Dr Harsh and team kept telling me my receding gums were the reason for excruciating pain in 1 singular (calcified) tooth. Refused to take the tooth out until I was so emotional I was crying, then on the day said to me, "you don't seem to like me much, you should see someone else" (after a month of complaining about the pain!) In addition, when putting porcelain overlays on, he told me "you don't look like the kind of person who would want white teeth" and proceeded to tell me, "don't worry they'll discolor more as time goes by". AND on top of that, wouldn't listen when I kept saying I have taken out a loan to get my teeth done, and so I still need a crown and another tooth removed. In short he didn't take me seriously AT ALL and 2 years on I'm still disappointed even angry about his 'service'. If I had the money to sue him I would. 0 stars from me. Disgraceful.

Thank you so much Dr Jenny and her dental assistant Kyla for their incredible support in helping my child get through a tooth extraction. Dr Jenny understood how difficult it was for my child and it took longer than expected. She knew that if we didn't get the tooth out that day it would be so difficult to go somewhere else which could cause further trauma. Both Dr Jenny and Kyla were so incredibly patient and put my child first. They simply did not give up. From the bottom of my heart I am truly thankful. I highly recommend Dr Jenny as a very caring, knowledgeable and excellent dentist and the team at the Emerald Family dentist are always very courteous and helpful!!

I have been a patient of Dr Harsh Rastogi at his Emerald clinic for 7 years. The service provided by Dr Rastogi and his team has been exceptional. They have been courteous, caring and efficient. My latest experience was one of my tooth becoming painful during an overseas holiday. I was able to get an urgent appointment soon as I got back and the work Dr Rastogi did provided immediate relief. Even though he informed me that I would evantually need to see a specialist for root canal treatment, to date I have not needed to do this as the tooth is trouble free. I would highly recommend this clinic to any one.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had chosen the right dental office. The reception area is bright, clean and welcoming, with a stunning view. Dr Frank did an amazing job. He was kind, considerate, and sensitive to my dental anxiety. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, making me feel very comfortable knowing I was in his capable and professional hands. Emerald Family Dental Care is by far the best dental clinic I have ever been to. I have recommended them to everyone I know, and will continue to do so.

For years I was quite scared of the dentist. At a young age I had multiple fillings and teeth taken out (I'm now 21). But after seeing Rosemary and her team for the last almost 11 months I am feeling happy and confident than ever before with my teeth (dispite needing multiple fillings). Rosemary is reassuring, lovely and is always trying her best by me and my teeth for the best possible outcome. The team is lovely, always a warm welcome from Annetta. Many heartfelt thanks to Dr Emily Yong at Emerald Family Dental Care As a visitor from the UK I was very distressed when I recently lost a front tooth filling( And not due to travel home for several weeks ) I needn't have worried Dr Emily put me at my ease immediately , reassuring me and replacing the filling straight away I was so relieved at how straightforward and easy she made the whole process I cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend the excellent professional and caring treatment at this practice.

As a sugarholic and having seen many dentists over my 63 years, I am very happy to be able to say that Dr Harsh, Dr Frank and the Emerald dental clinic is by far the best I have ever visited. Super fast fillings with zero pain - not even an aspirin once the anaesthetic wore off! Only slightly uncomfortable after my first ever extraction. Friendly, efficient and excellent care; if you have to go to a dentist (and you should regularly!) I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I cannot thank Emerald Dental Care enough. They fitted me in today as I had a cracked tooth, which was causing me pain. Dr Frank and his nurse were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so at ease from the moment I sat in the seat. I have never had such warmth and care, as I did today from a dentist, not to mention his lovely nurse. I would recommend them to everyone . I certainly will be coming to Emerald Dental from now on.

Dr Harsh Rastogi has treated both myself and my whole family for many years. He has provided excellent care for my teeth, including a set of veneers which have lasted many years with no issue. I find him extremely courteous and he is very gentle with the kids who, due to his care and manner actually don't mind going to the dentist! We travel a fair distance to come to this practice. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I have been to the family clinics multiple times and have never chosen an alternative- these guys are the best around. The receptions willingness to accomodate my needs as well as the quality of the dentists makes for an easy, stress free trip to the dentist. Dr. Harsh is highly efficient at his job- highly recommend!

Absolutely hopeless. Booked an appointment for 11:45am on the 11th of February, took time off work and got there for the appointment and am told they have it in for 2:15pm on the 25th of February and there's nothing else available before that.

Quite possibly the best waiting room view for a dental clinic anywhere. Long time happy family customers of both Dr Harsh's practices (Monbulk too). always reasonable and clearly explained treatment, highly recommend

I was referred by a friend to this dental clinic. We saw Dr. Sandra who was great with both of my kids. She was gentle and took time explaining everything to me. Clinic was also very modern, would highly recommend.

I had a check-up and clean here recently and will definitely be making this my regular dentist. They were very thorough, listened to all of my concerns, and did a very gentle but thorough clean.
