Very bad customer service. Got a new post box and did everything online. When I went to collect the keys, they asked for hard copy even though they are promoting to go digital. I went the second time to submit the hard copy and now they don’t have the keys for the PO Box. They asked me come back again later. Unbelievable!

My shipping address is where I work, but something happened and I can't get to work. I have contacted Mr. Suleman Saeed (delivery guy) to say if he can deliver to my flat. After hearing about my situation, he didn't hesitate to help me even though my location was not in his route. Keep it up sir.

For a big company such as Empost, the treatment of the customers should be better, and the employees should be taught how to treat the customers properly without being rude to them.
