I was sadly not happy with my results at this salon. I was hoping to find a salon in Tampa for touch ups between my normal stylist back home. Originally when I came in for a toner to get rid of my brassy tones on my existing balayage, the stylist I booked convinced me to brighten up some pieces since he had the time. The way he was picking up pieces made it seem that he was going to take smaller sections and balayage some parts. I also had the time so I agreed to what he suggested. Usually when I get my hair done at my home salon, my stylist takes her time to separate sections, careful not to overlap too many sections with bleach and the end product is a style that is good with my busy lifestyle, allowing me to stretch my treatments and style for 6 months before needing touch ups to bring up my balayage. I articulated to the stylist at this salon that I was a busy student, I didn’t want my hair to look like an ombré, and that I just cut a good portion of my hair a year ago so that my hair could go back healthy from all the bleaching I was doing. I was nervous when the stylist starting taking LARGE sections of my hair and putting bleach on it, wrapping them in a very unorganized way. Not knowing better and trusting his years of experience he was boasting about, I stayed quiet. I figured he would be putting a darker toner on. I was SHOCKED to see that my hair was almost platinum, super light colored ombré from my original brown black natural with a sun kissed balayage. Im not sure where the disconnect was, bc I never asked for an ombre. Nor that light of a color overall. I showed some inspo pics for the tone and idk maybe he thought I wanted it to be that light?! I felt like he was trying to sell me his product at the beginning instead of listening to what I wanted truly done to my hair. I’m not a confrontational person so I said it looked fine and left very quickly. I was mortified when I got home and am working with my usual stylist to fix it with a darker toner and maybe later even it out. Will be putting hair masks on to help my hair get back to where it was bc it was FRIED after. I know bleach does what but idk what this dude did. Also after washing once, the botched bleach job was so apparent it’s horrendous and the blend bw my natural black and this super light color is terrible (photo for reference of how bad it is compared to when my other stylist does it which is the picture I’m wearing the blue shirt in). Very disappointed tbh and learnt my lesion to trust my gut and say something early on before it’s too late. Some positives tho is that the place is very clean and everyone overall is very friendly; the stylist also did a good job cutting my bangs However for new clients, please do better to listen to what your clients are telling you and clearly say what you are planning on doing in the beginning instead of pushing product to sell and trying to make quick money.

TLDN: 10/10 recommend! Not only are the stylists amazing, they are great people, too. I am blonde and am so happy with my results. These hairstylists are amazing. I am a sandy/bright blonde and initially came in for a root touch up since the last stylist I went to left dark brown splotches. Kayla was nice enough to take me in as a last minute walk in. By the end, the back of my roots looked awesome, but I am annoyingly picky and wasn't too keen on the front of my face. I was in a time crunch and was nervous to tell her I wanted to come back. The next morning, they, once again, fit me in as soon as I called. Christina took me back and immediately knew what I wanted/needed to be fixed. I felt bad when I initially saw Kayla, but she came over so happy and eager to learn from the situation. If that doesn't show good character/work ethic, I don't know what does! Kayla, Christina, and I ended up chatting the entire time. Not only did we have great conversations, but by the end, my hair was a PERFECT blonde. I walked out feeling so powerful. Thank you both!! I will definitely be back!

only clicked a 5 STAR because of Kayla! She is amazing and this salon is lucky to have her! She was washing my hair giving me my birthday treatment when one of stylist the African American guy (I heard them say his name was Pierre) stopped kayla in the middle of her washing my hair and brought another potential client to her wash station to ask her questions that he could have easily answered for her. So she had to stop what she was doing to give the lady a business card which set our time back for my hair as well as continue to answer her questions about her hair texture and products she recommends. I found this very rude of the stylist and impolite and distracting to myself and the for Kayla to be able to provide the best service that she could. All stylist should be aware of what services are offered in the salon to prevent encounters like this. Furthermore, she continued her services in a professional manner with a smile on her face but next time that does not need do happen with a client in her chair. Jessica was also very pleasant and welcoming in the salon as well.

