Fraud!!! Be very aware. New customers. They’ll get your details wrong purposely even-though you gave them the right information. They’ll tell you that “you’ll have to do the whole application again meaning PAY again”. Don’t make the same Mistake as I did which was not checking my renewed passport after it was done. The thought of them trying to scam me never across my mind because why would they make a mistake after all the information was in my passport unchanged. “Somehow” they got my ‘date of the birth’ wrong in my renewed passport (even though they took a copy of my old passport to take the details) which I never checked in there when I got the passport from them because I was in hurry. So, when I got home after signing their paper(which was biggest mistake). I realised they got the ‘date of birth’ wrong. And, I called them saying what they did wrong. They replied by saying “you’ll have do the whole application again and PAY again” eventhough I didn’t make the mistake and they did. They said that “fact I sign the paper means they can’t fix it unless I pay again”. So pls!!!! Be aware new Customers to these Fraud ppl which are like slime dirty creatures which will do anything to pull their dirty tricks to the honest and humble people.
It's in the prime location of London, Kensington Palace Garden. One of historic building of the UK, It offers quick Visa service to visit to beautiful mountainous country, Nepal where one of the top Mt.Everest is situated. Nepal has to offer many tourist reach destinations to visit , mountaineering, hiking, trekking, biking lists goes on ! Nepal is also a country of Gurkha who are well known for their honesty, bravery in the British army , having history of serving British crown for more than two hundred years . The service of the embassy has improved a lot since last four years. Same day Visa service to their services're very professional and ready to help when needed , brilliant even in extra hours .
Very arrogant, inexperience people was stood to serve in the office. They suppose to give right information before travelling to them. The help line is almost unaffordable to make phone call costing 80p per minute.I wasted my complete journey of ten hours drive with my wife and two years of baby in the car. The chair person was absent on the day and failed to get any signatures I required.When I asked for help at the counter for the verification of the documents to be brought, they threatened me to call the police as I have been rude. They need to learn the way to serve the customers in European way not in Nepalese way. Very disappointed, most dreadful experience of my life.
Having bad experiences of visiting government back in Nepal, I was pleasantly surprised during my visit to the embassy. Although the processes could be streamlined, I got the feeling of the staff there wanting the things to get done. They understood that most people have travelled long distance to get there as the embassy is nowhere close to where most of our community reside in UK. During my last visit, some of my documentation was not complete and there would be zero chance of my work being completed that day. But the staff member dealing with me was very helpful and suggested how I should complete the documents and get what I was there for that day.

For tourists coming in for VISAs this is what they see first as a representation of Nepal. I wouldn't be surprised if someone has been put off from going to Nepal due to the state it's in!
The web page is never working so ended up going without prior appointment but thankfully it went well. Received passport by mail and i was shocked by such carelessness by the employees of the embassy because the sender address was written in such a manner that if the passport got lost it could never have been sent back to the embassy. One could barely know whats written. So please be mindful about writing such important address as it is very important document .
We are very irritated and unhappy with the online system that does not allow to fill the application due to slow server (probably operated form nepal ). The system is very slow and does work .Thus kept our application pending /unsubmitted . We could not apply for our lost passport because of the server which is always having issue (high traffic ). please help us to get our service done . There has to be something else as an alternative option. help.
Excellent visit. Went to obtain a visiting visa for Nepal, and as we live just outside London it was very easy to use the underground system to get to and from. The embassy staff were very helpful, courteous and prompt. I handed in our passports the completed application form along with the money £25 each (had to be cash) and within 5 minutes all done and I was on my way home. Great service, highly recommended
I recently applied for a Nepalese passport as I had lost my old one. And the process wouldn’t have been successful if it wasn’t for a great team. Got my tourist visa for Nepal. Filled in online application, no queue when I got there to hand passport in, had about an hour's wait to collect. Hand in at window on left, they call your name when it's ready. To find the embassy don't follow Google directions as it takes you down the wrong road, you go down the road with all the embassies where it says no photos.
I was really impressed with the efficiency and urgency with which my daughter's case was resolved by the staff at the embassy today. Special mention to Sudarshan Giri for his willingness to go that extra mile to ensure everything was completed in one day. Felt proud to see the positive changes in the attitude and culture of the embassy staff. Thank you.

We recently visited Nepal Embassy for our passport renewal. The service provided was very satisfying. The staff members were absolutely great. I approached Nepalese embassy recently for my complicated passport application and was assisted by a gentleman (Mr Sudarshan Giri) who resolved my issues swiftly and efficiently without any hassle. We should have more people like him in the embassy which is the only diplomatic institute to help UK residents.
Worst customer service ever. I dont know who they think they are . They are here to serve public ( public servant ). The one who works in photo booth.Better to leave attitude outside the office before entering the building. Good to have some customer service lessons . Thats not good for nepalese community.
Online application is bit difficult if you don't submit within time deadline on the first try as the application doesn't work on second time. We kept trying until it worked. However, the visit at the Embassy went smoothly for renewing passport process. Just have all the documents ready, that's all.
Helpless staff, they have done a mistake and can not help us. They put the wrong details even though I give all my details in writing. They thought we have a money tree. Instead of helping us, they are blaming you must have given the wrong details. extremely careless behaviour with other futures.

All the staffs are corrupted,even though the size of my form was correct size.I could clearly see it was the correct size but they told me to pay minimum 100 pounds just to fill my form.In addition,I believe that the staffs secretly share the customers money.Very Corrupted and cunning staffs
Does anyone know how long will it take to get back your passport from Nepalese embassy?? Honestly its taking the piss out of me ....its hard to get them through phone, no reply after sending them consultation mail. I applied last summer July almost a year now what a shame
Why is web page so terrible? Only way to renew passport is filling up online form and then book appointment but then the web page keeps crashing. Tried to call and ask if there is any other way and was told to keep trying online which is never working.

Can't believe that even the website is closed over the weekend. Never seen other government organisation's website closed during the weekend. Nepal embassy must review this if they regularly close down website over the weekend.

My husband visited the Visa Office today and said that the procedure for a Visitor Visa was very simple. It was dealt with speedily and efficiently and also in a very friendly manner by the lady and gentleman on duty.
Very impressed with the staffs . They, really willing to help people even comes with incomplete documents . Just concern about waiting area as a bit hygine and too small . Hopefully , embassy will upgrade in this .

Very unassuming entrance way down to the basement on the far left as you enter. Staff were quite friendly and despite it looking busy had my visa turned around within 10 minutes.

Very easy. I went in at around 1140 with my form, passport, a photo and £20 and came out 15 minutes later with a Visa in my passport. Staff were courteous and polite.
Got my visa within about 15 minutes of arriving this morning - very quick and easy. Added bonus of getting to wander down one of the nicest streets in London!
Used manual booking option because of high traffic (only London) or wrong code to renew passport online . Take photocopies and print outs for quicker service.

Went to get a visa for upcoming trekking holiday, only took 15 minutes, staff were friendly and helpful.
Efficient service, they process tourist visas whilst you wait. I arrived at 10:00 and left at 10:20.
