They are normally amazing with no issues however I ordered flowers to be sent to a family member an hour away online. The website allowed me to process payment to this address and nowhere on their site said anything about their delivery area. I paid $20 at 10am for same day delivery and had nothing to say the flowers have been delivered. I called at 6pm that same night and spoke to the manager who said he will chase up with the driver and call me back. I recieved NO call back that night so I followed up the next day asking if it will be delivered today. The girl was very confused on the phone and said she will have to look through yesterday’s records but she will call the manager and get back to me. She called to say that “the managers on his way but he will call me to organise a refund or what I want to do next because they don’t deliver to the postcode I put through” I said their website allowed me to so they need to be more clear on where they can and CANT deliver too.... I said to the girl if it’s possible I’d still like the flowers and if they can send it to my address which is local she said to talk to the manager when he calls. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK and got a full refund an hour later... even though I still wanted the flowers and was happy to work with them on that. Saddens me that I’ll be finding a new florist even after being such a loyal customer to them... very upset

I have been chasing My Potted Plants (Emu Florist) since 24 July for a Planter worth $55 and never received. Craig has only spoken to me once but when I reviewed the company he was quick to reply, promising me express delivery and a refund. I have not received my order or had any contact from Craig from MY Potted Plants. This company is a joke. I have made numerous polite requests and I know with Covid things are difficult, but they had no hesitation in taking my money and never fulfilling my order let alone giving me an explanation. There is no way to contact Craig as his phone is now on message. I would suspect because there are numerous people trying to contact him and that there is something terribly wrong. However I would be very understanding if someone could at least give me an explanation. I am a pensioner and can ill afford to give donations to companies in trouble. I have spoken to Fair Trading this morning, and unless I receive my pot ,I will be be lodging a complaint in NSW. I have been patient, but you have not even given me the courtesy of a reply to my requests. I feel sorry for you if you are in financial difficulties but you simply just cannot take people's hard earned money and not deliver of the goods. You are still on line advertising as well....so I say beware of My Potted Plants

My Sister was married in March and Emu florist was our choice for Flowers. When helping my sister to organize the wedding I was looking for packages for wedding flowers and I came across Emu Florist. One of the things with other florists that I found was there were no clear packages with Emu Florist there Website is Beautifully done. We organized a meeting and met up with Craig and paid our deposit he has great ideas to help you and we just felt so confident that they would do a great job. On the day of the wedding the Bouquets were absolutely Beautiful the Reception was STUNNING. Everybody at the wedding said the Flowers were Beautiful. Nothing was a problem for the team at Emu florist Craig and Jaroon are lovely people and I would Highly Recommend them to anyone for any event. But if you are looking for a florist for your wedding Emu Florist is the Best you can get. Once again Thank you for making my sister's wedding so Beautiful you went above and beyond our expectations.

Sorry. I don't like writing bad reviews. I ordered flowers online through the shop's web page. Under "delivery instructions" I didn't know that I should specify the time, so I left it blank. I'll be honest. At 4:30 pm I checked tracking, and the message said tracking was not available. So I rang the store and Craig answered promptly. He told me the flowers were delivered between 2 and 3 pm. I contacted my niece at 5:05 pm and she told me she hadn't received any flowers. I called the store back and again Craig answered. He said he would check with his delivery driver. Craig called back within a couple of minutes and said the flowers would be delivered in the next 15 minutes. I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction. He then started arguing with me. Arguing with a customer is not good for business. It is now 5:40 pm. My niece still doesn't have her flowers. :( I am quite embarrassed.

Edit - I’ve edited my original review because I now understand that due to the fires being experienced around Australia, it was difficult to get as many native flower supplies as they normally would. How could I possibly be disappointed knowing that! Mums flowers really are gorgeous, and she’s told me again today how much she loves them. So considering the circumstances they are perfect! I got sent flowers ordered from these people. Small, sparse, some wilting. They looked cheap, tacky and sad. Such a rip off, they look about half the cost they charged if I am being generous. Supermarket flowers are superior. They know nothing about colour theory given the horrid bright green balloon that clashed with the bright flowers making it look gaudy. First time I have been disappointed in receiving flowers. If only they were as cheap as they looked, I could have justified throwing this tacky cheap amateur floral display in the bin, that’s how upset they make me. Update : the morning of day 3 and the two centre piece flowers are already dead! That’s how fresh their flowers are folks. Absolutely shameless!

Received flowers as a gift today. Instead of packing the base of the delivery with wads of tissue to absorb the water, the non-environmentally-friendly plastic wrapping contained what was effectively a giant water balloon, which collapsed upon opening. Water EVERYWHERE! Floor, clothes, shoes, down the cupboard etc. The best part is, when I rang the florist to explain what had happened, he said I was “the only customer in 40,000 deliveries” to ever have this happen, and then hung up on me. I don’t usually bother with bad reviews, but this person was so unprofessional and rude that it warranted leaving one to alert others. The flowers are OK (average), but 1/10 for poor customer service and a bad attitude.