I’m new to Florida & at the last minute I called the Salon for a hair color & highlight need & the Salon accommodated me within the same day & hour I phoned in. Greg, in the station next to her is a fantastic Trainer/Teacher for Paul Mitchell & was an amazing wealth of knowledge as he too was doing beautiful work. The Shoo owner was sweet & accommodating & I spoke with & watched every Stylist in the shop & each one was kind , professional, & has my loyalty to return as well as recommendation to others. I’m from California, I’m 51, & have had my hair done since I was a teenager & I couldn’t have been more pleased with the treasure I found here & all the many services they provide. On 4/13 I went to get a facial with Stephanie & my skin is still glowing the next day. She was so amazing. She explained each product and it’s benefits before putting them on my skin, was very knowledgeable on the issues I was having and was able to suggest some products and steps to help get my skin on the right track. She was so funny and kind the entire time and made sure I was extremely happy with the results at the end. I’ve struggled with my skin for quite some time and am extremely excited that I found such a great place to come for facials! My search for an amazing esthetician is over! I’ve found her & I will recommend her to all my friends forever.

I booked a facial after noticing some clogged pores on my nose and a few other blemishes. Luckily I was referred to Brooke by a friend who told me I needed to see her. I've been getting facials for the past few years now and Brooke has by far been the best experience. I found myself so relaxed that I almost fell asleep a few times. She treated my problem areas and informed me on how to properly take care of my skin going forward. She set me up with some products to use to keep my skin as flawless as she left it. Also noteworthy, she is very reasonably priced. I'm already looking forward to booking my next appointment with her. 10/10 would reccomend!

Had a facial done by Stephanie and it was UH-MAZING. Her facial massage was hands down the best I have ever had and I have had a lot of facials. Not only that, I have sensitive skin and am not surprised if I walk away with my skin looking a little pink. I did discuss this with her and she tailored my facial so perfectly that my skin looked gorgeous and NOT pink when I left. I am thrilled for this new addition to downtown within a few minute walking distance to my apartment. The inside is gorgeous, the team is lovely and the service was stellar! Can't wait to go back!

Stephanie at Emiliani Salon is AMAZING!! I decided to try dermaplaning for the first time, and was so excited but also nervous. Stephanie took the time to explain the process and was so gentle. She is a pro! Afterwards, I got so many compliments from friends and family that my skin looked amazing! My face feels so smooth and revived, and I haven't even wanted to wear foundation because my skin is still glowing! Stephanie also had great recommendations to amp up my daily routine. She is super knowledgeable and I feel lucky to have found her. 100% recommend!!! :)

Wow! My 11 year old daughter short haired daughter had a middle school dance, and I just needed somebody to place a braid in her hair. They braided her hair and then was charged $70. I couldn’t believe my ears, and when I questioned him about it, I was told that it was not a “braid”, but a “updo”. I asked for a braid! I couldn’t believe it, and so just be sure when you book this salon, you are clear on what the prices are, because my guess is you will be shocked if you don’t. Wild bait and switch worked this time, it’s the last and only time will be there.

Finding a great stylist and colorist is hard to find overall. Finding a great VEGAN stylist and colorist is even tougher. However, I found one! Tiffany Robitzsch is AMAZING! Not only is she super sweet and nice, but she will listen to what you want and help you to get to the look you desire. She knows her stuff and will educate you in addition on informing you how to keep your locks looking great once you leave her chair. She will not you sell you products you don’t need. Emiliani Salon + Spa is a trendy, modern, and very clean salon in downtown Tampa.

I usually don't like the experience of getting a hair cut, but Jessika checked all the boxes. She was very knowledgeable about hair, and even taught me ways to style it and have no fuss style and cut. It was very easy to explain to her how I wanted my hair cut, which made me very happy because that is difficult for me, she asked all the right questions for us to get to the perfect hair cut for me and that is how it ended up. Super relaxing. The salon was clean and had a very chill welcoming vibe, I highly recommend Jessika, she is great!

