Love empowered fitness! Dennis is a fantastic personal trainer who’s helped me smash goals! Never would I have thought I’d become a gym junkie but I can’t get enough! Would recommended to anyone wanting to change their lifestyle. Being a small personal training studio, means you often get the gym to yourself so you won’t feel insecure about working out in front of others!

Great 24hr gym very clean and modern equipment, Dennis is friendly and always happy to chat and share his knowledge in fitness and diet programs and always strives to inspire you to reach your goals, everyone who works out here are friendly which makes a great atmosphere it makes you feel like your part of a culb than just going to a gym.

The minute I walked into the gym I felt at ease and very welcomed. The trainers know their stuff and go out of their way to help you without judgement whatsoever. I absolutely love all the variety of classes they offer especially the Pilates. If you want a community feel then Empowered is the place to go.

Really enjoying being a part of this environment - friendly, encouraging & a nice variety in the group training classes. Recently added some PT sessions with Dennis, set some new goals and am enjoying working towards those. Programs are individualised, focused and hard work...but I'm loving it!