This is a wonderful florist! They have lovely friendly service; lots of people to serve you; lots of lovely fresh flowers and really innovative arrangements of really fresh flowers!! Lots of other gifts available as well. Arrangements and boxes available in varying price ranges You'll never walk out of there unsatisfied and they will always add or remove flowers for you to adjust to your price range and tastes!! No wonder they got a big award!!! One of the best things about them is that they hanen't jacked up their prices for Mother's Day... if you want to spend a lot you can spend a lot but there is an opportunity to to buy to your budget despite the special occasion!!

In support of Kirsty - absolutely rubbish service. We knew full payment was past due - the reason why we were so eager to get in touch and talk to someone yet every time we called to discuss and arrange payment, we were told a message would be passed on and you would be in touch. It took for me to call you until you finally called Kirsty back! Why would we want to continue on and put our trust in you that you would turn up on the day when you simply couldn't return phone calls? Amateur and very poor customer service. Funny how our new florist in Penrith laughed when telling them your company name and mentioned they had customers who could relate to us!

Emu Florist made a truly beautiful and exquisite wedding bouquet for us for our wedding. Living in Western Australia we had planned our wedding in the Blue Mountains, Sydney, for New Years Day 2020, which unfortunately turned out to be right at the time when unprecedented fires ripped through the area causing a great deal of devastation. Emu Florist went to lengths of transporting flowers from the opposite side of Australia to ensure they delivered an excellent arrangement of flowers at no extra cost to us. Order was delivered very late called a few times to make sure it will be delivered was told it was out for delivery @ 4:30 arrived 3 hours later order was place around 11am delivery was 2 streets away from the store bad customer service and mis leading on delivery time won’t be a returning customer… as you can see from the reply from the store trying to make himself sound professional which a 1 star review is not given without good reason 7:30pm delivery when store voice mail says no later then 6pm which is why you got the message asking where the order is.. Yes very happy to give the 1 star review which was deserved

I've order from Emu Florist - Flowers by Jaroon so many times and they are always stunning and they are of superior quality. They last for a very long time and this business is the epitome of what all florists should be. I wanted to make special mention to an arrangement received today. The flowers were sent to bring some joy to a mumma in a rough time, and the kindness and love that was so tenderly created in this bunch meant so much to the receiver and to me. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ordered an centrepiece "Deck the Halls" Christmas arrangement for a Christmas function. Was fulfilled by Interflora not Emu. When it arrived it was 2 x vases as per pictures. I was unable to get a refund from Emu florist and had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Worst of all I had ordered a second delivery (before the 1st was delivered) and cancelled it after delivery of the first flowers. It is now March and I am still waiting for a refund. They do not return calls or emails when you have a problem.

Grumpy old cow I am old , I am disabled. Please don't let any of your old or disabled friends or family go to this florist alone . I was in a lot of pain , and was unable to stand and wait , so ,I began to leave , the man at the desk was very abusive , he raised his arms and was shouting ( I nursed my husband with dementia ) so I knew to get away quick . ItI called police , they were wonderful . Hopefully ,the whole incident was on security cameras . I'm still shaken , still crying . Be careful .

The arrangement was outstanding, couldn't have been more happier. Beautifully presented with gorgeous card attached. I have been purchasing floral arrangements from you for quite a few years and have never been disappointed, even with interfloral which are beyond your control. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your florist.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! 10/10 I ordered flowers via online for a Bride to be on her bridal shower day. I then rang 5 minutes later to ask when they would be delivered as I needed them that day. The super polite employee told me he had "seen the order and noticed it was for a bridal shower" and told me he'd "get onto it straight away." The flowers were amazing and got to the bride well within time before the celebration was over. I highly recommend for all your florist needs!!!

We had our mums funeral casket flowers made. We gave them a photo and straight away we felt confident that they would deliver what we asked for. They certainly were truly amazing and we could be any happier. They were above and beyond our expectations. Everyone praised them. They made for a beautiful table decoration at the wake. We can not speak highly enough of the service we received. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them for any occasion.

I love your shop, I bought a fancy little pot but I didn't really want the style plant that it came with. The staff were so helpful and let me pick whatever plant I wanted that they had in the store room and they replanted it for no extra cost. Every time I come in to buy flowers there are so many beautiful arrangements and very reasonably priced too.

Had a relative order a bunch of flowers from UK via Interflora. Cost was $75. Picture is what was sent from Emu Florist. Very disappointed, for the price really should have been better than this. Understand that Interflora takes a cut but this is about $15 worth. Looking at the reviews wondering if this was perhaps a mistake.....

Delivered the flowers 3 days late with no communication, called 10+ times, left a fb msg with no response and I tried to go in to collect them and there were shut for restocking, and not very helpful for a customer who had payed for a service they didn’t receive.

Very disappointed ordered flowers last month was sent the wrong flowers been trying sort this since still no reply told my partner he would contact me and still nothing what an ashamed as other times they have done an amazing job but definitely let down.
