I really had a horrible experience. For 3 days, I had to wait the whole day for the courier person to come, but no one showed up. I called the customer service many times. And every time, they tell me that your shipment is out for delivery and we will call you. No one calls me. At the end of the day, the system says the customer not available when I try to track the shipment. To be honest the service doesn't deserve even one star, but it is the least. I hope my shipment reach soon without any further inconvenience!!!

location and facilities are good. however had surprisingly bad experience over there. sent a local delivery via this post office with full address. However few days later found out that it wont be delivered to the door of the receiver and they have to pick it up from another emirates post location. i was not told about this at the time of sending the delivery... thats really strange service, whats the point of providing the address if the receiver has to pick it up themselves....

worst customer service, the staff are brain dead machines with an automated response. I have bee trying to urgently have my parcel delivered that has arrived to dubai since last week, and the customer service just throws you from operator to operator then promise you tomorrow for days on end. I have a business flight to attend and I need the contents of my package for this trip. they are holding it without letting me even pick it up. SHAME !

Terrible experience today. Most staff are great there however the one I had today added on extra charges that I never wanted such as express shipping and then claimed I agreed to the charge when I didn't. When I asked to cancel the order as I didn't want to pay for express shipping he said he couldn't do it, proceeded to call me a child and had a big temper tantrum in front of everyone. Really unimpressed and very unprofessional.

Went there to send some documents. They didn’t have an envelope for A5 size papers, and the employee asked me to get some envelopes. When I went back, we started the process, and he was asking for the relevant information. Midway through the process, he refused to continue because his shift was over! They don’t give any regard for the consumer time. Very disappointed.

This place is over crowded. Only one counter is open out of 3. 50% of customers are standing since there is no enough seats. Air conditioning distribution is not balanced. waiting time in for the queue is more than 30 minutes. The only good part is having enough space in parking Area. Please do the needful.

Visited this post office a number of time the staff always greats you with a smile and I have also noticed the department manager talking to customers and trying to help speed up the process and reduce the wait period for customers really appreciate the effort they are doing especially in customer service

Excellent service. Went in to open individual PO Box. Including wait time I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The customer service was excellent and very respectful, even with my many questions. I am happy that I chose this branch.
