Greedy! I hate posting negative reviews, but I have to say something about it. I bought a stir fryp pan($150) and a stew pot ($200) as well as other a lot of other stuffs from this shop, i spent at least $1000 in this shop. They are not cheap but because it is a famous Chinese brand (Jiu Yang), I paid without doubt. Until today, I accidentally found on Tianmao ( a chinese online shopping website like Amazon) that the stir fry pan is sold at￥149 (equals $30) and the pot is sold at ￥159 (equals $35). The price differences are huge! I am totally surprised and shocked by this greedy murchaint. Well what can you complain, I guess I should do some search before buying Chinese brands in Australia or just buy them from overseas. I would suggest that, if you are Chinese customer, Please look online first and consider buying the cookware etc from Tianmao( they also support international delivery). It is not necessary to pay 5 times more expensive for the same products. I am not coming back to this shop any more.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I waited in this shop for fully five minutes for the saleswoman to ask if I needed any help, which I did. She totally ignored me and continued her irrelevant conversation with some other man who was not even buying anything. I recommend all people avoid this shop. It's not worth the disappointment. 絕對令人震驚的客戶服務 我在這家店等了女售貨員問我是否需要任何幫助五分鐘 她完全不理我 繼續與其他一個甚至什麼都不買的男人無關的談話 我建議所有人避開這家商店 不值得失望

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They talked through the different options of cookers available. Also showed me how to do basic operations and cleaning for the model I chose. Good selection of kitchenware that is very hard.to find in QLD otherwise.

Amazing! Been buying for this shop for the past 2 years and love this place! The lovely lady there always explains everything to me and even warns me on things I didn't know. Highly recommend anyone to buy from here. She is very friendly and honest :)

We purchased a Fotile range hood from Emma Kitchen World. The process went very smoothly. We are super happy with our decision as we no longer need to smell the excessive cooking odour that used to choke up the house. Highly recommended!