Extremely disappointed with my visit to this salon. The stylist seemed inexperienced and couldn't manage a proper blowout despite my clear dissatisfaction. Even after expressing my concerns, the result was frizzy terrible hair, far from a bouncy blowout. Another stylist was called in, but unfortunately, the outcome was still far from what I had expected. For a salon situated in downtown Tampa with high prices, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Improvement in skill and service quality is desperately needed.

I was looking for a new hairstylist and colorist and found this salon on Groupon. I don’t remember the lady who cut my hair but I know she was about a year new at the salon. She was very nice, and I told her that I wanted to grow out my hair and wanted it styled a certain way. She listened and gave me a great cut and blowout. The salon is downtown, which could pose some parking issues depending on what time of day your appointment is. Appointments were easy to schedule and can’t wait to try their color services next!

Amazing salon! Not only are all of the hairstylists GENUINELY nice, they are all extremely talented! They LISTEN to what you want and GIVE YOU what you want. Too many times I’ve paid an arm and a leg at other salons and left unhappy with my hair. Not this one! WELL worth the money. Nicole and Brittany did our hair and I highly recommend them! Literally the best salon I have ever been to. I first discovered this place because Jessika (one of the ladies there) messaged me and I actually went to get a hair cut which turned out beautifully and she even gave me a deep conditioner treatment. Now for the fun part, so I recently went to Jessika because I wanted rainbow hair, and let me tell you it came out beautifully. I had so much fun hanging with her and my hair is frickin amazing. Pricing is amazing too. Y’all seriously should go there and check it out!

Tiffany is amazing!! I went to get my hair cut yesterday and she so kind, welcoming and conversation was causal and not forced like it can be at hair salons sometimes lol. This was my first time here so Tiffany looked at my hair and asked me if I wanted to keep it the same shape etc which I appreciated a lot. My hair cut was exactly the length I asked and the exact cut I asked. I was so scared to change hair stylists but I’m glad I did! Such a great experience overall, I will be back :)

I just got a facial done with Stephanie and oh my goodness let me tell you she is AMAZING!!! My skin feels like a brand new face! She knew right away what I needed to do with my skin and she really cares about her clients. This was one of the BEST facials I’ve ever gotten done. Stephanie is awesome! I feel brand new every time I leave! I absolutely love how my skin is looking and feeling. I received a custom facial and it was hands down the best facial I ever had. Stephanie did so many things to my face including light therapy and was great with the extractions too! I’m new to the state and the area. I scheduled an appointment with Greg and had a wonderful experience! He is very educated and experienced when it comes to hair and took the the to address my hair needs. I had my hair colored and cut. The salon had an awesome vibe to it and I loved the music playing. Parking was easy and it’s conveniently located next to a Starbucks.

Tiffany is amazing. She did a bayalge on my dark brown hair. I love the way it looks. I have had hair colored before and like it. But ever since Tiffany colored my hair , I LOVE my hair color. She took care of me the entire hair treating process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The salon is a great location down town. I highly recommend Tiffany!

Adrian Lampkin is the best hair dresser I’ve came across. I went into the salon to get a lightening treatment and he was amazing. He made the time go by quick by keeping me happy and laughing throughout the whole time. He is very professional and his work is flawless. I went to this place looking for a VERY basic hair cut, my instructions were “short overall, a bit shorter on the sides”. I got out with some holes and some parts where it seemed she didn’t cut any hair. I would rate 0 stars if possible. I ended up shaving my head when I got back home. Totally wasted $29!!!! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I loved my experience getting lashes done! I was a little traumatized from one of lash lift experiences elsewhere where chemicals got into my eyes and really burned. But my experience was great here! My lashes look absolutely beautiful.
