার মত অনেকেই সেম সমস্যা ভোগান্তির শিকার হচ্ছে বাংলাদেশ এম্বাসি মানুষকে কোন সহযোগিতা করতে চাই এবং কি ফ্রান্সের গভমেন্ট বলে দেওয়া হয়েছে 17 6 2021 থাকে মাক্স পড়তে হবে না তারপরও কেন বাংলাদেশ এম্বেসী করুনার দোহাই দিয়ে সাধারণ মানুষকে বিভ্রান্তি করতে চাই সাধারণ মানুষের অধিকার নিয়ে ছিনিমিনি করতেছে তারা আমি এবং কি সকল প্যারিস বাঙালি প্রবাস এর পক্ষ থেকে ধিক্কার জানাই

এই ঘরের সামনে যখন পতপত করে লাল-সবুজের পতাকা উড়ে এমনিতেই একটা আবেগ অনুভূতি কাজ করে কিন্তু যখনই আমি ভিতরে ঢুকি তখন মনে হয় ইঁদুরের গুহায় ঢুকেছি প্রিয় বাংলাদেশকে রিপ্রেজেন্ট করা গোহাটির ওয়ালের রং এতই নোংরা ,সেই সাথে মাকড়সার জাল ,মনে হয় যেন কয় বছর কেউ এখানে আসেনি কিন্তু আশ্চর্যের বিষয় হল প্রতিদিন শ'খানেক মানুষকে সার্ভিস দিয়ে যাচ্ছে এই বাংলাদেশ এম্বেসী নামের ইঁদুরের গুহাটি,এবং সেই সাথে যারা এখানে কাজ করে তাদের এটিটিউড দেখলে মনে হয় তারা যেন বিমান চালাচ্ছে,সেই জন্য প্রতিবছর প্যারিসের জনগণ তাদেরকে একবার করে সাইজ করেনএই জিনিসটা অনেক মজা লাগে ,আর বাংলাদেশের ধাপ্পাবাজ আমলাদের কথা শুনলে মনে হয় বাংলাদেশ উন্নয়নের জোয়ারে বন্যা হয়ে গেছে, এই ইদুরের গোহাটি সুন্দর করতে সর্বোচ্চ দুই থেকে তিন হাজার ইউরো লাগতে পারে

আসসালামু আলাইকুম স্যার,মেডাম।আমি সাইফুল ইসলাম বলছি। আপনাদের আফিস থেকে আমাকে ফোন দিয়ে বলছে একজন লোক ইমুতে। ফ্যাস এমবাসি থেকে বলছি ডাওার কবির হোসেন আপনি কি কবিড টিকা দিয়েছেন । আপনার ফোন নামবার শেষে ৪৭৭না?না দিলে আপনার ইমুতে কোড জাবে আমাকে বলুন। তখন আমি বলছি আপনাকে কেন বলবো এবং ডাওার বা আমি এপাডমেনড নিবো। আপনি কেন আমার ইমুতে যেই কোড আসছে আপনাসকে বলবো এবং আপনার ছুটির দিনে আমাকে কেন ফোন দিবেন? আমি বলছি আপনার অসের সময় আমাকে ফোন দিবন সেই বললে অনি ফোন কেটে দিলো।৷ আমি বলতে ছাই আনার ইমুকি হেক হইছেনি? আমি কিছু ছবি পাঠাই29/03/2023 ইং তারিখে।

The reception service is very good and gentle behaviour.The file process is very quick and delivered but in main door and toilet is not clean properly. there are no tissue in toilet and important document keep in toilet arena.. i humble request to honorable Ambassador please try to net and clean in reception area and toilet. This is our symbol of nation and most foreigner came to visit this place everyday. so should to be refurbish and some improvement in work and quality .thanks

First of all I will say that we don't need old people working in the embassy because they work very slowly and they don’t understand people situation and problems…we need young people like us who will work fast and understand the situation of our people …and the decorations are so bad, as a bangladeshi i feel very ashamed because all our deshi brothers and sisters are working hard to send money to our country and the government couldn't rent a good place for us shame wallah

La personne à l'accueil est très désagréable. On nous fait attendre dehors et puis à l'accueil on nous crit dessus parce qu'on a pas prit de rendez-vous alors que c'est même pas mentionné à l'extérieur. Le minimum c'est de le mentionné afin qu'on ne perde pas de temps. Et puis on fait payé par espèce ( par ex: attestation ) certaines choses on ne sait même pas où cet argent va.

Nous vivions dans un pays réputé pour sa liberté d'expression et droit qui nous permettent de nous exprimer librement et aujourdhui je demande à ce qu'on libère Moussa qui a été incarcéré au Bangladesh injustement ! Il est détenue dans des conditions déplorables et il est aussi français que n'importe qui c'est affolant de voir qu'aucune action n'est prise à son égard.

They should change their behaviour. The gouvernement should take proper steps to train them how to talk with others people. In some cases we are not polite but they are getting money for such kind of job so they should have a smiley face.

I went today to collect my renewed passport. The officer assisted me very nicely as I was handicapped, and he made sure I sat relaxed. Then he got me my passport first then he served others. Very satisfying service. Thanks to him.
