Very very bad experience. If I could give zero star I would go for it! As an EU family member, we were apply for multiple travel visa in Malta Embassy. We booked 2 trips, first we will go to Malta at the end of August and an other one will go to Spain for the Halloween. We gave all the documents for both of the journeys to Malta Embassy. Also clear up on the application form we are looking for multiple travel visa. When we collected the passport today we find we got the single one. Then my husband went back to ask why it wasn’t multiple one. The answer was because of we didn’t present the documents for the Spain’s. When they knew they got them with the application form, A lady came out and had words with my husband. She said that because you used to apply single travel visa with the other countries that’s why you got single one this time. She said’SORRY’ and walked away didn’t do anything for him. They knew they made mistake but they didn’t care. We have been apply for Schengen visa many many times, this is first time got wrong one from Malta Embassy! They could fix it, but didn’t do anything.

Hands down the best government office / embassy I have ever dealt with! Graham there is an absolute gentleman. Be it over the phone, email or in person I haven't met any government official who was as helpful as him. Super funny, kind and generous, he went out of his way to help me. Cannot stress on how great my experience was at this embassy and how easy they made the process seem. Cheers and good luck!

I requested an appointment for a visa for weeks and it took them days to reply each time. I had to send 7 emails and 4 calls for them to say that there is no availability for a tourist visa . When they should have said it from the very beginning.. Please be more transparent with your customers. For anyone requesting a tourist visa, please aware.

Previously last year this office was above and beyond excellent, however now no one picks up phone nor answers emails, this is an embassy and should be ready to help it's citizens, people have emergency documents that needs to be addressed Thanks

I'm really happy with the service, employees and process of Malta embassy. Recommend it over any other embassy for shengen visa. Fast decision making and easy to get appointment. Can't thank Graham enough to help me get my visa on time:)

I have to say the services rendered at this institution is highly commendable, staff members extremely helpful. Yet, the Malta Government needs to allocate budget to represent our country better, with better office equipment.

The staff there was just soooooo nice!!!!!! I’ve been to lots of embassies but this one is definitely the best! Really appreciated their kind instructions and attitudes.
